The food & service is much better than the Decatur location! I will start there. Almost everyone was friendly, and everyone was working! It was somewhat busy! Our server Antoine (or Antwan? Unsure how he spelled it) was great! He gets 5 stars! He was attentive and accommodating! He was new so it took a bit to place the order, but he also checked to be sure he got it correct! He was friendly with my babies and I appreciate that also! It made it a funner family experience for the kids! The vibe in the restaurant was good. The games were on the screen over the bar! People were talking and joying themselves! The managers were engaging with the crew which was cool. Not so much with the Patrons but it was nice to see everyone working together! The food came out quick! The corn was so dry, idk what is up with the corn. The street corn was dressed up so it wasn't so bad but outside of that, everything was as you'd expect. The service is good but the food is very disappointing. Everything we ordered is SUPER salty. The fries, the steak, the shrimp, the nachos, among others that we ordered, were all super duper salty. This is the second time me and my husband have come to this location and the service is incredible. Jasmine and Tina were our amazing servers but everyone is so sweet. One thing that I really love about this location is not only how tasty the food is, but any staff will bring your food/drinks to your table when it's ready vs having to wait for your specific server to bring your food. I Went to have my Veterans Day evening meal here. This a fairly new Chili's & I used to go to the one on Decatur. Noticeably as I arrived & looking for a parking spot there was quite the crowd in the front of the restaurant. Immediately thought okay this might be an hour long wait? Fortunately, upon entering the 2 hostesses greeted me with a smile. I didn't even ask for a wait time & asked if there was room at the bar. I was affirmed there was & found my seat. Bar Tenders were talkative & friendly & I ordered the Chicken Crispers/Fries meal with tea. My food was prepared well & did like their Honey Chipotle dipping sauce. It a had a nice kick to it. The restaurant seemed pretty full & I'm surprised to say it wasn't crazy loud where you can't hear the person next to you! The bar had ample tv's to watch my team play Monday Night Football (Rams vs Dolphins who played more like Lambs , but that's another story!) Disappointed after 15+ yrs as a lotal customer. I ordered the $12 strawberry margarita ( large glass - same as last week) w less ice from AUGUSTIN. Instead i get it in a glass twice as small without ice. The manager VICTOR tells me that's what they do when someone orders it without ice...Wha????? Service was awful at 8:45pm. Took 15 mins but to get water, chips was cold, soup was salty & cold, didn't even get my water refilled. When asked 4 fresh chips to go( which only takes 45 sec in micro) , AUGUSTIN told me he couldnt do that as they were closing. Wha? Unbelievable! The hiring manager got mad at me because she had to do her job. I waited 30 minutes for a job interview as well as search for her cuz she was doing god knows what in the back and then comes back to interview someone other than me after I waited 30 minutes (3:30 Pm) (interview at 3:00PM) After waiting half an hour, I then I sit with her and ask her if I may be interviewed I say "I had an interview 30 minutes ago" and she replies "So did everybody else", denies me an interview, then tells me to "Have a good day" and escorts me out. It was the plus sized girl with half-inch between each tooth and orange eyes. Okay so my wife decided new years eve to get a bite to eat. We remembered that Chilis just opened up near our house and we love the Buffalo wings. We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated. Jordin and Bryan were our waiters. They helped us with the ordering process and quickly brought our drinks. Our appetizers were brought by Debbie she was great! I remembered her from a previous restaurant she worked at. All 3 of them made our evening very enjoyable. They were an amazing group of employees. Our drinks were never empty our table was cleared in a timely manner and the conversation was great. Highly recommended this place to anyone in the area.
