The food is always good here. It's one of mine and my wife go to spots for dinner. It's cheap and really good food. We always have a coupon for free chips and salsa. It takes almost $7.50 off the bill The service is absolutely great. Our server was really attentive took care of us the whole night always made sure we had drinks always made sure we had anything we needed honestly . His name was Quinton. Really recommend asking for him as a server Ambience is always nice. My Wife and I stopped in at 11pm on a Friday night. We decided to get a takeout order I didn't want staff to wait on us since they closed at Midnight. Had a difficult week at work and I was in the mood for a nice juicy steak. I ordered the Surf and Turf Sirloin, and shrimp cooked Medium and the Fajita Chicken and Shrimp combo. We live 5 minutes away and when we got home, I was shocked the steak was literally cooked beyond well done it was dry and hard to chew. My wife had no seasoning on the chicken it was bland in flavor. Had a great meal at Chili's! Was going to do burger and fries but Maria, our bartender suggested some options and I was pleased to hear they now offer 1/2 racks of ribs instead of 3 or 4 bones in several of their menu options. Went for the 2 item combo and with those ribs I went with the crispy chicken tenders. Maria even got me a sample of the sauces which I'm glad she did since some can be too hot. I was going for the Nashville Hot but her sample was more to my liking and not too hot. Manager greeted us at the door and also came by to check on everything. A big shout out to the kitchen crew as everything was great and fast. Glad I stopped in and the atmosphere matched the hospitality. Enjoyed the Shark Margarita. Chilis is our go to when we just want a meal that is consistent and quality and this location never disappoints! Our food is always hot when it comes out and the free chips and salsa with the app is amazing. The pricing is very reasonable and the quality is excellent aswell plus they have 2for1 drinks all day long which is almost unheard of now adays. read more

Ordered food restaurant says they close at 10:30 they locked the doors at 10 so I couldn't get the food I ordered for pick up.

I don't live far from this Chilis location. I've been there 6-7 times. Each time it seems to get worse. The food is edible at best. If you sit at the bar you can't help but notice the raging stream of water rolling from somewhere under the cooler on one side; rolling down toward the sinks drain. The smell is rancid. Like a cheap floor cleaner and dirty rags. I've seen that stream go from a trickle to the staff riding tubes into the kitchen where they had a shop vac of some sort and plenty of cones. This is an every time event. I started to sit at the tables near the bar. Yesterday because of the rain, you had the raging river, and the ceiling leaking all over the bar. Red buckets to catch the rain sitting right next to customers food. Twice I've been there and got beer in mugs that must have been sitting in sanitizer. Can't get that taste out of your mouth! The staff is grouchy. This time will be the last. The table I sat at smelled like someone puked in it before we got there, which wouldn't surprise me. read more

They advertise curbside pickup but it isn't curbside when you have to go into the building when you have been waiting in your car for 30 minutes to pay and get your food. Tell me how that is considered curbside?? I have seen no one in the curbside window area and no one has come out to collect payment or tell me anything. my Chilis experience was a delivery. i can say that the food exceeded my expectations. it was delicious and the portions were appropriate for the price. it had been awhile since i last ate at Chilis and it was even tastier than i remembered. i have a special needs son in a wheelchair which i have to lift on my own. so it is very difficult to lift him, break down his wheelchair, lift it in the car and so on. so i will more than likely order online the next time. if I ever do get the opportunity to go into the restaurant, I will do so and I'm confident that the service will be good nonetheless, I enjoyed the very tasty food and look forward to having it again.. kathy read more

This chilis is bad, I went with family and all the tables from different families were complaining. When we went in, we are a family of 6 and we requested a booth and they said no because their were no servers working the booth but, another family walked and they gave them the booth after what they said to us and after them knowing a family next to us gave us gave us there table because they saw they were we sitting was a small area for the six of us. Not only that, the service was horrible, they didn't ask to refill water, and they added stuff in the receipt that wasn't ours. If you want to eat your food in peace, don't come here , it was horrible the manager didn't even know how to deal with the situations going on around other tables either, and the server serving left/ clocked out after the other table screamed at them.( p.s. it took an hour to pay) read more

This place was the worse chilis I've been to. The service first of all was horrible they didn't put the rice in my fajitas I told them and they never gave it to us. They made major confusion in out receipt. they gave us a plate from another and then after we told them they gave plate to the person it belonged to, which is super disgusting after it was our table for a while. We weren't the only consumers that were having this issue. At the end to pay the lady was asking for tip and was gonna write on the tip paper receipt for us saying that we're gonna give a certain amount when we never said that. Went to chili's at 3 in the afternoon, no one in the bar so we took the middle high top, (there's only three) so a guy comes over with cleaner and goes to empty table behind us and cleans it up, then proceeds to another empty table and cleans it, my wife says we need our table cleaned and he says he's cleaning all of them, then goes to another empty table to clean it, we're like wow we're customers that want to drink and eat and he basically is ignoring us, or he'll get to us when he can. We got up and left. This place just lost about $75 cause that's what we spent across the street at Longhorn. What is wrong with people, isn't the customer supposed to come first ? Ruined my 30th birthday. HORRIBLE SERVER. Some food like the meat was undercooked while my mother's veggie burger came out chard black and smelling so burnt I'm surprised the food runner actually served it. It was my 30th birthday and we had 12 guests. I'm also pregnant and vegetarian. My meal was brought out LAST. Like way last. I had the vegetarian fajitas but there were two slices of chicken on the plate that looked like they fell off someone else's meal. I was disgusted but because the food took so long I was shaking and about to get sick so when I told the manager she wanted to bring me a new meal but I HAD to eat or I was going to be sick (pregnancy symptom). My husband grabbed the slices of chicken off my plate and we continued to dine. After the server heard the food came out wrong she disappeared!! She would dart to the table grab a drink to refill and try to dart away but about 4-5 people would be saying "hey wait I need a drink too!!" That only happened once that she did drink refills. Didn't offer us dessert. AND IT WAS MY FREAKING BIRTHDAY. Didn't say sorry or come by and talk about the check we just paid on the device thing at the table because she was no where to be found. Some people wanted to pay cash so others had to cover their meals because we couldn't find the server. Before I left my husband and I asked for the manager. It seemed she was just sweeping it under the rug. (Still didn't see the server). She asked how she could make it right and I'd said it was too late for that as we had already all had to pay even though meals were wrong. I would have fired the server on the spot. You don't abandon your table. The whole experience could have gone so much better if she just came by and said hey sorry about that but let's get some dessert for the birthday girl!!! But no. Awful management & personnel, no communication between management. We scheduled ahead of a family party coming and was told they could accommodate we were crammed into 2 smaller tables not enough for our party they refused to add additional tables because it would take away from another server. They have another large section they keep closed since COVID. They offered 1 server only for 16 people. After an hour waiting for even a drink order to be placed and again no service we left. I will NEVER eat at this Chilies' or another one based on this location. Joe, Marie, and the other manager who refused to provide her name and the names of their area manager. I tried to go here a few days ago the restaurant was very empty parking lot nobody waiting nobody inside very few. I stood at the host stand and waited for somebody to acknowledge me whatever bartender looks at me somebody looks from a door behind the bar looked at me. Horrible! Have eaten there for lunch, was good. But dinner on Wednesday night was horrible. Walked in no greeter, so we sat ourselves in the bar. we should have known, because the bar and 4 tables were full of dirty dishes. Finally bartender and waitress appeared. Waited forever for someone to acknowledge us. Then they finally brought our drink order. After 10 min, the waitress walked toward us, but started talking to people who were leaving in front of us. Another 10 minutes, same waitress said can I help you. I said we need to order and she said "thats what I was thinking" . We finally ordered, and another 20 minutes someone else brought our order, and my mini burgers were burnt. My husbands brisket was good. About 20 minutes later, the greeter came in the bar and started clearing the dishes off, and cleaning the tables. Then the bartender helped pick up some dishes. The staff was great. Food was good, ordered my second Margarita which was triple berry and wasn't a huge fan, Naline wanted to get me something else but I insisted it was fine I hate to complain! Chilies happens to be my children and I favorite restaurant. However we relocated from Palm Beach to Port St. Lucie. This Chili's sadly has not been too good. The first time we waited significantly long for the food to come out and the waitress never apologize for it at all. When the food did come out it was cold. The second time I was given a hard time about changing my sides. Keep in mind I have had the same meal for the past year. All of a sudden this Tuesday I was told I was not able to substitute it. Not until I spoke with a manager myself. Not understanding what the problem is, if I'm paying for it I should be able to order whatever it is that I want that's on the menu. Especially when I've had it in the past at the same location. Needless to say we will not be coming back!! read more

They've changed. Chili's used to be good. The Awsome blossom used to be light slim slices of onion fried in a light tempura batter. Now they're big chunks of onion coated with a heavy tasteless greasy bread. Disgusting! The ribs were so dry they tasted like they'de been left in the oven on warm for two days. Hey. I like Chili's. I have been eating there for many years, but the last few times I have been to this particular establishment in Jensen Beach, I've been a little disappointed. The food seems to have gone down in quality over the past year or so. You don't know how it pains me so to say that, because I have always really liked Chili's food! Also, last night's service was very poor. Our waitress checked on us very few times, and we had to track her down to get drink refills, extra dressing, and finally, to-go boxes. It was a Wednesday night, and not too busy. Plus you could really tell she would have rather been anywhere but there. And last week on a separate occasion, the food runner basically threw our food at us in a huff for no reason. I was pretty heated over it at the time, but luckily my margarita came soon after and I calmed down after that. If either of these occasions had been my first visit, I would give 2 stars, but since I have been coming here for quite a while and have had great food and great service many times, I'll bump it up to 3. But don't think I haven't noticed that the food quality is diminishing, Chili's-People!!! Colorful glossy menus and snazzy new menu items are not going to mask to us "regulars" the fact that the food quality is going downhill. And why are some of your employees so angsty?? Management should take steps to correct this, ASAP. I'm sure I'll be back to this Chili's in the not-so-distant future. I'll update and let the Yelp community know how my service was. read more

Great place to go if you're looking for the saltiest possible way to make food. Hey, I like salt but this is ridiculous. Oh, and if you want to experience what it means to be ignored, sit in the bar. Once you're lucky enough to actually get served, say goodbye to to your server because you'll never see them again. Your food will get dropped off by a runner and from that point you're in your own. Don't make the mistake of drinking everything in your glass too quickly or you'll be gasping for moisture by the time you've finished your salt lick. If your food isn't prepared to your liking, eat the parts you can stomach because there's no way you're ever gonna get what you want and the only thing you'll really want is to get out of this noisy, clammy money pit. When you finally see your server, minutes before you're about to give up out if desperation, she'll be slamming the bill on the table while asking how everything was and if you enjoyed your meal. My husband and I are huge chillis fans and since we are new to the area we decided to drop into this location after leaving the Mall, BAD DECISION!!! Not only did we have to seat ourselves but the waiter that passed by us twice and never even greeted us (Bryan) ended up being our server and seemed almost angry that he had to serve us since he was the only person we saw in sight. We ordered a very simple meal such as an appetizer which includes wings, egg roll and burger bites. Which was completely RAW in the middle of all 3 burgers and the egg rolls was extremely hard second huge issue was the fact that Bryan was serving us then we watched him spot sweep the bar area without washing his handsthen served another guest immediately, DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY!!!!! and to make matters worse the so called acting manager still charged me for our meal after it was RAW and went back to the kitchen. Stopped in for a few appetizers. Lots of good choices here: Classic nachos - not just a pile of chips with stuff dropped on top. They actually cut full tortillas into triangles like a pizza. Outstanding! Skillet queso - served in a hot skillet with seasoned beef. Fried pickles - chips not spears...the only way to eat them. Crispy cheddar bites - Wisconsin cheese curds. Battered and fried with a little Cajun spice. Top notch!!! Be sure to sign up for 'My Chili's rewards' and work your way up to free food. To go orders are convenient too. Working late night placed an order to go. The Margarita shrimp salad with flat bread. Looked great online. Went to pick up and when I checked my order...low and behold ..no shrimp. How the kitchen and prep people missed this vital ingredient is beyond me, my lettuce (the little there was) was wilted. When the waiter took it back to get the shrimp when he came back it appeared ok. When I got to my job ready to dig in...low and behold the few shrimp on the salad were overcooked like the microwaved them this NEW dish was a bust. No more to go orders for chili's for me. read more
