So I walked around to the side where the call in orders are and some big dude that works there, walked in the opposite direction from the counter. I walked back to the front and still no one there. We came here tonight for my birthday. The food was worthy of 1 star, if that, but I'm giving the review 2 stars only because I really liked our server. It was only her 3rd day and she was already on the floor alone. If you've ever waited tables you know that's not nearly enough training time. Several things were rung in wrong, but again, not the servers fault. I had to ask the manager to remove the wrong items and her response was, "well you ate them (wings)". They were left on the table because we have little kids who were hungry after appetizers were put in incorrectly 3 times and we did try them (but they too were trash and too spicy for our kids). Food was gross but management was worse. I hope the sweet little server we had gets a better job where she is trained appropriately. read more

Update- June 21, 2019 I think I'm done with this location...they have the worst customer service ever and I don't plan to give them any more of my business. Upon getting seated I could already tell there was something about our waitress that was off, she never smiled and she remained stonefaced the entire time. Cons- -3 out of 4 of us received our drinks, my dads tea didn't arrive until after his food. The waitress literally said she forgot. - After we ordered we got 2 of the 4 appetizers. Then we got another appetizer which was queso but we had to wait for the chips. Lastly we got the salad after asking. -We asked for the babies food to be sent out first it never came until we asked about where it was. -2 of our 4 entrees were delivered, one entree was sent back because it was cold and old. (I couldn't even cut off a piece with my fork) -I asked to speak to a manager and the waitress informed me that the manager was actually a manager in training. - After speaking to the manager it was obvious the waitress had no clue the other half of our food was missing because she was not attentive whatsoever. -The waitress told us I wish you guys would have told me stuff was missing earlier. - Before the other two meals were delivered the waitress asked us how we wanted the check divided. -The management team took off two meals but after this 2 hour dinner ordeal the meal should have been comped. -3 of the 4 adults had to get to-go boxes because of the amount of time we spent in this restaurant waiting. -The waitress dropped one of the lids for the to-go bowls on the floor and picked it up and put it on the table for us to use. This was literally the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Families should be able to dine here, get their food out at the same time and dine together. Previous Review The quality of service in this restaurant has changed for the worse. I brought my family in on a Monday afternoon and the restaurant was empty. We was then told it would be a 15 min wait. We stuck around but it didn't get much better. We ordered drinks and food at the same time because we could see that this was going to be a cluster. We received the wrong food but what really upset me was that I ordered a Bud light and when the server brought drinks she asked what I ordered to drink. I went on to tell her what I ordered and she says well it looks like you are having water. I then had to actually go to the bar to get my drink. I ordered my food to go on the app. I ordered chicken crispers with fries and a house salad. I paid on the app and proceeded to wait the 18 minutes until it was supposed to be ready. I went in through the to go door to the bar and told the bartender I was picking up an order. He asked my name went to the kitchen and came back informing me it was not quite ready yet. So I waited. 15 minutes later he finally brought a bag out assuring me my sauces were included. I drive home and open my bag, I have a turkey club sandwich! Not the chicken crispers or fries. Upset was an understatement. I called the corporate number to tell them what happened, instead of a refund they offered me gift certificates. Okay fine. Arrived and were greeted by a friendly face at the door. Seated promptly. Server, although relatively helpful, seemed like he honestly didn't want to be there at all. Table next to us complained to the manager about their food being cold. Our food came out and while my wife's burger was hot, my pasta was room temperature. Figured it likely had been sitting a while before they brought it out to me. I didn't mention anything because frankly I don't mind, and it still tasted great. Overall I feel the experience fell short of what the company would want it to be. Wouldn't hurt the server to smile, or fake an an ounce of enthusiasm in the interest of customer service. Side note: I'm fully aware that it could have just been a bad day for him, but upon watching the other staff in the building, it seemed to be a general lacking trait. No smiles, dragging feet, and faces of "I would rather be anywhere but here". Those types of attitudes and behaviors make customers feel unwelcomed. read more

Pretty solid. My wife and I like to visit because she occasionally gets a craving for their Southwest Egg rolls. I typically get the Crispy Chicken Crispers. Never had any real issues at this place. However, on our last visit, it was raining outside pretty heavy. There was a leak in the roof that dripped down on another table, not ours. Thankfully they were able to easily move the people that got dripped on, but I think having a leaky roof is a bit of a problem. Granted, this was during the extremely heavy rains on 10/1/14. They have DirectTV for their TV service and, of course, during a heavy rain, they would have reception issues. Hardly a reason to hold it against them. The wife and I will continue to frequent this place as long as we are in the area, or we have a reason not to, which we don't so far. read more

Please don't waste your time. You think it's a Chili's and all chili's are the same right? No! No! No! We walked in and the hostess walked over and put menus on a table. She never said follow me or anything. Then she looked at us as if we were the most annoying people. There were five of us, two being younger children. No one acknowledged us. The menus were covered with food and the table was disgusting. We watched servers walk around and talk to each other, clean tables, and lean against walls. I thought maybe there was just some confusion over who's table we were. We picked out our food and drinks, closed out menus and waited. Still nothing. I went to the hostess and asked if maybe there was confusion over who's table we were. As we hadn't even been greeted yet. Without saying a word, she walked over to a server and they had a very snide conversation that we could both see and here saying that we had only been there for five minutes (more like eleven) and that we could continue to wait, even though she was clearly not doing anything. The resteraunt is typical of what you would expect for a Chilis. Good for kids, average weight staff. Two adults and two kids came out to 38 dollars. I like that they use tablets at each table for paying and leaving tips, it lets me leave when I want to and not have to rely on wait staff. Big plus for me because I have kids read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had... firstly , my group had to wait for like 25 mins meanwhile there were several tables open.. the reason for our wait was due to not having a big table available.. but when I went to the restroom , there were several tables open... big enough to seat us all.. right when we were getting up to leave, they quickly said that they had a table available.. we went to go sit down, and the woman who was setting the table up stated that "the table wasn't ready but ok, whatever ... " The hostesses at the front were laughing and smirking ... but we had kids with us and they were hungry.. so we obliged ..and sat down .. the food was ok, then the waiter 5 minutes in to getting our food , hands us our receipts and asked if we needed anything else, like boxes... like what in the actual hell.. we just got our food... so we hurried up and paid.. and then he was patiently waiting really close to our table and was watching us like a hawk.. I don't know if this was to hurry us up to leave or what.. but I was soooooo disappointed and quite outraged with everything from this location... so I would advise anyone who is thinking about coming here to be prepared to be offended and to receive crappy service.. never again . read more

Went in on Sunday lunch with 2 groups ahead of us it took over 5 minutes for hostess to come to stand. Was the told it would be 20- 30 minutes with over 8 tables open that I counted.
