This was our first visit here and we were quite surprised. The food was good. The service was nice and fast. The inside was simple and cute. If we come back to the Madison area, we would come back here.

My daughter frequents this place and she finally got us to go with her. We enjoyed the whole experience! The wait to be seated was short. Our server was spot-on and very friendly. They have some very tasty drinks (Resolution Breaker was my fav. Very bright, tropical drink.) They were very prompt with taking our order. And no time was wasted in getting the items to table. More time to enjoy the meal and talk with others. BTW, if you are a Rewards member, you get unlimited chips & salsa free! Starting with the appetizers: the Triple Dipper is a good way to go if you can't decide on any one. The Southwest Eggrolls are a perfect blend of crunchy, chewy, creamy, with a hint of heat. The avocado dip brightens up each bite. I'm a fan of any cheese deep-fried. The Nashville Hot Mozzarella were very good, but the sauce seemed more like a dry rub. Not bad, but not quite what I was expecting. The sliders weren't much to look at, they looked dry, but their taste was just the opposite. Juicy, with an onion topping that added lots of flavor. I really liked them. The healthier dish, but still really tasty, was the Ancho Salmon. Flaky, moist salmon with just the right amount of topping to punch up the flavor. My Ultimate Cajun Pasta was oh-so good! Lots of shrimp, chunks of chicken all atop super creamy and tasty Alfredo sauce pasta. Yes Cajun, but not too spicy. It's a real belly filler. I could've easily shared this dish (but it will be lunch tmrw.) My wife's sirloin surf & turf was great tasting. A perfect medium! A wonderful blend of seasonings, texture and flavor. I got to eat what she couldn't finish. So, first time at Chili's for quite a long time, and very pleased. Warning: all the food is so good, you find you'll eat too much before your brain realizes you're full....Heehee.

Came for the triple dipper and it did not disappoint. The nashville hot mozzarella sticks were actually delectable. The staff were so kind too!! Our server was great and even gave us free chips and salsa because it took a while. Will definitely return honestly

Came to Chilis specifically for the triple dipper and the chips and salsa. Waitstaff was friendly and prompt, food was tasty and the margarita was delicious.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! I cannot even begin to describe the level of anger I'm feeling. In the past, having worked Chili's to-go, ice cream goes in a cup to the side of the skillet cookie. This obviously did not happen and by the looks of it, there was not much ice cream to begin with. The skillet cookie was hard as a rock and freezing cold. They didn't even bother to heat it up. Tried to call and have this fixed but they refused to answer the phone. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and now they are closed. I'm appalled. I also ordered chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. They are freezing cold and they forgot to include the ranches or sour cream. Careless people working here. Terrible service in store. Not sure why I expected to-go to be different.

Food was good but service was bad, hostess didn't ask our name and seated multiple parties that came in after us first.

Part old-school Texas service station, part Día de los Muertos fever dream, this Mexican joint…read morerolls into town with plenty of personality and absolutely no interest in being boring. Think vintage roadside charm colliding with Texas-sized Mexican soul, where the colorful lights glow overhead and every corner feels like a celebration of some sort. It's a little gritty, a little festive, and a whole lotta fun--like your favorite roadside pit stop got dressed up for a fiesta and decided never to go home. Expect bold colors, quirky details, Texas swagger, and an atmosphere that says "pull up a chair, grab a cold one, and stay awhile." I have to say their Cadillac Margarita rolls in with serious Texas-Mexican swagger. Made with Don Julio Reposado Tequila and a generous splash of Grand Marnier, this beauty is smooth, citrusy, and unapologetically grown-up. It's better than any Margarita I have had in quite a while. Tubbs Fajitas aren't like your typical sub-par fajitas, they come to the table sizzling, smoky, and ready to cause a little commotion. My favorite protein is the Green Chile Chicken, they let the sautéed peppers and onions bring that sweet, savory fajita magic to life, Texas style! Overall, this place is just a great time. It's colorful, quirky, loud in all the right ways, and packed with enough Texas-Mexican personality to keep things interesting. The food comes out hot and full of flavor, the margaritas are legit, and the atmosphere practically dares you not to have fun. Cheers!

We have also discovered their happy hour which is a good deal. Often I get a selection of their tacos most recently the lime shrimp, beef brisket & al pastor. All were tasty. I have also become a fan of the Frito burrito which is very good and huge! Prices are reasonable. This place is always welcoming and why we keep returning.

We had a good time here, but the food left me a bit disappointed…read more We were warmly welcomed, seated right away, service was great. I opted for a couple tacos, chicken and chorizo. I love chorizo. So much. And I was excited about that one the most. But I was surprised when it came...it was certainly sausage-y. But it tasted....sweet? Like breakfast sausage. Or Cincinnati-style/Skyline chili. Not Mexican food, street taco chorizo. With the traditional toppings (and the Wisconsin-style taco toppings) the flavor, which I didn't like anyway, became actively bad. I can only assume this is they type of chorizo they order, but it was so bad on my taste buds. The chicken was ok, but the strangeness of the other taco made it entirely unmemorable. We got some adult beverages which were very tasty, and for an upcharge I got some sour cream that I used to make the rest of my plate in to a bit of a meal-filler because I couldn't finish that taco... So overall, it was fine. But I don't know if I would choose to come back here, but I am sure I could find something else on the menu to get me through.

This has always been one of my fav restaurants but I haven't gone recently and have never been to this location. Their chips are the best ever. We of course started with chips and salsa. I thought their salsa was just ok but the chips were incredible as always. I had my go-to order, chicken quesadillas. Not as good as they have been in the past. When we got there, we ended up waiting another 30 minutes past the pickup time just to get our food. I understand it was Cinco de Mayo and things get busy but that's exactly why it's frustrating. If you know it's going to be that chaotic, why accept online orders without being prepared to handle them? It felt disorganized and poorly managed. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the wait. It was underwhelming at best. They gave us free desserts as an apology, but even that missed the mark, the Scotcheroo was dry, bland, and tasted almost stale. Once they opened the Hilldale location, it became a regular place for me to grab lunch from due to proximity to my office. The Verona location is about the same size as the Hilldale location was, and it's definitely got a cute vibe. When I stopped in a few weeks ago, I ordered my old tried and true - the chicken quesadilla. This used to be my favorite quesadilla around, because cubed meat disgusts me, and Pasqual's is one of the few places I've ever found that uses pulled chicken. The flavor just wasn't what I remembered, it was rather bland, despite the peppers and the hot salsa. The rice was pretty dry, and also lacked flavor. The chips are still fire though - that seasoning dust on them just really kicks it up a notch! Huge fan of those, and I'm glad you can buy them in the store. Maybe it was just a one off, but I am not sure I will be making my way back soon.
