I'm giving 2 stars because the food was edible when it came out and our server and managers were friendly. That being said, it took almost an hour for the food to come out bc apparently our order was lost. The first manager said it wasnt anyone's fault and it happens. I don't want to hear that. To me, it's their fault. They need to own the responsibility. Our drinks were refilled only 1x in the hour we waited. We had three managers come to the table and no one offered to make it right. Instead at the end of our meal and while we were paying we were offered freer desert. Chili's has been going down hill fast over the last couple years but today we thought we would give it one more shot. This will be the last time we ever set foot in a chili's ever again. read more

Two stars for fast service. Food quality would get one star, at most. Don't get the steak fajitas here. The steak is dry, under seasoned, grisly and WAY overcooked - tough, tough, tough. It was a takeout order, but if I was served this in the restaurant, I'd definitely send it back. Blech. read more

I ordered the steak chicken and shrimp fajitas takeout. the chicken and the shrimp was good the steak on the other hand, I asked it to be medium rare and it wasn't it was well done. also I don't know what kind of steak they use in the fajitas but it was the chewiest and fattiest piece of crap steak I've ever tasted in my life. I will probably never go back to this Chili's again ever. I wish I didn't leave a tip I'm so pissed off the steak was inedible My dog wouldn't even eat it. read more

We went back the next week after making a complaint using their online system and were assured that the situation had been addressed. Since I had 2 free gift cards to use, we were skeptical, but were very happy with the visit. Our server was attentive and very helpful - drink refills were on the table before the previous beverage had been finished or the ice had melted completely. The food was very good, too, so I feel they made up for it in the end. I never did find out if the bad server was fired or re-trained, but we haven't seen him since. read more

We've been at this location 2 different times. The first time the food took 45 minutes to reach our table. The second time, we were seated immediately and waited for ten minutes to be greeted by a waiter. The staff was not busy and appeared to be playing around. We left and went to another restaurant. Chilis used to be our go to place before moving to this side of town, so we're disappointed that has to change. read more

I was in the area and I usually only end up here if someone wants to go or everything else is busy. I usually sit in the bar area and it never fails that I'm ignored while the bartender chats with a regular. I always order the only thing I've ever had that's tasted good there; the bacon ranch quesadillas. Of the last 4 times I've ordered them, they haven't been prepared the same way twice. I will say, sitting at the bar you can hear into the kitchen and they have a pretty awesome expediter back there. When I was a cook I would've killed to have her working my counter. read more

Honestly this was such a disappointing visit. We eat at Chilis a lot, but this was our first time at this particular one. Server was very nice, but the service was so slow. Soup was cold, burger was cold and over cooked. Sat with empty drinks for a while. We waited 15 minutes for our server to come back so we could get a box but she never came so we ended up just paying and leaving. It was by far the worst service we've ever had a Chilis. Next time we will go to a different location. read more

This review is solely for the manager on duty on July 13th. There was an issue we brought to his attention which he immediately corrected, beyond what I would have expected. In addition to visiting the tables, he was also bussing them, sweeping floors, running food. Pleasant personality and definitely running his tail off. read more

I am the easiest to please person in the world. I hardly ever complain but I have never in my life been more disappointed in a restaurant. All I ordered was an appetizer for me and my daughter to share and a kids meal for my son. They forgot 3 things AND his little entree was cold! They gave me chips without the SALSA I ordered! They didnt bring my baby his drink. They didnt bring the sauce for his chicken kissers (as he calls them) and when I told the manager about it, he blew it off and didnt care. He said "Well somebody forgot two things. I'm sorry. Next time I hope we'll serve you better) His attitude was even more disgusting than my son's cold food that he took one bite of and spit out because it was COLD. I took him to McDonalds afterward and my baby told me "At least they're nice here mom". I WOULD NOT TAKE MY FAMILY BACK THERE IF THEY PAID ME TOO. read more

Worst customer service ever from waitress on up to the manager on duty. We made reservations for a party of 8 to celebrate my parents and grandmothers birthday. It took 1.5 hours to receive our appetizers. We rarely seen our waitress she never came to check on us. When we reported the poor customer service to the manager and he apologize but there was no improvement in the quality of service. It took another 30 minutes to receive our main course meals and then there were issues. When we finally received the check, we asked the manager if the meal can be discounted due to the service we receive and he boldly asked "what was the problem?" I have always loved Chili's, they serve great food for a good price, but I will never return to this location again. They even forgot to sing happy birthday!! If I can rate lower than 1 star, I would. read more

I wish I could give this Chili's half a star. It was a horrible experience ordering to go. You would think that miscommunication would diminish when ordering online. Not so at this location. They forgot five items for a dinner for two and a half. They were unapologetic on the phone and no manager decided it may be important to talk to us. My wife was treated like dirt when she arrived back at the restaurant to pick up the missing items. So much for our celebration dinner for buying a new house. We didn't get comped for anything. We had to reheat everything in the microwave at that point. I think it's time for new management. Horrible! Every time I've gone after 2012, something in my order has been stale and cold. Today my family and friends gathered to celebrate my terminally ill brother's birthday. We called ahead to let them know we had a large party but when we got there, the staff acted as if they knew nothing about it. When my mother stated that we called ahead, the staff (A chubby black male and a slightly chubby white female with brown hair and eyes) became OBNOXIOUS and began arguing and raising their voices at my mother. They did this while standing next to a seated party, I walked to the bathroom to get away because I was soo astonished by the staff's behavior. I came out and they pushed two tables together and we sat down. Then the server asked for our orders. It was suspicious what I wanted wasn't available, the veggie black bean patty substitute. It struck me as odd because it was on the menu and I had just ordered it a few weeks ago. He said they stopped carrying it and rambled off some excuses. Then I asked for 3 boiled eggs, which I've had on salads there before and but the Server/host said the restaurant didn't carry eggs at all. I got a really shady vibe the whole time. It almost seems as if he was mad about not having the table ready so he decided to play games with our orders. So, my boyfriend and I decided to leave. read more

We had a group of 12 people tonight at the Chili's on Wells Road in Orange Park Florida and we extremely unhappy. Our service and food was not acceptable. After we received our drinks they were never refilled. Most of the time they were empty. This is the first time our Wednesday night group did not receive any refills. Most of the orders were wrong. The server explained that the burnt sandwich is how the bread comes. It was completely burnt on the bottom. Other Chili's do not have the bread black like charcoal. My daughter never received the mustard and Mayo she asked for 3 times until it was time to leave and she asked for a box because she never received it. Then he offered to get the mustard and mayo that she had been asking for. Almost everyone else was finished when she said she had to be somewhere in 15 minutes. He did not listen to what we were saying when we ordered or afterward. Half of the orders were wrong. The food that we correct was good, but when you have bad service and wrong orders it sours an experience. Our weekly group will not return to this Chili's at all. read more

We come in here almost once a week and always sit at the bar. Service has never been less than great and the food is always consistent. The bartenders and rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly. Really great place to grab a drink and appetizer. read more
