Food has decent value, but as with many of these chains, consistency isn't quite there. Service was attentive at the beginning, but there were a couple hiccups with getting some our "unlimited chips" refilled and with some order clarifications. Another point - the ribs were extraordinarily dry, and as a barbecue lover, that is one thing that's hard to stand when dining out. I ordered the carne asada, shrimp and chicken fijatas. It was fresh, and came to me sizzling hot on a cutting board/comal combo. didn't except fresh hot food. Came with grilled onions, rice, bell peppers, beans, 4 tortillas, guacamole, salsa and cheese . Also the black bean egg rolls are really good. They didn't give me a glass I received a plastic cup. Wow! Where do I start? Let's start and end with the Cliff's Notes version. 1. The parking lot is super dark... Safety concern! 2. Walking inside reminded me of entering a funeral home... Dead silence and the smell of sadness. I've been to a fair share of Chili's and this was the worst looking one. 3. We waited approximately 5 minutes at the host desk with no acknowledgement. First off the we asked to not sit in the bar hoping to avoid the singing bartender, unfortunately we were sat one row away and it was dreadful, between the overhead music, the bar music was loud and different and then we could hear blaring music from what we can only assume was the kitchen, it gave me a migraine, Secondly, our server came took our order and we didn't see her again until we left there were several servers hanging around on their phones and as I passed by to the restroom I could hear the entire kitchen at the top of their lungs screaming at each other calling them pendejo, yes I speak Spanish fluently and was shocked !! No wonder the place is going down in flames, the food was mediocre too much salt on the fries, the burgers were ok. We did ask for them to be medium well I guess thats our fault. Also, third and final, the staff is just rude, the language between them in private whatever, but in front not people dining, theirs some decent servers there but thats pretty much it. Unless they get their act together we wont be back. Many of our fiends stopped going because of the outlandish music from the bar, and the useless servers on their phones all night. We had to ask a Host in the front for refills because our server never returned. He was very nice and helped us out. Maybe instead of closing off sections we were told where we wanted to sit, (the other end of the restaurant to avoid the music) was closed for the night because the servers didn't want to open that section or something like that. I had not been to a Chilis in about a decade but decided to give it a try while trying to wait out the horrible traffic. Ordered the 3 for me with smash burger and side salad and soda. The salad was on the smaller side but it had the perfect ratio of the best house salad veggies. Croutons were really good too. The burger was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. I ordered a to-go order of Buffalo Chicken Salad but it came with zero Buffalo sauce and only a half-full side of dressing. The to-go dressing container is 2oz and was half full. That's 1oz of dressing for an entire salad. Huh? Bless your heart, Chili's but bless me more for not checking my order before I left. My fault. I crave this salad for the mix of ranch, crumbled bleu cheese and breaded Buffalo chicken. So delish. But it's only delish when it's all there. The lettuce was fresh and nice, so that's a win. But, grabbing your lunch to go, getting to your destination and then feeling disappointed in what's included is a flop of feelings that makes you not want to repeat them in the future. If I had to do it all over again, I'd ask for a side of Buffalo sauce and extra dressing - or, two extra dressings, cause then it might equal 2 full ounces. If you drench your salads, ask for 4 extra dressings. This was my first time here because I'm still newish to town and tend to shop local. This is my favorite chili's location to go to! The staff is always very polite and quick with their service, and the food never comes out dead. I am in love with their current promotion of 3 for 10 fajitas. The chicken fajitas are my absolute favorite, and the meat was so juicy and tender, and o appreciated the signature "sizzle" when it came to the table. Our surver Aliyah was very rude to us the entire night and had a terrible attitude even though we were nice and polite by even complementing her nails. It was father's birthday dinner and we had requested a lava cake with ice cream hot his birthday. I went on a Saturday afternoon and they were only seating people on the bar side, the, we're not using any seats on the restaurant side. There were alot of families with kids waiting to be seated and they told us we had to wait unti someone left from the bar, we could not be seated in the empty restaurant side. A lot of families just left. I don't understand why and no one explained it to us, they just said we had to wait. Our waiter hadn't come over for 25 minutes at that point. I ask the waitress helping other tables to check on our ap. A manager comes over a couple minutes later. She says kitchen is backed up hence the delay. I then said we are waiting on queso and chips, that dude got his tripple dipper that ordered 10+mins after us, that couple got a burger, ribs, and chicken bite things. We are literally waiting on queso and chips. Low and behold our chips and queso come back a minute later, but then our food immediately comes out too. I get forgotting to not bring food out just apologize. Naw the manager blamed the kitchen on their incompetence. Went to kitchen. Comes back and asks what did we order... Again had so say MFing queso and chips. Total shit show. When we got the bill they charged me for a patron instead of the presidente marg I had ordered but at that point we knew this place scams so didnt bother asking them to change it.
