This place has absolutely ZERO customer service, ZERO effort in following up on complaints or "mishaps", & ZERO liability on their mistakes. I placed an order directly from chilis.com site for delivery. Failed to receive 2 items I paid for. Called the same day to inform Chili's. Initially was told by one of the workers because doordash delivered it, ill have to be refunded through doordash. [Chili's & Doordash are in partnership as far as delivery FYI]. Immediately asked to speak w/ the manager because the poor baby didnt know a thing. SCOTT the manager resolved this issue only verbally, obviously, and we agreed on a e-giftcard. Giftcard never came to my email. This is where it gets interesting. I called every week or so, because SCOTT said it may take a week to come via email. Here's all the outgoing calls I made to follow up... 9/11/21 (17 mins), 9/22/21 (15 mins), 10/4/21 (4 mins), 10/18/21 (28 mins), 10/21/21 (4 mins), 10/27/21 (4mins). On these days I've left my number and info EACH TIME for a manager to call back. I also spoke with MELISSA the other manager *twice and she was suppose to follow up and call me back. Just imagine 6 sticky notes somewhere in Chili's w/ my name and number and NO ONE followed up. NO INCOMING CALLS, NO EMAILS. NOTHING!! And thats why this place... ZERO. Well what sucked was it was my graduation day, I was with my spouse and mother in law and thought going here after a long commencement would be a cake walk. Sh*t. First the host had an attitude when he welcomed us, then sat us for no reason in the bar area. You know because my 70 year old mother is going to be chugging shots like a frat boy since it was the weekend. So besides that being highly inappropriate all the tables and seats were barely clean. Oh and my mother asked the host for a decaf tea and he immediately asked what was her second choice wtf???? He did not even check to see if they carried decaf or explained if Chilis did not carry decaf just give me another choice bs. Then came our waiter who throughout the meal was missing like a "where's waldo?" puzzle. If he did appear it was to socialize with the other misfit toys in the bar area. Only time they ACTED like they were doing anything was if the manager (I guess) came out from the back. At one point we had to ask for napkins, (yes!) and then waited forever before he returned with about a handful. Mind you I am all about recycling and saving the tree but this was ridiculous. I ordered a Steak (well done) and fries, but the steak was pink inside and the fries were yuck, no ketchup no steak sauce to give this meal a chance. I would have asked the waiter if I could find him. So the wife did a spiderman impression and crawled on an adjacent table to get ketchup. Which did not help. Oh and drink refills? Nope none of that. We also ordered the bottomless nachos and salsa we ate the chips to the bottom. Yes we found the bottom! There were two other customers that had problems with locating the waiter as well, and were asking if they could pay the bartender so they could go. Someone had to physically get the waiter to show up with the check. When it was our turn to leave we had a similar problem as we waited forever for our bill because the waiter was hanging out with the other employees. UNTIL management reappeared. That is when we Finally got his attention and our check. Ah but when we tried to sign the the check, the pen that did not work and again our waiter could not be found. My wife alerted one of the other employees behind the bar to find a pen for us during this ruckus Captain timely (our waiter) appeared about 5 minutes later. Came in the other day and walked up to the host who looked at me like I was out of place, then reluctantly sat me. I came ahead of my friends by 10-15 minutes and asked for a table for 4. Was sat and ignored completely until 5 minutes after my friends arrived (20 minutes total). I believe I was ignored by the staff because I am a WHITE man and the staff seemed cold towards me until my African American and Hispanic friends joined me. Our gentleman server was very nice once we were finally attended to and I didn't see him until the very moment he came down and asked if anyone had attended to us, so I wouldn't count him in as part of the group that neglected me for my race. The food was pretty horrible. I don't think this was due to slow service or anything, I think that's just how the food normally is. Glasses weren't exactly very clean and the utensils were pretty disgusting. The menus were covered in food and stains and we were only provided with a few paper napkins for the whole table. The food was delish! We were there to celebrate my birthday. The "hostess " if thats what you want to wanna call her, was rude and very unwilling to be helpful and friendly. She wouldn't allow any information as to how long we had to wait for a table. It was warm and stuffy inside. We weren't even offered a glass of water. Or anything comped for our trouble. We spent $140.00 not including the tip. It wasn't crowded, there were at least 10 tables open. We stopped in while shopping nearby for cocktails and their Quesadilla Explosion Salad which is my favorite. I am glad they shrank the salad size to avoid waste because it used to be twice as large. The portion size is now perfect for one adult. Their Captain's Castaway cocktail was delicious (I typically dislike rum but it had only a light tinge of rum). Service was good, but servers should always bring glasses of water and napkins. We should not have to ask for these items hence the one-star deduction. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER. I'm writing this review as I sit in the restaurant at THIS moment. We arrive at 8pm. Finally had our order taken. NO water. NO extra plate for the appetizer. Then an hour later AFTER having our order taken the server cones and ask what did I order. I said if you took my order 40 minutes ago and I'm still waiting. I didn't order a DAMN thing. We requested water and extra dipping sauce. Remember I decided not to eat anything since my order was forgotten. And FYI the restaurant isn't crowded. Not even at 25% and other parties seemed to be served well. NOT us. When the dipping sauce arrived she tapped me on my shoulder with it while her back was to me. I came here and got some food to go recently. I ordered the spinach cheese dip and some of the honey chipotle chicken strips. The strips were thin with hardly any meat on them. What was even worse than that was the spinach cheese dip though. Whoever packed up my spinach dip accidentally mixed it with guacamole. Yes, you read that correctly. We went here a few times after they opened and I guess I expected too much. They were fast and effecient the first few times. We went here a week ago to use a giftcard. We were seated immediately, but no one and I mean no one stopped to wait on us. After 20 minutes we demanded to see the manager, and left. He was all apologetic, but no one in their right mind stays after you tell the manager the his wait staff ignored you, in a half empty restaurant, for more than 20 minutes. We came in on a busy Thursday night. Even so, we were seated right away and received good service throughout our meal, until the end, where the waitress forgot to take our payment. Their menu is extensive, so to make our decision easier, we decided to go for the $20 dinner for 2, where you get an app to share and two full-sized entrees from a smaller menu. I love their chips and salsa/guac, but noticed they had a new fried pickles app since the last time I visited here about 100 years ago. We ordered this app, but decided to live large because of the gift card and also order their fried cheddar app. The cheddar bites came out first and they were AWESOME. The portion was plentiful, and the fried bites were full of cheese (I've actually been places where the fried cheese curds are just breading and air!). They had a spice mix on them, which added to the flavor. The dipping sauce was good, but didn't add much to the flavor overall. The pickles were another story. They were limp, hardly breaded and had a funny flavor to them. We ate about 4 before giving up, and these come in a huge portion too! I ordered their 901 blackberry smash drink- a sweet but super weak margarita loaded with ice. If I'm going to drink my calories, I like knowing there's booze in there too, but I couldn't prove it this time around. Still a pretty good drink, but not worth the $9.01 price. We ordered bacon burgers for the entree (by the way, I swear I'm on a diet). These were decent sized, with a good amount of bacon, cheese and a sauce on it. The burger itself wasn't huge on flavor, but it was dressed nicely to give it good flavor. The fries were well seasoned and hot. I had trouble walking out of the restaurant after all I consumed! Part part of the order was missing and everything was cold. I called and spoke with the manager. She said that she could refund for the missing soup. Stopped in with a friend the other night to simply have dessert and drinks. Upon walking in I almost turned right around and walked back out. The place was a madhouse at 8pm on a Wednesday night. The whole place looked filthy and overall just unkempt. The service was just terrible. We had about 4 different people wait on us with no rhyme or reason (one took our drink order, another brought us the drinks, another took our food order, and the last delivered said food.) I ordered a hot tea, and was brought an iced tea. We ordered two desserts and it took way longer than it should have to bring them out, cause lets face it, you know the deserts are just these pre-made things that they pop in a microwave and toss a scoop of ice cream on top of. At least those tasted good. After we received our desserts and finished eating, it took forever to get our check. The volume level in this place was insane. My friend and I were practically screaming over our table just to have a conversation and it just didn't seem like any of the other tables were emptying out. One of our four servers kept running past our table and pointing at us as if to say "sorry I'm totally ignoring you, but I just can't even right now". I felt bad for the guy because even though there were many staff members in sight he seemed to be the only person actually working. I am a huge fan of the Cajun pasta with shrimp and this Chili's is the closest to the mall that I frequent. Twice I have ordered this meal and twice I never receive the garlic bread that comes with the meal. Yesterday my daughter and I decided to stop by and dine in. First, it was terribly cold the air conditioner was all the way up and I had a sweater on. I mentioned this to our server and his response was yeah I'm freezing too. HUH? This is the worst chilis to order from in terms of curbside/to-go. The food is never actually brought out to the car which means you have to go in yourself, the food is sometimes terrible (such as the chicken crispers that sometimes come out with no chicken on them), and the service is terrible. Too many times I have come here and gotten my food nearly an HOUR after I was told it would be done. This is outrageous and the management must be terrible to let these things go uncontrolled for so long. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. read more
