The food was delish! We were there to celebrate my birthday. The "hostess " if thats what you want to wanna call her, was rude and very unwilling to be helpful and friendly. She wouldn't allow any information as to how long we had to wait for a table. It was warm and stuffy inside. We weren't even offered a glass of water. Or anything comped for our trouble. We spent $140.00 not including the tip. It wasn't crowded, there were at least 10 tables open. Now I understand that possibly enough servers weren't scheduled, but with the place so empty, don't you think that maybe she could've taken a simple order and just have been a a ream player? The way she was dressed was awful. Her whole attitude stunk, and she didn't evenwear a mask. The sign posted on the glass door clearly stated that we had to wear a mask. I would think that the employees should wear one as well. Dont believe me? Check your cameras! The server we had, I hate to say, doesn't belong there. It was as though it was his first job ever. We stopped in while shopping nearby for cocktails and their Quesadilla Explosion Salad which is my favorite. I am glad they shrank the salad size to avoid waste because it used to be twice as large. The portion size is now perfect for one adult. Their Captain's Castaway cocktail was delicious (I typically dislike rum but it had only a light tinge of rum). Service was good, but servers should always bring glasses of water and napkins. We should not have to ask for these items hence the one-star deduction. read more

I came here and got some food to go recently. I ordered the spinach cheese dip and some of the honey chipotle chicken strips. The strips were thin with hardly any meat on them. What was even worse than that was the spinach cheese dip though. Whoever packed up my spinach dip accidentally mixed it with guacamole. Yes, you read that correctly. They put guacamole in the container and then plopped on spinach dip on top -- in the same freakin' contianer. The cheese in the spinach cheese dip was also not melted completely either. We came in on a busy Thursday night. Even so, we were seated right away and received good service throughout our meal, until the end, where the waitress forgot to take our payment. Their menu is extensive, so to make our decision easier, we decided to go for the $20 dinner for 2, where you get an app to share and two full-sized entrees from a smaller menu. I love their chips and salsa/guac, but noticed they had a new fried pickles app since the last time I visited here about 100 years ago. We ordered this app, but decided to live large because of the gift card and also order their fried cheddar app. The cheddar bites came out first and they were AWESOME. The portion was plentiful, and the fried bites were full of cheese (I've actually been places where the fried cheese curds are just breading and air!). They had a spice mix on them, which added to the flavor. The dipping sauce was good, but didn't add much to the flavor overall. The pickles were another story. They were limp, hardly breaded and had a funny flavor to them. We ate about 4 before giving up, and these come in a huge portion too! I ordered their 901 blackberry smash drink- a sweet but super weak margarita loaded with ice. If I'm going to drink my calories, I like knowing there's booze in there too, but I couldn't prove it this time around. Still a pretty good drink, but not worth the $9.01 price. We ordered bacon burgers for the entree (by the way, I swear I'm on a diet). These were decent sized, with a good amount of bacon, cheese and a sauce on it. The burger itself wasn't huge on flavor, but it was dressed nicely to give it good flavor. The fries were well seasoned and hot. I had trouble walking out of the restaurant after all I consumed! I ordered four lunches from this restaurant today. The bill was $89. Door Dash deliverred. The lunches arrived one hour later than promised. Part part of the order was missing and everything was cold. I called and spoke with the manager. She said that she could refund for the missing soup. I asked if she could give us a complementary lunch since it was such an overall poor experience. She said she could not do that. At least those tasted good. After we received our desserts and finished eating, it took forever to get our check. The volume level in this place was insane. My friend and I were practically screaming over our table just to have a conversation and it just didn't seem like any of the other tables were emptying out. One of our four servers kept running past our table and pointing at us as if to say "sorry I'm totally ignoring you, but I just can't even right now". I felt bad for the guy because even though there were many staff members in sight he seemed to be the only person actually working. There were 3 of us, but we got the 2 for 20.00 deal and had MORE than enough food. Our server was attentive and did a great job. THAT is what the big difference between Chili's restaurants can be- the service. I slipped her my credit card on the way to the restroom, so I could treat some family I was with. I am a huge fan of the Cajun pasta with shrimp and this Chili's is the closest to the mall that I frequent. Twice I have ordered this meal and twice I never receive the garlic bread that comes with the meal. Yesterday my daughter and I decided to stop by and dine in. First, it was terribly cold the air conditioner was all the way up and I had a sweater on. I mentioned this to our server and his response was yeah I'm freezing too. HUH? This is the worst chilis to order from in terms of curbside/to-go. The food is never actually brought out to the car which means you have to go in yourself, the food is sometimes terrible (such as the chicken crispers that sometimes come out with no chicken on them), and the service is terrible. Too many times I have come here and gotten my food nearly an HOUR after I was told it would be done. This is outrageous and the management must be terrible to let these things go uncontrolled for so long. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. read more

*sigh* I keep giving Chili's a try and they keep proving why I shouldn't. We went for lunch today, arriving at about 11:15 so the restaurant wasn't busy. It seemed to take longer than necessary for our waters and soups, but ok. I had the southwest chicken soup and it was so salty I couldn't finish it. Not good for 3.49 a bowl! I also ordered the sunrise grass fed burger. Once it arrived I took a bite and the beef tasted rancid. I had another member of my party try it to make sure it wasn't just me and she spit it out. When the manager came to see what the issue was I politely told him that I think the meat was bad but no thank you, I don't need to replace it. He seemed suspicious that I would suggest the meat was bad - but took the burger off of our bill. In addition to that main issue there was just small irritants - waiting to have water refilled, having to ask for napkins, waiting for finished plates to be removed from the table and their payment kiosk on the table not having receipt paper. I'm disappointed that I have to write this review. It's not the waiter's fault the food was bad but it is his fault that his service was lackluster. I hope this location reads these reviews (I see I'm not the only one with a poor experience!) and works on their customer service. For a corporate restaurant patrons expect a similar experience every time - and you won't get that at this location. read more
