I like the service here. Very nice people. My gripe is the cleanliness. Bathrooms don't completely flush. When they wipe the tables there is a greasy film left on the tables. I think they could be more rigorous on using clean rags and using the proper cleaning agents. The mobile pay stations are often wrong. You have to ask your server for a traditional bill. read more

I have been here twice now in the past few months. The first time we had to leave due to they didn't have enough help to even help us. We waited at the front door for someone to help us and no one came for a good 10 minutes. When they did they said they were short handed and probably wouldn't be able to serve us for at least an hour and there was maybe 20 people in the place. The second time we thought they should have got things worked out. We were at least seated this time, but the service was horrible and the food was worse. The food came out incorrect. When we told the waitress she tried to correct, but came back and said the manager said they couldn't correct the street corn due to it has been mushy all day. He never came out to apologize or see if there was anything else he could do. We just went without another side. Oh did I mention they were not busy. So my friend and I came here for lunch. When we arrived it was not very busy, and we were seated and greeted very quickly, which was nice. We were in a booth in the bar area. It was a great environment with tv's and great space . Our waitress was great and very on top of everything. We received our drinks very promptly. My friend and I decided what we wanted and upon ordering, our awesome waitress notifies us we can get both meals cheaper and get an appetizer! So of course we said yes and were very pleased. Instead of paying about $35 bucks overall we came out with a $ 26 bill and got an appetizer in the mix. We had an amazing experience with A+ Service and Quality Hot Fresh Food!!!!! I come here for the burgers and they never seem to disappoint. Service is always prompt and the bottled beer is cold. The only thing that always seems to happen and really bothers me is the dishwater left overs in the ramekins. I have worked in many restaurants over the years and have seen many a dish pit so the last thing I want with my condiments is some nasty dish water rinse. If you can't dry your stainless ramekins use plastic. Oh the things the health department never sees. My family and I were attacked by the employee's at this restaurant. The waitress was terrible they couldn't get the checks correct. The managers were nice but they didn't have control of the business. The waitress called us B****es and whores. When my niece an daughter confronted her she flicked them off and began to be aggressive. My daughter was pushed by a guy there. We had to flee like criminals in fear that the police would not believe that we didn't create this chaos! My 12 year daughter was with us she is traumatized! Chili's is probably one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. I also only like to sit in the bar area. Don't ask me why. lol. Their food is great. I usually get an Appetizer platter or a burger of some sort. Their quesadilla salad is quite nice as well. I don't think i have ever gotten bad service or bad food here to be honest and I eat here a lot. They have a nice variety of mixed drinks and beers. This specific Chili's also have screens on the table where you can order your own food and or drinks and even pay without a waiter or waitress stopping by. LOVE IT. read more

There can be a considerable wait, but once the food gets there it's very good. All their steaks are good, and I usually get the Monterey Chicken. The price is no higher than anywhere else and the food quality better than most. I like the fact that they more or less combine a regular restaurant with a sports bar, with tables in the bar area. There's also a wide variety of beers for those that wish to partake. They have their downsides, like the wait for the food and the wait for the check when you're done. DISGUSTING!! I love Chilis and its one of my favorite places but I will NOT go back to the one on Richmond Rd in Lexington, KY. After being seated at a booth I asked for a booster seat for my 3 year old son to sit in..They never brought it so I had to get up and ask for it. God only knows when the last time it was cleaned so I asked for a rag to wipe it off. I had to wipe our table because food was on it plus in the booth seats!! I had to ask for crayons or a kids menu... Their was my family and two other tables.. THATS IT!! We waited several minutes for someone to come take our order. We waited for almost 30 minutes for our food... Once we got our food it was barely warm. When seen our waitress 2 times... Once to deliever the food and then to hand the check off.. I would have asked for a manager but when I came to the otherside of the restuarant they were all sitting around eating... By then I just wanted to leave... I paid for the food but shouldnt have.. I bit into three of the four and my teeth were unable to cut the meat it was so rubbery and undone. I asked to sub out the chicken and showed the waiter and she agreed. I asked for half rack of ribs and fries. Menu price of 13.29 compared to the 12.30 of the chicken. I received the food after my family was done eating. You can apparently get any of the three with either sour cream or green chili sauce. I chose 1 sour cream and 2 green chilies. Emily's quesadillas were fresh and crispy and came with some beans and rice. No complaints from her. My sour cream enchilada was fresh, the chicken was tender, very mild seasoning. The green chili enchiladas were very spicy and saucy. I really enjoyed them. They were served with some green chili rice (tasty but not spicy) and some black semi-refried beans. I would definitely order it again. I was a little jealous of the tables that ordered chips and salsa, but honestly, I'm glad we didn't because I wouldn't have had enough room for our tasty meals. read more

A male employee saw us waiting and asked if we had been helped and he proceeded to seat us. Kudos to him for seeing where he was needed and acted. OKAY so I am not sure why the server bothered me so bad. Zero personality. It was painful to even see her come to the table. She barely spoke. Just kind of stared at you like a deer caught in headlights. I was the last one to order my drink and I asked for an iced tea. She says sweetened, then walked away and I had to kind of call after her like "umm no. Unsweetend". When she dropped off our drinks I didn't get a chance to ask for straws or if we could order an appetizer. My spouse ended up getting up and walking to the server station and grabbing some straws. It really ruined the whole experience for me. After that, she (the host) offered free chips and cheese to the table beside of us for having to wait for a drink. This place is the poorest run restaurant I have ever attempted to eat at. Went on a Tuesday night and was told there was a 45 minute wait for our party when half of the restaurant was empty. I asked to speak to the manager I was told that they didn't have enough servers and that the ones they had were brand new and couldn't handle multiple tables. Sounds like someone needs a lesson in restaurant management. I would expect more from a well established chain. Every person that walked in the restaurant was annoyed and everyone was complaining. Overall, a very bad experience. It was not busy at all and it was 3 PM. After we were seated, we had said that we were in a hurry because we were on a road trip. After we ordered, our waitress brought out our food and started giving it to the table behind us. After she realized her mistake, she put the food back on our table after it had been handled by the other customers. Then when asked to cut open the steak, it was burnt to a crisp and overdone. They brought it back to the kitchen and made another one. After cutting the new steak open, it was so red and purple on the inside I think it was still alive. I didn't even want anymore food after that. Then when leaving we ask for two Molten chocolate cakes to go and only get one. So then the other was brought out.
