    Something floating in my water.
    Yvonne B.

We entered and the hostess at the front smiled and was extremely polite. She sat us at the table and wished us a great meal. We were approached by Cory who had a bad attitude the moment he walked up to the table! My husband and I ordered water and my mom asked if she could have hot tea! With an attitude, he just starred at her shaking his head and had an ugly facial expression. It was rude and so I made a joke to try and lighten the mood. I said, "mom where do you think you are lol " he still with an attitude just walked away. A moment later, we get dropped off two waters and a a cup of hot water!! What?? Why in the world did you just drop off a cup of hot water? It was really rude and we didn't want him back at our table to wait on us. My water had something floating in it that was red/orange floating at the bottom. A nice young lady named destiny came to serve us and apologized on his behalf. She took our order and was polite, my mom ended up ordering a strawberry lemonade. However, Cory was staring at us from the bar laughing like it was funny. We aren't sure on what happened or why he chose to be so rude to us but it wasn't ok. My husband decided to order a blackberry lemonade and got it right away mind you my mom is still waiting on her strawberry lemonade. These are made by the bar so now we know he must of, I don't know, not liked that my mom asked for a hot tea? I ordered steak fajitas and they brought me shrimp! At this point I am extremely irritated and I know because we are black they were thinking we are nothing but problems but this stuff we didn't make up, it really happened. It was a nice gesture that destiny took the meal off of our bill , when we didn't ask. When we got our food it tasted really good and was seasoned well!!

Food: awesome. I had the fajitas Service: couldn't have had a better server. She never let my drink get below half empty. She was attentive without being smothering. When asked for recommendations her delivery and suggestions were on point and welcomed. Ambiance: the establishment was warm and inviting. On the Thursday evening I visited it was not overtly crowded so communicating with others in my party was effortless. There are several tv's displaying different games and sports. Basically I'd highly advise giving Chili's a try for your next dining experience.

Super fast service. The waiter was quick and always refilled our drinks! We got the food quick and it was so delicious. The endless chips and salsa were the best. The chips were warm and fresh and they always refilled so quick! You can pay through the mini phone thing at your table. Super convenient. There's games you can play too for a small fee. Overall really great experience and food.

This is my 2nd visit to this location since it's opened. Both times were good experiences. One of my go to spots for good cheap food nothing over the top, can't beat a casual spot, drinks food, and sports on TV. Can't beat the '3 for Me' deal. It was kinda a busy night, but we were able to sit in the bar area right away instead of waiting for the main dining area. Once we were seated the bartender got our drink order. We already knew what we wanted so the beginning half of quick. **if you are rewards member make sure to log into that tablet on the table for free chips and salsa.** 2 orders - 3 for me deal 5/5 stars chips & salsa (free when you have rewards app) 4/5 stars - smash burgers 3/5 stars - fries 5/5 stars - margaritas 3/5 stars - salad 3/5 stars - enchilada soup

Yelp Review 2025 #9: First influencer letdown of the year: Nashville Hot Mozz. I've been let down by influencers countless of times but here I am falling into the same trap because I never learn my lesson! And also, because I have hope...hope that they would finally suggest something good. I don't frequent Chili's. But said mozzarella has been popping up on my Insta for no good reason. So, today, I finally gave in and tried them. Nashville Hot Mozz: We got a small order which has 3 mozzarella bricks the size of fast food apple pie. By looking at them, they seemed promising. Golden brown breaded and fried cheese doused in Nashville hot sauce which is similar to Buffalo sauce. It comes with a cup of ranch for dipping. The hot melted cheese has a nice pull to it. And the good things end there. They're good to look at but not great to put in your mouth. Extremely salty and you can't taste anything else. For the 3-piece portion, it's a whopping 1900 calories so, if you eat one, it's 633 calories which equivalent to one whole meal that doesn't fill you up! I ate half a piece and got an entree with more substance. 1/5 Guiltless Sirloin: You can either get 6oz or 10oz and it comes with asparagus. The steak is drizzled with cilantro pesto and comes with pico. I ordered no pico. The asparagus was also super salty. You can see the salt caked on to the asparagus! The steak was good. 2/5 The service was the best part. Our server was Kathy and she was very energetic and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food to come and drinks to be refilled. Knowing Chili's is ultra casual, I'm not expecting gourmet by any means but chill out on the salt! I had at least 3 refills of my iced tea to wash it all down.

    The mozzarella sticks are huge.

Went in not knowing what kind of food I would be able to eat as a vegan. They had bottomless chips and salsa and a veggie bean burger.i asked for no cheese and no SantaFe sauce. I added the sweet chili sauce that they use for dips. It was delicious. Portion size of fries was perfect. My son had the mozzarella sticks in Nashville hot sauce. The cheese to batter ratio was good but he felt the outside was a bit overdone.

went in around 11:20am today and the restaurant wasn't packed. staff was super kind !! they sat us down and got our food to us quickly. i tried the triple dipper for the first time today. i got nashville mozzarella, honey chipotle chicken tenders, and southwest egg rolls. my basket came with ranch and a yummy green avocado sauce. the restaurant looked very clean and modern compared to other chilis restaurants in vegas

The waitress arrived and took orders, their margaritas are tall and refreshing. We started with Chicken Nachos. They were constructed strangely, they put the refried beans on the plate itself, under the chips and other ingredients. You had to lift up the nachos to scrape the beans off the plate. We then went with the Ribeye Steak and Chicken and Waffles. The steak was cooked beautifully. They initially brought out hot honey instead of syrup for the waffles, which was confusing. Their "Hash Browns" are actually potato sticks. There were only 2 women working as servers/bartenders, so the speed of the service was a bit slow. We ended up waiting quite a while for the check. Overall, not a bad spot for a bite and a drink.

My friend Dana said, "Hey, there's a local restaurant near me that I go to all the time... and…read morethey're having a FREE BBQ Saturday night!" Free BBQ?!? It didn't take much to twist my husband's arm... though we weren't 100% that this would be anything much... because, as my husband said, "Nothing's free... and what do they get out of it? and how are they doing this... in this economy?" We arrived promptly at 4PM, because we knew it was "first come first served"... they had a DJ and a TON of games, raffles, free alcoholic beverages, swag (tshirts, beer cozies, pins, stickers, custom-designed etched wine glasses), various stations of fun activities... and... the entire restaurant was part of this... So of course we sat our party of 5 at a table in the main restaurant section... and proceeded to... order full meals and drinks from the menu. Listen, the prices are RIGHT, the food looked incredible, and technically they weren't going to serve the BBQ until 5:30... so... we figured we'd have an hour and a half to digest. I ordered a salad though... because I was dead set on some ribs or pulled pork or something... BBQ-y. My husband ordered the BLT with tater tots, and others in our party ordered sandwiches, fried raviolis, among other items like martinis, lemonade. Our waitress was so attentive and darling, really took care of us the entire time. At 5:30 the BBQ happened. Myself and one other from our party were ready, whilst everyone else had already had their fill with the menu items. But boy did they regret the fact that there was no more room in their bellies... because the BBQ spread was INCREDIBLE: A full salad with all the fixings, RIBS (!!), hamburgers (full size, wonderful patties!), hot dogs (delicious!), chili, mac'n'cheese, watermelon... my goodness it was an immense spread. And all was cooked superbly! And again, plenty of free alcohol as well. As I spoke to the other locals around the BBQ, I kept hearing exactly what my friend Dana said, "We live 5 minutes away... we come here ALL the time... we LOVE this place!" The vibe was COMMUNITY-CENTERED... it was obvious... and as the raffle winners were called, the entire place exploded into claps and whistles as each of the winners' names were called. Golden Knights jerseys, golf caddies, backpacks... it was all soo lovely, but those prizes were just icing on the cake... a "cake" consisting of a true LOCAL restaurant and it's COMMUNITY... each expressing their support for each other. My husband and I were floored. And humbled to see the entire event play out.... something you don't see enough of anymore. May Summit Tavern continue to enjoy their success in the neighborhood, and may other establishments learn from Summit Tavern's success! And THANK YOU... for a wonderful evening, Summit Tavern staff and all who made the night truly special.

We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.
