I came to this restaurant to dine in and asked for plastic ware, and they denied me and couldn't give me a good enough reason as to why I couldn't have it, IM PAYING FOR MY FOOD, IM PATRONIZING YOUR BUSINESS, and couldn't get plastic ware!!!! It makes no sense and the manager just walked off while I was talking, what's the difference if I had them place my food in a Togo box and asked for plastic ware or sat at the table???? I do not recommend this location ever! And will never eat at another chillis... and here's a tip, clean your silverware properly and you won't have patrons asking for plastic!!!! read more

Chili's is my 'go to' when I'm in the area. I always choose the bar side, which is larger than you would expect. Self-seating with booths and high-tops. Chips and salsa used to be complimentary in the bar until recently. Boo! Paula is always professional and sweet. Excellent service. Food comes out fast and is usually very consistent. Chicken Crispers are my favorite, but I've experimented with shrimp tacos (great!), ribs (so-so), and assorted burgers (huge!) Try the table side guacamole. I made an in app order of the Ultimate Smokehouse combo. When I ordered, I was expecting to receive everything that was in the picture (ribs, tenders, sausage, street corn, fries and garlic bread). When I got home, I had bunch of tenders, a sausage, some fries, one street corn, and a soggy piece of corn bread. Looked past the corn bread when separating the meal between my family. The ribs were missing. Proceeded to calling the store and after being placed on hold, the manager came on and explained how the mistake was made on my end. He told me that I never ordered the ribs but instead of the ribs, I ordered 3 orders of tenders instead of the ribs. I don't know it what world would someone replace 4 pieces of tenders for baby back ribs. Explained the manager that I was expecting to get everything I saw in the picture but continued with "You were supposed to select what you wanted in your combo but instead you ordered the 3 orders of tenders. I spent almost $30 for 6 tenders, a sausage, some fries, street corn and a drink. Even after I explained to him AGAIN, that there's no way I could've made that mistake, he persisted that it was my fault and that was it. I've never had such a bad experience from Chili's as I used to go there all the time in Coral Springs but this was my first time in Port St Lucie. My husband and I used to frequent this Chilis nearly 2x a week (I know, what a life) prior to the pandemic. We had a favorite server who had been there for years, Ashley, and when she left we knew things must be changing. Over the last couple of visits over a time span of about 6 months, each visit has gotten worse. It is evident that large parties aren't getting their drinks even before we actually get our food - and they were here before us. I can understand short staffing. Something else has to be going on. We order the same menu items almost every time and this time was absolutely different and poorer quality; the veggies used to be fresh, now all blatantly bland or possibly frozen. It seems as though they have cut freshness for cost or maybe changed what food distributor they order from. Also they place your entire food order at once now via tablet so we had all at once delivered to our table chips/queso, 2 salads, and both entries including a medium well steak - somehow within ten or fifteen minutes. I'm all for fast service but the timing was definitely off to also watch a party of 8 (mostly kids/teens) never even get their soft drinks before all of that came out. my friend and I drove in a car with cockroaches in a moment of desperation for a cookie. we got here 5 minutes before closing when we nearly walked into the locked door. they watched us through the window as we called them asking to let us in just for the cookie. they refused. now we are left disappointed, crying on the sidewalk next to the infested car. all our hopes and dreams faded. read more

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. The first few bites were good. Then I got to the thicker chicken. It appeared cooked but was rubbery. I cut further into the sandwich and it was this consistency throughout. When the waitress finally reappeared after my wife was finished eating she was sorry my food was inedible. No offer of no charge or bringing over her manager. Waitress was younger and possibly inexperienced. Management needs to do better training. My past experiences were much better. read more

We eat at this Chili's frequently due to its location near the theater. For the last year or so it appears as though they have a serious issue with having competent cooks. Today's issue was a 6oz sirloin served rare when medium was ordered. I sent back to the kitchen but it came back still rare. I then cancelled the order as my dining companions were almost done with their meals. Management and wait staff was apologetic and tried to make it right with more food. I replied that if they could train their cooks to do their job I'd be happy. Dining for me us a social experience as much as a way to get fuel for my body. Wow!! I have not been to a Chilis in like 20 years. Not my first choice, but it was where my sons diving coaches wanted to go and it was within walking distance of our hotel. We were really hungry and the food and service were very good. Had a couple of blue moons....2 for 1. I guess they do 2 for 1's all day. I did not know that. I decided to be nostalgic and have an ol timer with cheese. It was just as I remembered from 20+ years ago.....very good. Fries were good. I used Chili's take out service. Ordered one Buffalo salad, one sw chicken salad, and bowl of chili. Order was ready on time is the best I can say. Chili was too spicy, just mush, no real meat. Salads were wilted, chicken not very warm. If I had been dining in the restaurant, I would have given it all back, but I took it home (10-15 minute drive), and worth the trip back. Went for dinner last night. I know it's a strange year, but it was terrible and we didn't even eat. walked in and it was loud. Could barely hear the hostess, we were told there would be a ten minute wait for a table (no explanation even though the restaurant was empty) that ended up being almost twenty. We were seated at a table that might have been cleaned, hard to tell, and given one menu and told to download a digital menu to our phones to choose what we wanted. waited another ten minutes with no server to even take a drink order. Haven't been into a Chili's for awhile and this location isn't too bad. We sat high top stools by the bar and was treated with great respect and care considering it was a busy night for them. The nachos were served warm and thin and crunchy, the way it should be and the flavor of the salsa was fresh and chunky. I had the 6 oz. classic sirloin steak with steamed broccoli..They accept and will serve it rare to you.The piece of the steak was well cooked and juicy. Not much fat so it was just right and the perfect part of the animal. The sauce and seasoning balanced each other out, they were both light and packed with so much flavor, compatible with the steak.They also serve my favorite dessert wine! read more

Just took our sons family for an early dinner at this Chili's. He had the pleasure of meeting an extremely polite and customer service oriented waiter by the name of Michael. He was just perfect in every way. He listened to every detail when we ordered and the food arrived as such. We enjoyed our food which was mostly burgers which were tremendous. The chicken avocado sandwich was nice but I would have liked to see some avocado on it besides the tiny piece on half of the roll. Over all this was a great place to take the family. Just left Chili's at Port Saint Lucie, FL by Peacock Avenue. They were not busy at all, waiter tried to seat us close to front door in a small booth & right across for a party of 5. My husband request a larger table waiter walked off & never returned. We waited for him to return & he didn't. We left & are at Cheddars eating now. There were plenty for large tables with no one around. Not happy with the way were were treated. We will not stand for being treated that way. We live around the corner so it's one of my daughter's favorite places to grab some lunch, or dinner when out doing errands. I love the chicken enchilada soup, my wife orders the 'loaded baked potato' soup. The Southwest combo's are awesome but be careful the green chili is spicy. We usually order the sour cream and chicken, and or cheese enchilada's. The tableside guacamole, or the side guacamole with the unlimited chips and salsa is an excellent appetizer for the whole table. We have never been served a bad meal here, and the staff always seems to be attentive. Food is usually out quickly even when they are busy. It's why we keep going back. After they roll the streets up, and close all the restaurants in Port St. Lucie, Chili's is the only place open. Great job Chili's. P.S. Try the chicken tostada too. read more

Had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I didn't understand that the happy hour specials were only available in the bar area. My waitress offered to speak to the manager and they made it up to me! Other restaurants should take note that a happy customer is a returning customer. I had the white spinach queso dip which was the best deal. At $5 during happy hour ($8 regular price), it is an amazing value. I visited this Chilis and was met with something very disturbing in my iced tea. Thank goodness I spun the glass around and wanted a straw. This looks like a worm and I could not think of inspecting it as I was ready to be sick. The waitress took it and came back and said" if it makes it any better, it was a piece of plastic". I find that unbelievable, but in any event it was disturbing. The manager was very nice and apologetic and took care of our lunch. However, I barely touched mine after the stomach turning incident. I love Chili's, but whoever the server was in the bar last Friday night (08/11) sucked. I usually give the benefit of the doubt. I served for a while so I get the struggle. My issue was that she couldn't spend two seconds at our table without hauling ass to do something else. When she brought us our drinks, she about dropped one all over the table bc she turned around to clean another table for other customers. She didn't tell us about any of promos going on, she took our order on two different trips instead of one, she didn't bring our food to the table (which I know happens) but she never came to the table to make sure the food was correct or that we were enjoying it, and the next time she same to the table was to make sure that we knew how to use the ziosk (which I also had to insert the receipt tape bc it was lying there on window sill) . I tip over 20% every time I dine out, so I didn't like only giving her 15%, which she honestly shouldn't have even gotten. Serving can be hard and trying, but it's not for everyone. If anything, explain your busy or new or whatever, but it's an issue when I can see what tables you're taking care of and you're just not doing a good job. At least the food was good. ‍ read more

We have been here before and not that happy, but things changed tonight 18 Jun2020. We were greeted and seating quickly; our server Brandon was very prompt and took our order. Drinks were served very timely and same for our dinner; mine was not as hot as I like it, but he fixed it asap. portions were outstanding. We had the two for $25 dinners and will definitely come here again. Brandon was a super server, very courteous and attentative to our needs. We hate the kiosk to pay our check/ or order and it didn't work, so he came back with another one. We like the interaction with the server to order and pay our bill.
