2/18/23: We stopped in around 3:30 pm. They were not busy yet it took forever for the hostess to come seat us. We were seated in a booth next to the bar. It took 10+ mins for Charisma to come take our order. We ordered everything at once being that we had so much time to review the menu. We ordered 2 waters, the Triple Dipper with 2 Big Mouth Bites & 1 Chicken Crisper, & the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with ribs, sausage, and chicken crispers. She did not write our order down, so I knew something was going to be wrong. It definitely was!!! She didn't enter my Big Mouth Bites on correctly. It took 30 mins for us to receive our water from the time we ordered everything, and the food wasn't hot. The chicken was over cooked and rubbery. It was all-in-all a bad visit. We didn't see Charisma anymore and ended up just paying via the kiosk. We won't be back.

Look at the 1-hour soup..And no it's not because we ordered a steak. ( I was told it was the kitchen staff not helpful)

First let me say wait was good, the people were friendly as much as possible, the wait staff seemed spread out in a way that didn't make getting your food easy. My food was warm ordered an app My companion ordered the shrimp fajitas. Parking was Rating based on the fact that my food was warm at best.

Sides for Fajita Trio

The food is bland the waiter Eric was rude rushing ous and acting like he didn't want to work when we do tip great smh I guess because it was a group of black people typically always the issue , they didn't have wings for the trio my sides was spreaded out on the plate.... look like it's been sitting and the only thing that was really hot was the plate and the juice in the beans smh never tf again and we had a party of 14 people but we all was patient and very kind but this is unacceptable...never again.... and another thing I don't like people breathing on my food or drinks while you bringing it out why is my drink almost touching your lips smh

Stopped in today at 1pm and they were busy but our bartender was amazing! He had at least 6 tables and almost a full bar and he ROCKED IT!!! Polite, quick and got my order correct! Bathrooms were clean. Food was good, regular lunch menu (soup & salad). Since the bartender was so busy, I went to grab a menu from the host stand. The man there gave me so much attitude for grabbing a menu that 4 people from the bar commented to me about it. So Sad many other people spoke about his rude behavior. Sad that the shorter man with reddish hair had to ruin the experience for so many.

Supposed to be baby back rib, combo with coleslaw

This location is a joke. I went there with my dad. First request was lemonade, the waiter said they ran out. My dad ordered the rib and fries with coleslaw combo. When it came out, I noticed the coleslaw was not there, so I told the waiter that it was not with the meal. He said we ran out, I said well is there a substitution, he said they didn't charge you extra. (That's not the point it's included with the price) I also told him that they should just close up for the day. I overheard a table behind us, requesting different items from the menu and he said that they were out. I will not go back to Chili's again it's been over 20 years and I see why I stayed away.

They got Dip Trio and Potato Soup and chicken quesadillas and they looked like they had good chunks of grilled meat on them.

Becky (on our receipt at Rebecca) provided us with genuine Southern hospitality during our entire dining experience. She was efficient and friendly with many great suggestions regarding food items. I enjoyed the grilled shrimp along with a loaded baked potato and delicious Caesar Salad. The dressing on the salad had fantastic flavor, and it was not drenched in the dressing as some places tend to do. My husband enjoyed the blackened redfish dish which featured shrimp, lump crab meat, tomatoes, green onions, lemon butter, and red pepper flakes. He exclaimed over the fabulous flavors. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and airy yeast rolls (at least I believe they are yeast rolls) that were accompanied by a decadent and addicting honey, cinnamon butter. Becky brought 4 of them for the 2 of us, and I wish she had not because I could not resist having part of a 2nd roll. We will return soon as we look forward to enjoying their lunch/early dining menu that runs only Monday - Friday!

"I'm going to tell her 3 so that she might actually come in on time". While our server, Tim, was boxing up our food, the same manager came up to him to ask him if he would prefer a "smoke break or a regular break" loud enough for his whole section to hear and then proceeded to call it over her radio too while standing there. The server was clearly embarrassed about us now knowing about a bad habit of his and felt the need to explain himself. Get rid of her. Food was okay, not really worth the price given the overall experience and ambiance. I likely won't return.

We were sat in the back of the restaurant and felt tucked away, but this didn't hinder service in the slightest. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. He knew the menu and had a confident answer to every question. Before being sat at our table, we grabbed a drink at the bar and asked the bartender about the menu. There was a woman who took special time to explain what the menu items were and how they differed from your usual "chicken or beef etc". Which was not only informative, but interesting too. Onto the star of the show, the meal. We ordered the bison & farro and the poulet rouge carbonara. Both of these dishes were phenomenal. I've never had a culinary experience even close to this one. These are meals you think about for the rest of your life. The textures and flavors together resulted in an exquisite explosion of harmony. The kitchen staff put their heart and soul into these dishes and it is obvious! I cannot wait for my next visit.

Anyway, Was shown to my table, a male server showed up, lit the candle, and I didn't see anyone for 18 minutes while two tables around me were greeted, cleared the table of extra dishes not needed and was served water, and their plates for the dinner buffet. The server that lit the candle, came back, asked if my server showed up. Uh, no. Finally, a woman server came by, went to the other table. Can't make this up. Then she realized they were being taken care of. She finally made it to me. I informed her I was dining alone, she cleared extra dishes, asked if I needed salt or pepper. Interesting question considering I didn't have any food. She filled my water glass, then brought my plate, as it was a dinner buffet night. Their first dinner buffet. No excuse for the poor service, though. Make me feel important, valued whether dining alone or with a group, please. The buffet had a great variety of proteins and sides. A couple of beef strip choices, shredded chicken, crisp tortillas to build your own nachos for the kids, fried catfish, fried chicken patty, salmon, swordfish, all cut into small portions. Proteins were the perfect size to try everything without filling up. A carving station consisted of sirloin, pork loin, sausage and baked salmon. The seasoning on every protein at the buffet and carving station was different. Excellent. Sides included mac and cheese, roasted potatoes, a squash medley, Brussels Sprouts, and mashed potatoes. A nice spread for a salad included mixed greens, large leaves of them. All the veggie toppings, two kinds of shredded cheeses, house made croutons, four dressings and fresh fruit that blew me away. Every bite of the fruit was ripe, sweet. Not the hard, no flavor offerings at some establishments/groceries this time of year. The gumbo had large pieces of shrimp, crawfish, sausage, potatoes, and smaller pieces of mussels, mini shrimp, etc. The breads selection was biscuits, baguette and others. All fresh, soft and crunchy. Great to dip into the gumbo broth. Dessert offerings included brownies and cookies. I opted to enjoy a brownie along with the fresh berries/fruit. They also offer a Sunday brunch buffet. The other nights they have a full menu. Be aware, they automatically add in a "brunch gratuity" of 20% to the bill. Overall, I would visit again.

The diner's booths are cozy vinyl classics, but every inch of wall space is plastered with Time Square posters, yellow taxi figurines, and souvenir Statue of Liberties. It's like someone raided every gift shop in Times Square, tossed it all into a blender, and poured it over a classic small-town greasy spoon. The coffee's bottomless, the breakfast comes with a side of gossip, and your view is equal parts pancake stack and Empire State Building snow globe. I would recommend the breakfast where the pancake breakfast is less an event and more a ritual. The stacks of golden pancakes share the plate with sausage links that taste like they've been holding down the fort since forever, and the coffee--always hot, always refilled before you can ask--runs like traffic on a green light. It's the kind of breakfast where the comfort is in its predictability: simple, sturdy, and endlessly caffeinated, like the city itself. Worth the trip: big stacks, small town, and enough New York souvenirs to stock Times Square. Cheers!
