Went to this particular location on the evening 08/15/2025. It was not busy and service was prompt. For a fast casual chain restaurant, we already knew what to expect food-wise. We've dined at Chili's before and the food is consistent each time. Everything was just fine and middle of the road, which met our expectations. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Once again fell for the hype of social media and decided to finally try the triple dipper. I should have stayed curious. People really over hype the lamest food. The big mouth bites were overly salty due to the bacon bits and my burgers were on the rare side. The fried mozzarella was oily and barely had a cheese pull since they were lukewarm. The honey chicken crispers were the best thing of this dish. The sauce was sweet and spicy but there was just alot of that crispy coating and not so much meat. The witches brew drink was the star of this meal. I'm definitely a sucker for a themed drink. Oh man, I have so much to say. I'm not usually a fan of leaving negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary after my recent visit to Chili's (12/27/24). I went to try the new Triple Dipper items that everyone on social media has been raving about. While the food was good, the service was not. Our server, Michael, was very rude. First, he informed us that their current advertised drink was unavailable and immediately removes the drink signage from our table. He made a lot of random comments. Ten minutes later, he returned to say that the drink was available after all. Whenever he asked us a question, he would jokingly said "No" multiple times....It wasn't funny after the second "No". His service was very similar to the servers working at Dick's Last Resort in Las Vegas. If you're not familiar, it's a restaurant where the servers intentionally treat customers rudely as part of the experience. Personally, I would never choose to dine at a place like that. It felt as though I was paying for a similar experience. We asked for small plates to share our appetizers, but we didn't receive them for 20+ minutes. It was strange that he needed to place an order for the small plates... we ended up asking the host for plates, which arrived before our server did. The final straw came when we asked for napkins. We had to remind him multiple times, and when he finally brought them, he THREW the napkins at my friend's face!!! I wish I was joking. My friend and I honestly thought we were being punked--like, where are the cameras? He was super unprofessional as a server and surprised they had a new server shadow him. The food took a while to arrive, but honestly, nothing came out quickly, so we weren't too surprised. We arrived at 6:45 PM as a party of six very hungry adults, excited to experience what can only be described as a restaurant cosplaying as one. Drinks and appetizers arrived promptly -- impressive, considering side plates did not. We had to ask for those. Our server let us know she was new, which is fine, but plates are kind of Restaurant 101. After inhaling our appetizers, we placed our dinner orders -- lots of food, lots of sides. On her first trip back, we learned they were out of the much-hyped "new" mac and cheese. No worries, my husband offered to swap for mozzarella sticks and even pay an upcharge because at this point we just wanted to eat. On her second trip back, she informed us that replacing mac and cheese with mozzarella sticks would cost $6. Six dollars. For cheese. On the side. Bold choice. Then came the third trip, delivered with a somber expression, where we were informed they were also out of mayonnaise and ranch dressing. At 7:30 PM. During dinner service. At a restaurant. My daughter genuinely asked if we were being punked, and honestly, fair question. We asked for a manager, hoping for reassurance, accountability, or at least an apology. What we got was... none of that. He seemed unbothered, offered no real explanation, and his shirt was untucked -- a fitting visual metaphor for the entire operation. We canceled our meals, paid for what we had already received, and relocated to Outback, where -- plot twist -- they had food. And condiments. And professionalism. They have tables open, but they make everyone wait because the kitchen is behind. we can go to the bar and buy a drink, but we can't sit at a table by the bar and drink until the kitchen is ready to take orders. As a Presidents day treat I took my 2 sons to Chilis. While I haven't been here for a fee years I remember their tenders and sliders being quite good. We walked into a pretty empty restaurant. The hostess simply said "I'll be right with you". 3-5 minutes later we were sat. As I was waiting I took notice of leaves around the host stand. Then looking further there were straw wrappers and trash around the server station. When we were sat there were more leaves, trash and crumbs all around us as you see in the photo. I almost left there but gave it a shot. The chips and salsa seemed to be the same as before. Things were looking up. Then the meals came. My triple dipper was pretty bad. The tenders were soggy and rubbery. The big mouth bites had a been in the freezer too long flavor and the Nashville hot Mozzarella was pretty bad not resembling anything out of Nashville. My sons got mac and cheese which was overcooked and dry and tenders which again were soggy. We paid and began to leave. I wasn't going to write a review at all just not come back however the unshaven server with glasses that basically pushed their way past me and said not a word prompted this review. The icing on the cake was this rude server not even thanking or saying the basic have a nice day as we left. I made sure to say "thanks and you too!" as we left. My sons gave their visit a 1 and a 0 out of 10. I came here during college and you'd think the geniuses at Chilis would try and market to me since I have potentially 2 additional future families attached to me. Nope. I don't think I've ever left a 1 star review, but here it goes. Stopped in on a Tuesday night around dinner time and was immediately greeted with a wave of heat and body odor. I thought it was just the little lobby where people were waiting for a seat, but upon entering, the entire restaurant had absolutely zero airflow and it was noticeable. I made my way to the bar and noticed my feet sticking to the floor along the way. Despite the restaurant being jam packed with people, there wasn't a single soul in the bar area. I pushed away a couple trays of half eaten food that had not been bused, and found myself at a bar area in serious need of a wipe down. And then...I waited. And waited. The heat of the room breaking a sweat across my forehead, my nostrils building with the stale smell of sweaty bodies and I can only assume cheap cologne. All in all, I sat at the bar for 10 long minutes and was never acknowledged by a soul. So I got up and left. Ordered recently from Chilis, the app was having issues. I ordered through an employee name Mar. She was patient, listened to my order for accuracy and provided outstanding customer service. I ordered the QP Burger, I requested medium well, but it came back well done, little overcooked. The burgers are smaller and less condiments. I think QP burger shoukd have lettuce and tomato included, so the burger is not so plain. I also had molten lava cake, little high priced, but it fills any chocolate craving. If the burgers had lettuce and tomato included and was not well done, I would have issued four stars. The burgers did not have that fresh grill marks like fresh cooked? After waiting for along period of time and to see her take another table their food. I asked about mines. She goes to the back and brings mines. I cut the burger it had mayo on it. She never apologize. I paid for my drink and left. I was not going to wait for another burger to be made and she had no remorse about the situation. Will never go there again. Back at it again with the chain restaurant reviews. Honestly, I was pretty impressed here. The service was excellent and the food was pretty solid too. We started off with the bottomless chips, salsa, and we added ranch. Their ranch dipping sauce is supreme for some reason and tastes better than normal ranch. From there, we got the triple dipper, and the Nashville hot chicken crispers. Everything was really good and they have reward programs/deals you can sign up for to save some money. Just do not understand...you enter the restaurant and there's about 6 people TOTAL dining, its a little after 4pm and you are seated directly under the TV in the farthest corner of the bar! When you ask the hostess to please be seated "anywhere else, except for under the tv" and you are told WAIT---- WHAT? One of my best friends and I stopped here on our way to Ocean City for the weekend. It was early/mid afternoon so there weren't too many other diners there at the time. My food came out cold and in my opinion the only thing good in the restaurant is the blue lagoon and that's a drink. The restaurant is dirty, wet, and the workers don't clean the crumbs enough after folks eat. Very disappointed by this meal especially after driving over an hour round trip because I was craving Chili's. Due to Covid-19 I can't sit in the restaurant and sadly I suffered because of it. The food was not as good as when you sit at the restaurant. The soup portion was much smaller than usual, and it was very watery. Usually the baked potato soup is nice and thick and with lots of cheese. This had no cheese and once again was like water. My burger was cooked right but they didn't include ketchup packets for the fries. Then when I looked in the bag there were no napkins when I specially put a note to put napkins in the bag. I rarely eat Chili's anymore and this last visit was a reminder why. My kids both had burgers which they said were great so we will start there. My loaded cheese fries were good however they forgot my ranch dressing which was annoying. The cheddar cheese curds were extremely salty. I had steak fajitas and the steak was extremely tough, I didn't even end up eating it I just used the black beans rice and veggies to make tacos that way with the tortillas I had. My sister had a cilantro chimichurri steak I believe and it arrived a hot mess. We did curbside to go however I don't believe this was a travel issue they just threw a small amount of food in the box and gave it to us that way. My wife and I went to dinner at Chilis for our 43rd. wedding anniversary. Our server was off in la la land and really wasn't paying attention to us. We Ordered drinks, my wife had a dirty martini and I had a beer. The drinks arrived twenty minutes later. By the way, there were only ten people in the place, so service should have been better. My wife sent the martini back because it was half full. When the second drink arrived it was filled with olive juice. We refused it. Next we ordered a house salad and asked for a second plate so we could share it. What arrived was a Caesar salad with one dressing and one plate. It took five minutes for the second plate to arrive. After our salad, the main course arrived. We ordered a fillet with shrimp and a rib eye with shrimp. Both steaks were so tuff we only ate half. My rib eye was 50% fat. our meal sucked!
