Went last night to Chili's on Mobile Hwy in Pensacola, Florida with 7 more adults and 12 kids, from 7 to 18 years old. They put 2 of their longest tables together and Chad was assigned as our server. There were a couple of tables available, but not many, the place was busy. As any and perhaps every other restaurant now a days, they were short handed. We left around an hour and a half later, well fed and really pleased by the food quality, by the amount of time we had to wait to be helped and by the astonishing Chad's professionalism. read more

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes to get my drink and they never even asked me if I wanted to order food. Sat there for 45 minutes and no one came by. Paid for my one beer and left. Makes me grateful for the Chili's back in Oklahoma. read more

I ordered delivery from the website which goes through doordash. i order chicken nachos and a 3 for $10. Did not receive my drink with the 3 for $10 at all. was told by door dash driver that it "wasn't given to them". then i get my APPETIZER for the 3 for $10 which is a house salad, in a 8 oz cup, which is ridiculous, might as well gave me a soufflé cup. Placed an order to go. The ribs were chewy and not that great. The appetizer I ordered was okay but the ribs did it for me.

I use to love Chili's and my daughter does as well. Yesterday after getting off from work I decided to do curb side to go using the Chili's app. Even though my favorite location is marked as 9 mile road as that is the closest location my order was sent across town. 10 minutes after my order was due I get a call confused I am not there. Needless to say after driving 30 minutes across town and back home not only did I have a massive headache but my food was cold and soggy in the containers. I was asked about my service and to rate the app even but did Chili's do anything to right their wrong. Not even a oh we are sorry! PS I can get free chips and salsa at any Mexican restaurant. I say 5 stars because if they make a mistake (rarely) they will take care of it for you. The staff is polite and the food is always good for the price. This is your standard chain restaurant with all its bells and whistles. In fact this location was debuting a tablet at the table through which one could order drinks and pay the bill. It seemed somewhat lame. Our waitress was friendly, but the service was painfully slow, and the food was very slow to come out. She would disappear for long stretches, and we were constantly trying to flag her down. When my soup finally came out, it was cold and had to be sent back. The whole operation took a long time, and we had been seated for over 30 minutes before any food hit our table. I know it's a chain restaurant, but I feel like it could have been better. Thank god I love Chili's food. This Chili's isn't the best of the franchise's locations, and I think that I'll drive that extra few miles to get to a different one next time. It was a Tuesday night, and although it was semi-filled, I felt like we got "We got way too many people in here" service. One person finished her drink, said "I'm going to smoke, get me a refill when he comes back", and then came back to an empty glass. Not because we had forgotten, but because we hadn't seen him. Then he forgot the drink she had and she happily slurped down a different drink. Typical delicious Chili's food, though, so it's up to you, but I say avoid this one. read more

Only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. I've been waiting to be seated with a party of 4 for the last 20 minutes after I was told a 5 min wait. The hostess seems to be pulling double duty as a bus boy also!! Place is dirty and staff is rude AF! Guess this is expected in the "Mayfair" part of Pensacola! Our silverware came out just thrown over the napkins, guess they don't have time to wrap it. Bottomless chips and salsa isn't really bottomless...you get more salsa but no chips...at least I didn't. I've never not tipped but i had to pull my tip off the table.. they didn't check on us once. I had to leave without a Togo box.

My daughter snd I bought boneless wings, mashed potatoes w chives and toppings, Mexican corn and soup. It was take out and when got home the chicken was stale, old and hard evidently cooked the day before. The potatoes had no seasonings or bacon or chives and were cold. The corn was burned, not browned but burned. Ridiculous! We brought home a thirty dollars meal and threw it away uneaten except for the soup. Don't go to this place!! Upon arrival it was slow so we thought we would have fast service but that was not at all the case. The beginning of our experience was good but then it went downhill. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos and the other person in my party ordered the steak with the mashed potatoes and broccoli. When I received my tacos the avocado on all three was black and rotten, and the cilantro was evidently old as it was black and slimy. Upon waiting for our server for a while she talked to me like I was uneducated and didn't know the difference between an old avocado and a bruised one. She did take it and out in a new order but not how I asked she totally got rid of cilantro instead of just asking for cilantro that wasn't old and from the back of the walk in. When my food came back out which took longer the second time then the first the manager brought it however he did not apologize nor say one word. The other person in my party's broccoli was salty as all get out and the potatoes were bland with no seasoning. Upon those issues, we ran out of water and our waitress was no where to be seen. She reappeared but didn't seem to care so it took flagging her down to receive more water and a little attitude. Then, she instructed us from the bar to pay on the tablet. However, she disappeared again as I realized I was being charged twice for the tacos they messed up. She then came back another 10 minutes later when she laughed it off that we had been waiting so long and didn't even offer and compensation for the horrible visit. I haven't been to chilis in a long time due to bad service but I guess things do not change. Last time I came to this location, when we walked in (keep in mind it was not busy) it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to seat us even though we had seen employees just standing around, there was hair in mine and my boyfriend's appetizer (which was resolved) and our waitress just didnt pay us hardly any attention. Today, my boyfriend and I decided to give it another chance.. again, took a little while for us to be seated, and although the food was wonderful and our waiter was great, there was so much commotion coming from the kitchen that it was kind of hard to truly enjoy. Yelling (even from the bartender still at the bar and from another waitress before she had even walked back into the kitchen) and slamming dishes. The food was okay for Chilis. Our waiter was really bad at service. He forgot to bring my friend's high chair 3x, forgot to give us straws over and over again. I never write reviews because I'm a server and I understand but this was one of the worse experiences I've ever had at a restaurant I came in with my boyfriend sat fairly quickly and Amanda the server greeted us and got our drink order my boyfriend got a margarita and I got a water and brought them over ask if we were ready to order said we need a few minutes walked away and didn't say anything till about 5 minutes later we ordered for our food fairly quickly never saw our server again didn't get a refill didn't check back to see if the food was okay which it wasn't my pasta was extremely cold and not all the way cooked but I ate it anyways and my boyfriend wanted to order another margarita but couldn't didn't ask if we wanted dessert rushed us to pay and stood over us while we were getting money out of our wallet rolled her eyes when she had to wait for the check she missed out on what could of been a 60 dollar check and 20% tip she was extremely rude and a terrible server read more

Everytime that I stop in at my neioghorhood Chili's (Mobile Highway at Fairfield Drive) in Pensacola. I feel like I am at home, ONLY BETTER! From the host or hostess that greets me as I walk-in to the bus person that says hello when they pass by my table. YOUR STAFF IS FANTASTIC. Now, for the food: No matter what I try (and I have tried just about eveything on the menu, the taste, temperature and the quality of my food is excellent. If I could give it less stars I would! My husband and I went on a double date to this location with our Best friends last night and it was horrible. We sat at a table close to the bar and it was so loud! When we walked in we asked to be seated on the other side that's a little quieter but our waitress (who also hosted us) said there were no tables available. We arrived about 9pm... late dinner. The service was awful. Took 20 minutes to get our drink order, then once we had our drinks she never came back until she put our dinner plates down. Someone else brought our appetizers to the table. But we sat there so long with no service I had to gather our 4 drink glasses 2xs and take them to the bar to be re filled. Once she finally did come out with our food, an hr later.. While putting the plates on the table, she picked up my garlic bread off the actual serving tray (NOT ON A PLATE!) AND WITH HER HANDS REACHED OVER MY HUSBAND AND PUT IT ON MY PLATE. NO GLOVES! It was appalling! Our food was cold but the plates where scorching hot to the touch and pasta looked dry. Obviously it all had been sitting under a heat lamp. I asked bar tender for a manager. Explained what was going on and he said he would take care of the food and our bill. Bar tender offered a bowl of soup while I waited for my meal to be remade. Manager brought out a new plate of food a little later. Waitress came to the table short time after and did apologize, but also stated she has never had a complaint before. Finished eating and by this point the bar tender noticed our glasses empty again so he brought us a pitcher of tea for the table since the waitress never came back to check on us again until she delivered our check. Manager didn't take care of anything on our bill. Knocked $4 off.. wow! Probably won't be back and we eat at this location once a week. Left waitress no tip, gave bar tender 10bucks. I tried the new Santa Fe chicken quesadilla, it just ok. I thought for sure it would have some spicy kick; I was wrong. It was rather bland. My husband had the flatbread and was very pleased with it and would certainly have it again! Now for the new computer on the table...well what a treat to check out at the table! Yeah! BUT to many people don' t have a conversation at the table, as it is. I think this will erode interaction even further! I've been here several times and have had good experiences. The staff has always been friendly. On one occasion my burger was undercooked but they took care of it by making a new one which was fine. It's a Chilis and it didnt disappoint. The food is always reasonable, and we got the new $35 meal thing (App, 2 meals, 2 margaritas, and dessert). Service was reasonably fast, and the food was good. It was a last minute, late night dinner run and wasnt a bad choice. read more

Showed up about 20 minutes before opening and was rudely told that I have to wait out in the rain and If I want to go somewhere else that fine.
