Stopped in for lunch, seated in bar area, not my usual sitting since I do not drink, the server was awesome, great vibe, happy and personable, took our order brought tea immediately and within less than 5 minutes from ordering from the lunch menu we received our food from the manager. The food was hot, which was the QP Burger - fries were not the greatest, mostly end pieces which are not my fav. the restaurant was semi busy and they got us in and out rather quickly since i only have 45 minutes for lunch. The burger was semi pink, I like mine well done but I was fine with it. Server is close to one of the best in that area since I frequent this community for work. Came here the other night to get the 3 for me special. It's been a bit since I came to Chili's probably 8 months or so. The 3 for me has changed. Now there are levels. Whereas last time they had 4 options all the same price. Now it's only 2 options and the other 2 selection are a few dollars more. I get it prices all go up. I got the new QP burger and my partner got the old timer burger. The old timer is what we use to get that is now $2 more from $10.99 to $12.99. The QP is $10.99. Anyway on to the review. It was crowded. We decided to sit at the bar. It was open and there wasn't any issues. Bartender was busy. But nice and accommodating. She gave us a taste of the cider boys cider on tap to try. There were a good amount a couple and singles at the bar. She was handling all of it. She took our order of the 3 for me. She brought everything out in a timely manner. The salads were fine. Pretty small. But tasted fine. Burgers shortly after. Lots of fries and pipping hot too. Very good. Burgers were big and tasted good. Overall, this is a great value meal. And honestly it's good. I know Chilis has a lot of other menu items but this is so good and such a value I keep going back for it. Decor and place is a typical Chilis chain. Service is always decent and food is good. Food is great, but service can be absolutely horrendous half the time depending on who they have on staff. Willow was our most recent server, and she didn't check on our table a single time after getting our drinks and orders - and we were there for over an hour. When we recognized that this was the same server that we had the last time we were there, we knew it was going to be a bad experience, because she did the same thing to us the first time. We placed an online order to go, and it was ready at the quoted time. There's a well marked pick up/to go door that made it easy to park and pop in quickly - very efficient. We got boneless wings with Buffalo sauce and the new House BBQ sauce, with ranch for dipping, and the kids Pepper Pals cheesy chicken pasta with broccoli. Just meh. This was a very busy Chili's with only available seating was at the bar. Not a problem normally but the gal was too busy to keep up. There was a long wait to be acknowledged, long wait to order, long wait to our ticket. The bar needed wiped down. The margarita special was good and sweet but the sugar calories weren't worth consuming with so little alcohol. I feel like I'm saying this more and more with adult beverages. I don't drink a lot so typically one drink will give me a buzz. The previous Chili's I had visited, didn't skimp on the tequila! We ordered a variety of appetizers as our meal but everything came out at different times and I forgot to take pictures! Everything about this visit was just OFF. My friend and I drove 30 minutes because we wanted Chilis so bad, lol. We put our name in and were told 25 minute wait. We waited in the car for almost an hour with no notification, so we went in and they said our notification was never sent. SO that was frustrating. I have been coming to this Chili's location for many years and normally do not have many issues. I recently drove about an hour to come dine here with my family and was treated very disrespectfully by the General Manager, Jim Glenbocki. We had six people and the table we were seated at was very small and uncomfortable to fit six people. We asked to be seated at a slightly larger table and were told that this section was "closed." Our server was very nice and stated she would not mind taking care of us at the table 15 feet behind us, but Jim told us there was no way he could accommodate this request. He stated the small table was for six people and he would not allow us to move. He had a very "smart" attitude and was not professional at all in dealing with the simple request. I will not be returning to this location if this is the customer service the General Manager, Jim Glenbocki, provides. read more

I met a friend for appetizers and drink. We sat at the bar. The bartender acted as if we were see through. No " welcome, what can I get you" Nothing. Eventually when we were acknowledged we ordered our drink and appetizers at the same time because God knows when we would see her again. Wait times and staffing are an issue. Quoted 20-25 minutes when checked in. At 40 minutes I asked about how much longer to expect and was told another 30 minutes because the manager instructed them to stop seating. I understand that issues arise but clearly the system was not working properly. This and there was no communication from the staff. By the time I got any information we wasted too much time when if properly notified we could make a change of plans without too much impact. Manager Jim G should get better control of customer relations or this location will not last. read more

Staff was very pleasant. My carryout order of BabyBack Ribs was a huge disappointment, the ribs were overcooked, dry and tough, the asparagus was way undercooked and not seasoned. On a good note, the loaded mashed potatoes were delicious. Our previous visit the ribs were tender and fell off the bone. It is obvious that the standards are not being met. The service at Chili's in Macedonia is truly terrible. I've gone many times and it only gets worse. Every server, even the bartenders, have terrible attitudes and seem to be annoyed that you even want to visit their establishment. There's always a long wait, and the most recent time I went, they brought me the wrong food and when I told them that, the server said, "what do you want me to do about it?". I ordered a fahita with steak and shrimp. It came to the table with a burnt smell. I thought it was the pan, it was rice. I lifted the rice and it was black underneath and stuck to the pan. I told the waitress, and she offered to bring more rice. I refused that because I had already eaten the meat and just thought they should discount the meal, at least $5. The manager only offered $1.50 off the bill for serving burned rice. I was not satisfied. That was very cheap and disapointing. read more

i absolutely love chilis but this one is sub par at best. our waiter wasn't very friendly and didn't see us until about 20 minutes after we sat down despite it being a wednesday and pre-dinner rush. i got a triple dipper and my boyfriend got a steak. he ordered his steak medium rare, but it came out well done. my food was good other than the dirty oil taste my chicken tenders had. our waiter never once checked on us nor provide us refills. we ended up paying our check on the self serve machines because our waiter wouldn't come back to the table. if you have the option, perhaps go to another chilis in the area as this one seems to be a step below the others. read more

What a terrible experience. We placed an order for two for carry out, which included three margaritas. Our order was ready on time but upon arriving home, we realized our order was missing the drinks. We called and the manager was very nice over the phone. She offered a free desert to come back and pick up the drinks. We drove back to pick up. Not only were the drinks not ready but they were made classic style and we had ordered frozen. While waiting to pick them up, another gentlemen came in, also missing his drinks. The told him he'd have to wait and it was clear they weren't about to get it any time soon. Once we got back home for the second time, we were disappointed to find that our meals weren't properly made or thoroughly prepared. The chicken sandwich we ordered wasn't even in the bun and had, maybe, 10 fries. The carne asada had about five bites of rice and wasn't cooked through. The "skillet queso" was nearly all refried beans and no cheese. We may have been better off just ordering a side of beans. Total crap show. read more
