Sadly, I've watched this restaurant at this particular location in decline for the past few years. We were seated at a table that was barely cleaned. Scraps of food were lodged in the area where the menus are kept. It took several minutes for the server to take our drink order and when it arrived, six drinks were left instead of four. Obviously, two people didn't get their drinks. We ordered queso and chips. The queso came out to the table nearly five minutes before the chips and when the chips arrived, nearly half were shattered into tiny pieces. About 3 minutes after that the guacamole arrived. We would have asked for more chips if the waitress came by, that didn't happen until the entrée arrived. The steak fajitas were overcooked and lacked flavor. The three other dishes were mediocre at best. The worst was yet to come. Two hours later, all four of us suffered serious intestinal issues and diarrhea. My ex-wife used to work at Chili's in Southern California and spoke highly of the "Sizziling Rules" that were in place for customer satisfaction, those are clearly not practiced anymore. The restaurant isn't very clean, the service is poor and the food has a lot to be desired. This particular Chili's needs an overhaul. read more

If the stench in the vestibule doesn't deter you, then maybe the screaming brats will upset your meal. A mother who lacked any parental responsibility let her 5-6 year olds scream and yell. The weak untrained restaurant manager said there's nothing she could do. How helpless and ignorant: it's her restaurant and she has every right to tell mom to control her children so as to not disrupt other paying guests. Her attitude was it's a family restaurant and they're kids. So does that mean if the "kids" want to run through the kitchen, they can because they're kids? I hope not. I hope your manager isn't that stupid! Time for her to wise up and redraw that line: hold parents responsible for controlling their kids and behaving while in a restaurant so as to not cause a scene and displace paying guests. read more

Chilis is known for there 3 for me . Because if it ain't 3 it ain't me. It honestly is the top 3 things you would normally get at a restaurant in order for you to be fulfilled. An appetizer, entree and a drink! And I left out dessert because not every time you will have room. I like how you get it in a package deal for a discounted price. I always get the crispers, chicken sandwich, or steak as my entree. The steak is on the pricier end but I think it's worth it! They even have 2 for 1 drinks! Teri has to be the best server here. She is only here on weekdays though. She is the MOST attentive server and super nice. PLEASE ASK FOR HER. ONLY ON WEEKDAY. I'm giving this place a 3/5 because the atmosphere is NOT clean. I was seated in the back by the To-Go area and the floor was dirty where we were sitting. They bunched up pieces of napkins to keep the table from shaking and there was trash on the floor. Then, water was dripping from the ceiling and it was coming on the table. Jamie our waitress said oh that was there before.. no it wasn't. And today (Sunday) they were short staff. Only two servers were serving today. Another thing, because it was short staff, our food came out later. We ordered chips and salsa and that took like .. 15 minutes because we had to call Jaime and tell her where are the chips? And the chips came out with our main course.. which defended the purpose of ordering the chips.. Service: 3/5 Customer service: 3/5 - I'm giving Jamie the benefit of the doubt because she did have a lot of tables and was rushing back and forth to get orders.. but that isn't my problem. I haven't been to chilli's in a while and my family decided to go for a early Fathers day dinner. When we arrived we were told that the wait was going to be 20 mins because half of the restaurant was closed due to short staff. We ended up waiting 45 mine so we were all kind of upset about the long wait because it was a Tuesday during the week. Once we were seated the waiter was very fast and efficient. We ordered our food and it was very satisfying. We all enjoyed our experience once we got our food. I got the triple sampler and it was about 12.50 and I got the honey BBQ chicken tenders, sliders and egg rolls. It was very delicious. read more

First thing was no one to greet up front which me being in a retail environment is a no go for me. Second once we pull up to the stools at the bar the table was not clean prior. Place was not busy but no big was with my best friend who was in town from Charlotte so it was about hanging out. I was impressed with my meal here. I had low expectations because Chili's is a chain, but this branch holds its own. The service was good and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. I tried the fried pickles and the fish tacos. Eveything was freshly prepared. The fish tacos came with rice and beans with salsa. Every bite was tasty. My friends had the onion rings, steak tacos, margarita chicken and other dishes. Everyone loved their food and left nothing over. Chili's is so convenient and has great prices too. Awesome service! we went and sat at a table in the bar on a Saturday night. For a regular table in the dining room would have been a 40 minute wait. The staff was super attentive. We never had to ask for refills. FREE chips and salsa in the bar. I ordered the unlimited enchiladas for $9.99. Great deal....includes rice and beans. You get a choice of chicken or beef. They will keep bringing you more enchiladas. Drinks are 2 for 1 all day at Chilis. We had two margaritas for $6.50. What a deal. You can't beat the service, food and drink quality for the price. Most of the time, Chili's is filled with lively chatter and is scented with the various foods the servers brings out of the kitchen. Chili's offers a range of American and Tex-Mex cuisine at affordable prices, and their 2 for 1 drinks are an even sweeter deal. For an appetizer, I like to eat the skillet queso and the fried cheese aka fried mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. The skillet queso is cheesy-delicious. It's a cheese dip with beans and ground beef, and it's served with warm tostada chips. I have a few favorite foods that I like to eat when I dine at Chili's, but the food that I eat quite often is the monterey chicken. It's a grilled chicken breast topped with barbecue sauce, bacon, melted monterey & cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions. The monterey chicken was served with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob...very well prepared. The food portion is sufficient in a way that if you came in hungry, you'll leave out full; and if you can't finish your food, the server gives you a container to carry the leftovers home. The servers at Chili's are warm and friendly, and they come around ever so often to make sure the food is to your liking or if you need anything like a refill on your drink or extra napkins. First the wait was horrible with so many tables empty. This location is clearly understaffed. I wanted to even offer to clean our table in order to serve my family faster. Our waiter was doing like 4 tables and handling the bar as well, she could have done a better job with her tables if she wouldn't have to work double. Over the years I have been to this location several times. I came here for date night with hubby because I had a Gift Card. So we chose this location over Aventura as my husband felt it would be less crowded. Chili's on a Friday night always a wait. When we entered we put our name and number on the list. Well your cell than gets a text to get the app so you could see your place on line. Except after you do that, the app just tells you that you are waiting. No scientific method and once they were ready they just called out my name. Must be a marketing ploy to make everyone get the app. Anyway lead to our table and given menus. We were in a half booth half chairs. The booth side that I sat on wasn't too clean. Our server Paul was good with drinks and taking our order. In fact he even had them put less spice on my shrimp tacos as requested. The kitchen actually complied. We started with a queso dip and chips. I had shrimp taco in a soft shell. My hubby the Cajun chicken pasta. The good news we managed to use the entire Gift Card so we don't have to return. For average I can stay home,nothing special except our server Paul. This is tough for me, because my husband and I always sit at the bar to eat, and our bartender was training a new one who was not picking up what she was putting down. She herself was amazing and her service was great. The kitchen behind her had zero F's to give. The manager was running around, putting out fires everywhere to the point where I feared for his cardiac health. When you order an old timer with cheese medium and it comes out raw with a millimeter sear around the outer edges, but could literally scoop out the burger and make meatballs. I was literally served raw ground beef. Quick pivot to chicken fajitas well hubby got steak fajitas. I ate one and brought the rest back to the hotel suite to eat later after I cook the onions and peppers a little longer and get them cut into proper pieces/slices. Sadly, this seems to be a very repetitious story for Chili's as a chain. I gave them two stars because our bartender and the manager were doing their best, sweating and hustling. Usually chili's is an easy choice but the food at this one was mediocre at best. My server was super nice and friendly. The Arnold Palmer's were lacking a great flavor. Knowing it's going to take alot longer than that I stop at Publix for some things. I get there at 30 minutes and it's not ready. Got my crying baby in the car and they tell me one more minute so I go back in my car and wait 5 more minutes. They say again it'll be out In 1 minute. I really love Chili's but from my most recent experience on 5/29/23 it looks like the management doesn't really care about correcting past mistakes. When I took home a Quesadilla Explosion salad 2 - 3 weeks earlier from curbside and found that it came with no dressing, I called and spoke to a manager. I declined to return as it would've taken too long so the manager told me that they'd correct it the next time I was there. My bad for not writing down the mgr's name but I couldn't remember it. I thought it was probably a 50% chance that they would correct the mistake due to my not remembering the mgr's. name and that is exactly what happened. Maybe he thought I was a scam artist or something but I think it was handled in an unfortunate manner. So, my food and service was excellent today and I tipped well, as I always do. That the manager didn't care to make good on the promise of the one from my prior experience reminded me that some managers are not very well trained and that's the way of it. read more

After a friend mentioned Chili's I reluctantly decided to order from here. I took the "safe" route and ordered a burger, loaded mashed potatoes and chili. I get the food home and the loaded mash potatoes weren't there. The burger was put together well and was a good size but that's where it ends. The burger was dry and over cooked. The chili is too strong "sodium and chili powder" and I had to stop eating it after a few bites. Fool me once, never again read more
