What made the experience even worse was the DJ setup. The speakers were enormous and the music was turned up so loud it felt more like being inside a nightclub than a restaurant. I enjoy music and a fun atmosphere, but not at a volume where you can't relax, talk, or enjoy dinner comfortably. It became so uncomfortable that I actually had to leave and come back later to pick up my husband and friend after they finally received their food. Sadly, I never even got to eat dinner that night. Cinco de Mayo is a major event every year, so there was plenty of time to prepare for the crowd and overall experience. The portion was very generous, fresh, well prepared and presented on the plate. If I had one negative, that would be the unsweetened tea. It tasted like it had been sitting for days. It tasted bad.
