10/2/2024 COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE SAME LOCATION I ALWAYS VISIT. I visit this exact location three times a work week for the last year. Today I was by far THE MOST DISRESPECTED & HAD HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THE BAR where I always sit. My partner and I arrived at 3PM to zero service at the bar. No one greeting us. No water no nothing for over 40mins!!! PLEASE CHECK CAMERAS! All the servers were laughing and having a great time in the kitchen. A big girl with puffy black ponytail hair very tall (caramel skin tone) was laughing the most. She never thought to tell her colleagues they have two waiting at the bar. Later I finally ask a young lady in a different section to call someone to the bar. She tells me that the lady is in the restroom and she is on her way. After 30/40mins we decided to move to a booth table next to the bar. Again, After waiting 40 mins the bartender "manager"came around and made our first drinks. I had asked for light ice. It came with full ice. Finally being served only THREE items that we did order (for starters) was so horrible we would not order anything else. That's 2 drinks and 1 half order of skillet Mexican cheese fries. It came out with NO CHEESE on a hot skillet. When we ordered the cheese on the side the server offered to microwave the cheese so it could be melted. Following we asked for an order of ranch..... You do not want to believe what arrived to the table. IT WASNT RANCH. I don't even want to know what did arrive. Both managers agree they KNOW it's not ranch. The BARTENDER (finally come out) I told her no ice. She had a rude attitude and was rolling eye facials while I was speaking to both managers on duty and bar manager. She was supposed to be the bartender at the bar to service us. She was also the one to NOT apologize for being tardy or not even offering us a cup of water. But yet she was the VERY FIRST individual to talk LOUDLY ACROSS the bar to me as I was speaking to the mangers. As if she wanted me to fight her. SHE WAS THE MAIN ONE MISSING IN THE RESTROOM (doing what ever extra curricular activities) freshly high out the bathroom to even attempt to shout back to me. This individual should not ever be talking to any client the way she did and more so I hope she no longer works there. I told them I'm a regular there and her words were "DON'T COME BACK." If this is how you allow your "Wednesday team" to function. I guarantee you, this location would not be a location anymore if they worked every day. I paid for my full check as I was not expecting any discount. I WAS SO DISRESPECTED. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE SAME LOCATION I ALWAYS VISIT. You will see be back at MY location. This particular Chili's was the best one I've been to,. The staff was friendly and checked in on us frequently. I never had to ask for refills. Our table ordered the triple dipper, my personal favorite. I chose the wings, sliders and fried mozzarella. The fried mozzarella was outstanding and super cheesy! We also ordered the "3 for me" and chose the shrimp pasta. The noodles were cooked al dente and the flavor was excellent. Soup was ok and the chips and dips were refilled without asking! Worst customer service was seated waiting for the waiter to take our order for about 20 minutes with him completely ignore us because once another family was seated behind us he came over and took there order right away with water and silverware for the them when we were there first. Been going to Chili's since the 80's and haven't thought about doing a review since many people are probably familiar with the restaurant. Made an exception for this location due to the amazing service at this Chili's on on South Las Vegas Blvd. Our softball team was in town for a tourney and most of us needed a place open somewhat late not far from the fields. Our waiter, A.J., was exceptional. He was so attentive and was constantly checking if we had everything we needed and making certain we were satisfied. Our experience on our first tournament day, Saturday, was so fantastic that the team and players from additional teams decided to head back on Sunday. We were fortunate to have A.J. again as our waiter and he was on his game again with fantastic service. A shout out to the hostess, food runners, and supervisor/manager on duty as the restaurant was busy on Sunday evening and they were so patient with our large party. MOOD: Office lunch time COVID-19 edition Service: I came across a social media post from a friends, friend who posted that they ordered a 3 for $10 from chilis. I was like WOW! That's actually a really good deal. I decided to look it up to confirm before telling my coworkers about a potential lunch option for today and it was legit. We placed our order online and confirmed a pick up time for 11:30. Curbside pick up: Went flawless and extremely quick. The food orders were ready at the time mentioned. They came right out through the passenger side with their gloves to deliver the food. I appreciated the distance they kept, all things considering. And the young girl who was working curb side to go was very sweet as well. Taste: Cajun Chicken Pasta-- 3 for $10 I got the House salad for the appetizer, a strawberry lemonade for drink and the Pasta. Pretty good for $10 Price and flavor wise. It also came with a slice of Garlic toast. Coworker 1 ordered a Steak (+$4) medium rare he said it was a little over cooked but everything was good for a $15 meal with 2 sides and an app. Coworker 2 ordered chicken tender like entree he did not like the glaze they put on them but he said it wasn't terrible. Had a 20 minute wait to be seated. Once we got our table that's when the mistakes began. They did not stop until the end of the dinner. We were brought out the wrong food. Then brought out the wrong/disgusting drinks. They fixed that problem by bringing us the right/disgusting drinks. Ultimately we decided to just order waters. Had to inform the waitress for the second time to remove the drinks from the check. She was very friendly & nice. Just prone to making mistakes. All of the food from the photos attached were BAD. I will standby Chili's 2 for $25 meal until I die. You go to Chili's because you know it's going to be good. I go to Chili's because I know that it's going to be GREAT. The two for 25 is a deal that you can't really beat for the amount of food that you're getting -- it's a date night wrapped into a bow! Add in a couple cocktails and you're set. The chips and salsa come for free which is always a plus. we opted for the Texas cheese fries which is always so reliable. The Cajun chicken pasta was delicious and the burger (not pictured) was cooked to perfection. I'm also here too talk about Moriah our server because she was so lovely to us! Talk about poor customer service here. I did an online order and since it was already paid for I was able to opt in for the curbside pick up. I arrived at the designated pick up area where it specifically says "...we'll come to you." This isn't my first time using this curbside pickup option with Chili's so I figured they would be the same and come out to the car. Waited about 10 minutes and decided to go in. I walked in the to-go area and one of their servers was closing out a tab. She looks at me, but doesn't really acknowledge me. So I figured why not let her finish what she's doing... instead, she walks the other way not saying a word whatsoever. Now at this point I'm looking around to find someone else who could help me out to just give me my order... I hear a whole bunch of people talking in the back but no one comes out. Finally the same lady comes by and again doesn't say anything and before she was about to walk away AGAIN, I said "excuse me, I've been standing here and I just want to pick up my to go order. You were just here earlier and didn't acknowledge me, and now you're about to walk away without acknowledging me again." So she tells me "hold on let me get someone for you." Another girl comes out to get my name for the order and tells me she'll be right back as she needs to bag the order. The other lady who I initially spoke to then turns around and tells me "We're short handed so I'm running around doing different things." Yes okay, I can totally understand waiting due to short staff and all that, but don't walk past me and not say anything at all. I don't believe in the saying that the customer is always right and I'm not there to give you a hard time, but one thing that'll piss a customer off is when you ignore them. read more

We went to the Chili's on Las Vegas Blvd. I had a coupon for a free appetizer and showed it to the waitress. She pointed out the appetizers and we picked the chicken tenders. My sister took a bite of one of the fried tenders. Not cooked - still raw. The waitress delivered our meals and said she would replace the fried ones. We ended up taking them home as we were full from our meal. The waitress came with our bill and said the coupon had already been used. I told her I had not been here since before Christmas and showed her the dates for the coupon - which was only for a few days. She went to talk to the manager. He came out and said the coupon was not good for what we ordered and said he would take 20% off the price of the appetizers. Party of two adults and one 2 year old toddler. We called ahead to see if reservations were needed. We were told reservations are only taken for parties of 10 or more but that if we were to arrive in the next 30 minutes, we would be seated immediately. It was a short drive to the restaurant and just promised we were seated as soon as we walked in the door. They suggested a booster chair so that we would be able to sit in a booth. Best suggestion, as we originally thought we needed a highchair. Ariel, our waitress greeted us promptly asked us if we'd like to have anything to drink. Drinks were brought immediately and we had a chance to review the menu. It's been a while since we've been there so it took a little bit longer to review everything. Ariel was patient, friendly and professional while waiting for us to decide. Our food came out promptly however we ordered our french fries well done and they were not. Ariel did check in with us after our food delivery to make sure everything was good. When we told her about the fries, she immediately said that she would order new ones to our specifications. The next batch came out hot and crispy just as we liked. We were not rushed as we did have a toddler with us who took her time eating. Have always loved chilis and its a go to for us, but this location was by far one of the worst locations ive been too. We came in for happy hour for food and drinks. It was a little busy host told us itd be a 2 hour wait but bar area was open. We sat at the bar when we started to notice it was super hot bartender told us their ac was broken. Server was nice enough to move us to the dinning area where the ac was working. We let them know we had two more people coming, the rest of our party arrived and thats when the Manager came over and kicked us out. Its is 100+ degrees in vegas right now it is ridiculous for any business in las vegas espicially as big of a corporation as Chilis to be without ac for their employees and customers. The manager Richard was rude and condescending did not attempt to try to make our visit right and just kicked us out as if we were taking up space. To the owner, if you're wondering why your numbers are down after 10pm it's because your workers literally turn everyone down who walks in anytime after 10pm. My daughter and I walked in right at 10pm after a dance competition and were told it would be a 45 min wait due to no tables or servers but there were plenty of open tables and 3 servers in the main area. I told the girl we would wait and right away we were sat at a high top table in the bar area. Every person that walked in after us was turned away before 10:20pm even though it says you guys close at 11pm. Might want to have a talk with your workers on why they are doing this. This restaurant has varying reviews so we wondered if it was up to the standard of other Chili's we've been to. We were pleasantly surprised by our visit. I ordered the Fajitas and found them excellent. If I had tried them in a blind taste test I would have thought they came from a high quality Mexican restaurant. The chicken was tender and juicy and the steak was very tasty. I also had shrimp. There was an adequate amount of all the meats. I even enjoyed the black beans. My wife had the baked seafood pasta and rated it a solid four to five stars. The only negative was the time from ordering to serving was on the outer edge of when I felt it should come. That's it. Nothing special...no special orders. Initial interaction with my waiter was very friendly. When my food arrived, that's the last I saw of him. Not once was my soda refilled during my meal, until I was about to leave. It would've been nice if I had a refill DURING my meal because the fries were a bit salty. From the time I finished my meal, to the time I requested a printed copy of my bill, to the time I actually received my printed copy, 20-25 minutes elapsed. The place wasn't overly busy. It shouldn't have taken that long. I checked in at 6:00 PM. When I left, it was 7:15 PM. For a party of one, it shouldn't have taken over an hour. read more

I absolutely love getting takeout orders from Chili's. The food is absolutely delicious. I especially like the chicken pasta and I like to add shrimp to it. They also have really good steak and potatoes. I don't really dine in too often but I definitely love to take out. The only thing that bothers me is that they often mess up my togo order and it can be really annoying. But the reason why I'm still going to give them four stars still is because every time they mess up my order they give me a full credit for messing up that I can use on my next visit. To me that is a very professional business and the kind of business that I want to support. Most of the time they always get my order right but it's nice to know that when they get it wrong they're ready to make it right. read more

We came here for dinner because we had gift cards and my brother was somewhat shocked that I hadn't been in years. Our experience reminded me of why this place is never even considered when we're discussing where to eat. This place is really more of a "high school first date" kind of place. We were seated fast enough for a Saturday night and our server was friendly but kept getting things wrong with our orders. Our drinks were brought out and she brought out water instead of my moms Coke Zero. We ordered an appetizer platter to share with fried pickles, awesome blossom onions, and honey chipotle crispers. The platter was extremely small and didn't have much in it for the price they charge. My husband ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta. The pasta was a tad undercooked, there was not enough sauce, and the shrimp were very small and sad looking. I've seen better looking shrimp from a Walmart cocktail shrimp platter. The little sauce he had on the pasta was decent enough but not as much flavor as you would expect from a dish labeled as Cajun. The bread that came with it looked like the regular garlic toast that you can buy at the grocery store, nothing special at all and definitely not fresh. My mom ordered the fish tacos, it came with 3 and she only ate 1 so I'm guessing she wasn't that impressed with it. She said that the fish wasn't fresh at all. She enjoyed eating the rice and beans that came with it but that's all. My brother ordered a steak that was surprisingly almost cooked properly. He ordered it medium rare. He inhaled it, along with the broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. I did have a small bite of each of the sides and they were pretty good. I ordered a shrimp fajita platter and was disappointed to see the same sad shrimp that was on my husbands pasta on the sizzling plate. It came with all the fajita fixings except their cheese was shredded jack and cheddar, I was expecting some Oaxaca at least. It came with 4 flour tortillas that were a bit stale. I had 2 and gave the rest to my brother and my husband. For dessert, we ordered the molten chocolate cake and the paradise pie. These were the only two things that I enjoyed during this meal. I favored the paradise pie more than the molten chocolate cake as I felt that the chocolate cake part was a bit plain, no chocolate chips and it was light as if made from a boxed mix. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants in general but there are a couple that I would go to again if someone really wanted to or if I was given a gift card.
