If I could I would give them no stars. Today I went with my family to just have a horrible dinner time. To start of my son chicken was super hard and cold. The sprite and Dr Pepper was not tasting good but the server said there is nothing wrong and just moved on. There was barley no chicken in my nephews chicken sandwich. I ordered two salads which where very not pleasant, and a order of chicken nachos. There was only like two pieces of chicken on the nachos and the sour cream was spoiled. After all this we told our server about the sour cream he went on to the kitchen to come out and say the manager taste it and there is nothing wrong, as we say we just don't want the nachos the manager comes out to say the sour cream is good we won't get sick and it was just the pico mixed in the sour cream. Never knew sour cream mix with pico will make ur tongue burn like soda .She was very unpleasant very rude. My spouses and myself have worked in the restaurant industry for years we have worked with food for years and we know when things are off but at the end of the day they just wanted to cover by saying nothing was wrong . We are not people of complaining but this went way to far and very sadly have to say this chili's is horrible and hope they change management soon. read more

Went tonight and had terrible service the waitress didn't bring any of the things we asked for and acted like serving us was a huge inconvenience. Later in the evening my boyfriend had TERRIBLE food poisoning from what we discovered was undercooked chicken in the quesadillas. When contacting the manager he tried to insinuate that the food poisoning was not from the restaurant ( he hadn't eaten anything else all day) but begrudgingly offered to send us something in the mail for the terrible food and service. We will see if they follow through as the manager was very flippant and dismissive. We will not be returning to this location. Update: my boyfriend went to the hospital for four hours because of the food poisoning and three days later still can't eat any solids without getting sick so the twenty five dollars in vouchers is kind of a joke compared to the hospital bills. read more

Stopped in to get some fajitas. There were flies flying around inside, and kept landing on our table. The menus had a sticky film on them. The water tasted like chlorine. I got the chicken and steak fajitas. There was literally only 4 small slices of chicken, and 5 small slices of steak. The rest was an obscene amount of onion, and 3 slices of bell pepper. The plate of toppings was a disappointment, brown guacamole, a tsp of cheese, and some canned diced tomatoes. I could only make two fajitas with meat and toppings, the other fajita was comprised of just onions. It was a sad sad meal. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

Good food, a little salty though, less than stellar service. The waiter left half the dinner plates in front of us and brought dessert for our table to split, when I asked him to remove them he acted annoyed and took 1 small rack for holding condiments. Apparently taking the used fajitas skillets away was too much to expect? And we kept having to ask him for refills. They now have a little tablet PC on your table that you can use to pay your bill, that part is good, but it sits on the table the whole meal and takes up space. It does have games on it for the kids but you have to pay to use them. Honestly, the dinner table should be a space free of gadgets to encourage conversation, so I could have done without it. Plus it just bugged me more that the waiter had even less to do (not ringing up our card) and still couldn't remove the dirty dishes. read more

Food and service are pretty good here. We are limited since our grandson is autistic. They are kind and make sure his food comes out immediately so he isn't sitting. I've never had a bad meal or service here. read more

Love this Chili's, the one in PSL is just as good! You can never go wrong with either store. If you sit in the bar you get unlimited cos and salsa. I have to admit, the salsa at Chili's is actually very good!! read more

You gotta love when you ask for s box to take leftovers home and as soon as the waitress gives you the box, she takes all the plates away so you can't take the food home. Wanted to take my ribs, my husbands chicken, and my daughters pizza. Could have given it to my other daughter that couldn't come out with us. But, Not too much of a loss cuz the food wasn't that great. Best thing on my plate was the corn on the cob. My broccoli was over cooked, flavorless and mushy. My ribs were very fatty and had no flavor. But I figured if I brought them home, I could put my own bbq sauce on them. read more

We go to the Chili's in Port St. Lucie, Fl and really enjoy the service and food there. It is a great place to eat.

Service is pretty good, Food is ALWAYS cold and 60% of the time it's wrong. Queso Dip is hit or miss most of the time miss. Always say something to management and after being told We will look into it and it never seems to change. St. Lucie West is so much closure than Jensen, But Service, Food and Management are what you should expect from a Chili's in Jensen read more

I am a Chili's fan. This specific location was the worst experience I've had at a Chili's! The service was lacking... Our waitress acted like she didn't even want to be at work (do they forget they work for tips?) and our food took FOREVER! We were here on Wednesday 4/29/15. There were only 2 people in our party and the place was not busy AT ALL. We noticed our waitress, Alissa, standing around talking with the other workers while we waited over 30 minutes for two meals. When she caught us looking at her, she finally brought our food without any explanation on the delay. My sister's Enchiladas were hard and the cheese was burnt on the side of the plate (she had to actually add an extra plate underneath our dishes to carry them out because the plate was too hot. My fries were cold and burger was mediocre. The food had obviously sat in the window for an extreme amount of time. I would have preferred an apology and corrective action but we didn't get any of that. read more

I used to like coming here. I realize it's a chain, but their food quality has deceased incredibly over the last few years. I was there Friday, 11/10/17 for a work lunch and ordered the bacon ranch quesadillas. The chicken tastes exactly like the terrible gamey chicken you get at terrible Chinese restaurants. I love the variety of food offered at this restaurant. The food is unique and delicious to the point that I crave it constantly. There's always new foods and deals offered so that anyone can eat here. I highly recommend Chili's to anyone looking for a small bite to eat or a big filling meal. Not usually a fan of many chain restaurants, but we love eating at the bar at our PSL chili's. Jen the bartender is the best. We are treated very well on every visit. Jen always remembers what we drink. We visit usually once a week, free chips and salsa is a plus. The food is as good as your going get at any chili's. They are very accommodating with our special orders. We definitely go back for the service and how we are treated as regulars. read more

We've been coming here for several years, always been a decent reliable place to eat. Not any more, They have changed the menu and in our opinion not for the better. A long standing favorite, the onion straws with Jalapeno, has been dropped in favor of trendy spicy panko battered onion rings. Short on rings and no spice. Other items were offered in smaller servings than previously. Service was poor and slow. We are going to have hear that they have changed their menu again before we go back to give them a try and maybe not even then. read more

We recently visited this location and we were very dissappointed. My husband and I go to Chili's often and this visit was very bad. There were 4 of us and when we sat down we ordered drinks and the new fried pickles. We received our drinks and the Corona Marguerita was leaking everywhere...the waitress brought another one. The second one had no Petron in it so we changed it to beer. I had a Petron Marguerita. Both Margueritas had very little or no Petron in them. The waitress came and took our order. After a very long time we finally got our food...meanwhile we never received our fried pickles. My husband had the Smokehouse burger and the bacon was very under cooked. My daughter had the Buffalo Chicken salad and the chicken was cold. Her boyfriend had a fajita and the steak portion was cold. We were very upset with the service....it was not the waitresses fault, except she didn't check on us about the pickles. We hope this experience is not something we will get again. The bartender may need to make sure drinks are correct and the kitchen may need to freshen up on the new types of food they are preparing. Others seated after us received their food before us. I have visited many of these types of restaurants. The Chili's we went tonight and on other times has been very good with both food and service. The only reason they get a 4 is because they sometimes forget refills on a soft drink just when it would be nice to have it. read more

My boyfriend and I love to go out for dinner at Chili's. Our usual meal is the 2 for 20$. We get drinks, i get a quesedilla and he gets a juicy burger, we some delicious chips and queso dip, and a chocolate lava dessert cake with icecream. It is never over 25$ and well worth it.
