    Santa Fe Chicken salad. $14.69z
    Michelle K.

So this is a smaller Chili's than the one I normally go to, but a Chili's is a Chili's. The bar area is small but since the bartender has to make drinks for the whole place and wait on tables in the bar area, they should probably have more than 1 bartender on duty. But the reason for my review is the portion size of my salad. I always get the Santa Fe Chicken salad and it has been a few months since I have been to a Chili's and I know the economy is crap and inflation but the size reduction was in half. It was the size of a side salad. But still priced the same. I am still very hungry after eating it snd it used to satisfy me. I won't be going back to a Chili's anytime soon.

Chili's is one of my favorite chain restaurants. I don't go often but when I do, I enjoy it. One of my favorites are their warm and thin tortilla chips. I love warm tortilla chips and not many places serve them warm. We also had fresh guacamole which was very good. Ordered their Santa Fe burger and it wasn't bad. A little on the dry side but good flavor. However, I did think it was odd to have pickles on a Santa Fe burger??

Three empty tables in one corner of the restaurant. 20 people waiting for a table

Starting off poorly. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but there are literally 10 tables that are empty and people lined up outside waiting for tables. Where is the manager? Not one visit from a manager to explain or apologize for the inconvenience. Don't even see a manager roaming the floor. After getting a table, the wait staff was attentive and the food is good. So, I will amend my star rating to reflect that.

Pretty drinks. Was craving them but had to drive...so no cocktails this time just 1/2 n 1/2 tea.

Had a coupon for free dessert for my birthday so 3 generations of ladies, Mom, my niece & I visited the Orange Park Chili's on Wells Road. The restaurant was just half full but quite lively. Seemed more people were at the bar than restaurant. We were seated pretty quickly...off to a good start with high expectations of how good it will be. First we ordered the free chips and salsa and three waters. It took a while to get our waters. Placed order for meat combo of chicken and ribs with fries which I shared with Mom. The second order was for Chicken Crispers for my niece. A few minutes later we had to remind the waiter of our chips & salsa. Which we eventually got. Once we got our meal I still had to remind him of the extra plate we requested earlier. The extra plate came when we were almost finished with our entrees. Though waiter was very nice, service was poor, which may be attributed to understaffing. The food tasted great. The cheese & bacon topped grilled chicken was tender & tasty. The ribs with dry rub was falling off the bone but not over cooked, oh so delicious. The Chicken Crispers were very big and scrumptious. One of the sides was a Roasted Street corn on a cob on a stick. Never had this before. It was roasted & lightly coated with sweet cream and cilantro. I could not stop gnawing at it. So good. We must have been so hungry that we forgot to take pictures of the food. Overall the bright spot was the food. It was delicious. What also helped was a free birthday dessert of cheese cake with strawberry sauce, yummy. But with the poor service what would have been 4 stars was a 3 instead. I will come back with a high expectation for better service next time. Look out Chili's

The restaurant is a little on the smaller side but cozy. Service was super friendly as well! I ordered the following: Keto breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese: 9/10 - it was so delicious oh my goodness! It was pretty huge too! You can have your choice of bread and I chose a flatbread. The egg was fluffy, cheese was melted, and the bacon was crispy. Who would have though the sandwich was entirely keto friendly too??? Keto cheesecake: 8/10 - I didn't know it was crustless but nonetheless, it was delicious. It had caramel, chocolate drizzle, and nuts on top of the cheesecake layer. The cheesecake itself was creamy and flavorful. They had plenty of carb friendly and keto friendly desserts like brownies, cakes, and cupcakes in their display. I've had their keto cupcakes before and it's kind of dense but it tastes good with not alot of the fake sugar aftertaste. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and desserts. I will be back to try other things for sure!

Who does that?!? Someone who cares about the quality of their food and their customer. I noticed biscuits and gravy on the breakfast menu, and I am a snob and love biscuits and gravy, but I am pretty picky. They let me try their gravy, and let me tell you, it was delicious! Just peppery enough for a bit of a kick, with nice large pieces of sausage. I was drooling over my little taste of this. They make their own biscuits as well, so I will be back soon for this. Restaurant is in a strip mall of sorts, and doesn't "stand out", but inside it is cozy and quite cute. They have a case full of keto desserts that looked amazing! I will be back, and as they serve breakfast all day - no one says you have to eat biscuits and gravy in the morning - right?!

Clara's Tidbits has a variety of lunch options consisting mostly of your standard lunch fare of soups, salads, sandwiches. The Saturday special happened to be the Chicken Salad Sandwich, which is what I was planning to order, so I was pleasantly surprised to get my meal at a slightly lesser cost. I approached the counter to order and the server was happy to answer questions regarding what was included with the meal (pita sandwich with choice of side plus a drink). It came out to be $13 plus tip which is pretty reasonable these days. The establishment itself is very clean and there was plenty of seating during lunch time. Parking should also not be an issue. The setting itself is very casual, but the food was high quality. As for the food itself, the chicken salad was seasoned excellently and didn't have that weird taste sometimes associated with refrigerated chicken. The pasta salad was tasty, and the fountain soda was properly carbonated and flavored. It also came out within 5 or so minutes of ordering it. Give this place a shot!

If you do happen to visit during this timeframe, just be mindful that it utilizes the more limited brunch menu. More on that in a bit. Staff greeted me upon entering the building and said I could sit anywhere. Seeing as I was alone today, I elected to sit at the bar for some faster service. The bartender seemed to favor the regulars there and it was about 10 minutes before I received a menu despite not being all that busy. Eventually I was able to put in my order for a draft beer and a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. Surprisingly, the sandwich doesn't include a side of any kind at the price point of $15 even though handhelds and burgers on the regular menu do include sides. I inquired about purchasing fries, but was told that they were unavailable for the brunch period. There wasn't much else available that wasn't more of a breakfast food aside from hummus or tapas. The sandwich came out in a reasonable amount of time from when it was ordered. While tasty with a combination of sweet, salty, and savory from the ham, chicken, and swiss, I thought it could have been better given the price. The value was just not there without a side. I'd consider coming back for their normal menu period, but don't think I'd return for brunch.
