For starters, I just want to say that while our server was stressed, he was attentive and took care of our order. However, our experience was ruined by drinks that tasted of dish soap. At first my coke was off so I asked for a tea. The tea was even worse, so I drank the water that had been given when we sat down- again, dish soap. Finally, I asked for a different glass thinking the mugs were the problem. Every drink tasted so distinctly like soap I didn't even eat my dinner and just took it to go. I was initially optimistic about this location, but at this point when I bring up going to eat somewhere this place isn't even considered because I have had multiple horrible service experiences here, and it is a somewhat infuriating waste of time to go in here and try to be served food. Twice we've gone by for dinner and stood in the doorway and nobody even looks at you or acknowledges us (there was nobody else waiting). We stood around like awkward school girls for a while and eventually left both times. Another day we wanted to get something additional after we'd already closed out our check and the server threw a temper tantrum, and we ended up leaving instead of getting our order. ANOTHER day I naively thought "I'll get takeout." After I placed my order online I went to the restaurant and ended up having to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes because "the kitchen gets really busy at lunch time." When they came to the front to take names they took someone else's first before mine, I told them we were here first and still seated them first. Our curb side order was suppose to be ready at 2:27, it's 2:49 and still waiting!! Went in to get my food, people standing at front, waiting on table called the restaurant to let them know they were waiting. Where the heck is the management!! Visited this location yesterday. Service was OK but the server refused to ring up our Reward from the app. Failed to explain we needed to log into the tabletop computer with our phone number. We asked for a chips and salsa to go that came free with our membership at Chili's. He brought the chips and salsa and then charged us without telling us they were NOT free. We asked he take it off the bill and he took the chips and salsa away while we were still sitting at the table. Pretty embarrassing. This location does not care about their customers. I ordered curbside been here for 20 minutes waiting bc of no more designated spots for curbside. I've called twice to advise them of my arrival as they instructed. Nia thinks putting a customer on hold means we can't hear the mess they talk about having to deal with not only a paying customer but one who tips 20% of which I hope she understands is a choice! I've worked with customers for 30 plus years! This is unprofessional and highly unacceptable. I can go to any number of places and get better food, service and less attitude. I would highly recommend in this time that leaders lead!!! This is a problem acknowledged by the guy that brought my food asking me specifically what I heard. I called chili's about 15 minutes away from the restaurant so that by the time I had arrived my food would either be ready or very close to ready so that I could get my kids home after a long day. When I walked in.. still on the phone she asked me what was the name for the order. The phone wasn't even ringing. This isn't the first time this has happened. I was expecting the real Chili's experience we stopped in for dinner the atmosphere was as you would expect kind of noisy but that's to be expected take us a little while to get seated even though it was not full what we did get sat down the waitress was nice we ordered our drinks it took forever and a day to get our appetizer out I had to ask another waiter for refills on the chips and when my food did come out it was as if they had left the chicken under the heat lamps for hours and just poured sauce on top of it was extremely disappointing and not at all what I would expect from an up-to-date and brand new Chili's I will not be coming back to this restaurant until they upgrade their attention to detail and fresh food read more

I'm sorry, but this Chili's is filthy. I could understand given the staffing shortage most restaurants are dealing with, but there were 17 tables with old food, un-bussed, while workers were sitting at tables on their phones. The floor had so much grease on it that it felt like walking on ice. And the bathrooms clearly hadn't been tended to recently- no tp, overflowing trash. I took my granddaughter and daughter to Chili's in Midlothian, off 633. I think it's somewhat new. I love Chili's food and atmosphere most of the time.This weekend I had a lot of issues . I ordered faitia sizzler ,chips,queso dip,hamburger,chicken strips ,fries and cheese sticks. Of course drinks. First I never got my cheese sticks ,they should have came first with the chips. I didn't get refills on drinks , I did get one extra water because I had to ask for it . Let me explain the sizzler was way to spicy for me to eat I did eat the beans and rice,some shrimp. All the rest was way to spicy so was the queso. I sent the queso back told them I couldn't eat it. My whole meal was not enjoyable for me the others with me liked their food. I wish I could have a sizzler fatiea meal with no spice so I could eat it. I spend $90 bucks about $30 of that was my dinner . I would like to be compensated for my uneatable meal and my drink that I didn't get refilled ,just mine. Everyone elts loved theirs. The servers were awesome but the chips had pools of oil on them, the cheese bites were so greasy we sent them back (and we have NEVER sent back food!), my chili was so burnt and thick it seems it was scraped from the bottom of the pot after sitting there all day (or longer), my husband's steak was not cooked even close to evenly (ordered medium rare and some spots were bloody and some where well done)- overall VERY disappointing meal. Arrived with group of 12 a little after 11am on Sunday. Service was good and food was average. The reason for one star is the restroom I used after eating. I will spare you the disgusting details, but I would have not eaten there if seen restroom before eating. It had not been cleaned after Saturday night, maybe longer. I know restaurants are having trouble getting help, but this is unacceptable. Does a manager not check the restrooms? Do they have a manager? I had a great date night here, their 5$ margarita of the month was delicious, the service was great and our food came out delicious.

We gave this location two tries in less than a week. The first experience was average at best with the biggest issues being the slow service and that they didn't provide an itemized receipt. They only brought out the total bill with the signature line. The taste of the food was pretty decent so we were willing to give it another shot. On visit number two the service was very slow, the food was way over cooked and once again, no itemized receipt. I will add that it was around 4:30 on each of these visits and the restaurant was pretty slow. The bad service and quality was not due to being overwhelmed. We are officially done with this location and will not be back. It just isn't the same Chili's that I grew up with. read more

It's a new restaurant so there are little hiccups but nothing that can't be overlooked. They are busy every time we come here but the wait isn't unreasonable. The staff of super friendly. We like to sit in the cocktail area and the waitresses there are great and always helping each other. The drinks are delicious. They have $5 margaritas of the Month and that's what I go for. Also the bar area has great happy hour specials on food. Excited to have chili's in our town. read more

They definitely still working out the kinks. My daughters food didn't come out and when it did her burger was burnt on the outside and pink on the inside. this is by far the worst service i have ever received at any restaurant. it took them 20 minutes to just get our drink ordered. they are constantly "out" of items like fries, yet have no problem providing them for other customers. they also proceed to claim that they are under staffed, yet every time i look at an employee they are leaning against something doing absolutely nothing. this is not my first instance of terrible customer service. i have been to this specific location many times and had my order wrong, incomplete, uncooked, and in one instance never even served. there are plenty of other locations that are a much better option for those of you who are really looking for some chili's food. this location should be shut down. read more

I ordered two burgers and one order steak fajitas. Asked specifically for cheese only and refried beans only for fajitas. I didn't need sour cream, pico, avocado, nothing else. Not even onions and peppers. How hard???? One hour later, my food arrived to my automobile. I checked the best I could and left. Fajitas all wrong. Had rice and some soup, no cheese or beans. I took them back and approached same guy who took my order. He said, oh you didn't want this? Well, look who just woke up. I said, no, I asked for cheese and refried beans. We even said, oh easy!!! He was dumbfounded. Wanted to just give me cheese and beans and I would leave. But, the time it took to go to and from, it just made the meal unappealing and my husband was done!!! We asked for refund of $18. That was 20% tip included. He said, I'm gonna have to get my manager. I said ok no prob. She asked me the story again. She explained that Chili's does not have refried beans. And she slipped off to back. She then brought me two (2) $5 gift cards. I laughed. I said what are you doing? She said this, it's going to take 24 hrs for return, uh oh, I mean 24 days for refund. I said which is it? Days or hours? I then said why only $10 for the meal? She said,"the meat is only about $3.50 of the meal and that was done correctly. I lost it! Having a panic attack on top of an anxiety attack. Nobody knew what they were doing. No one took accountability for their mistakes. instead of saying no prob we will refund, they kept talking themselves into more lies. Do not eat here. The ambiance is open and bright making it uncomfortable, the prices are gouging, and the staff have no clues how to work there. Including the female manager. Burgers were decent but cold because of wait. The food runner for Togo orders just needed help. I used to love eating here. Now it's a bitter reminder of things that used to be good. Again, I'm very upset about the assumption that it was about money. It was not at all. Besides, I asked my bank to do a credit because the product was not delivered properly.
