After a long time, we decided to get some chilis again, and being on a diet - I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Crispers salad as described in the menu. I was excited. 15 minutes later, the server put down a plate of 2 chicken crispers and lettuce. Hungry and at a loss, I asked our server what this was supposed to be. She said "A southwest chicken salad... but looks like something's missing here," and took it back into the kitchen. Five minutes later, she brought back a plate of some more fixin's mixed into the same thing and asked if it was okay now. Nothing "Santa Fe" about this chicken salad! read more

Ok, I have had so many amazing meals here that I was stunned about the meal I had here last week. A simple meal of a burger and a salad. The prices have gone up, but they have gone up everywhere,so I was okay with it. I was not okay with higher prices and shorting the food. My burger was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better burger and it was cooked perfectly. My salad was a total loser. It looked like a garnish. It arrived in a tiny bowl, almost like a dipping sauce bowl and it was only half full. A sad little portion of limp romaine..just the end leaves that have no crunch and only a few bites worth. No croutons,no nothin' . A spoonful of dressing in a tinier little bowl. No idea what kind of dressing it was, but it wasn't the Caesar salad or dressing that I had ordered. When I asked the server I was told that she didn't know anything about it cuz she doesn't work in the kitchen. If you don't have the ingredients to make what is on the menu, tell the customer. We will understand. Don't give them some measly little bite of something instead. Use common sense. read more

So I gave this place a 3 star before... I originally had a bad experience so I was being nice to give it a 3 star. Today I'm giving it a 3 star still but the food was much better.. excellent in fact. The reason I'm giving it a 3 star today: the bathrooms need major cleaning and sanitizing. There were small cobwebs on the light to the stall, the stall walls and doors look like they have never been wiped down. I could see the layer of dust at the tops etc. Chili's!!!! Clean and social distance guests throughout the restaurant. It wasn't busy which was nice so we had a late night meal. Our waiter was awesome and food came out pretty quickly. The only complaint I have is the cook can't get the temperature right on the steak. I ordered it medium I got medium well. So I tried medium rare, I still got medium well. After a fun day at Arizona Downs we decided to go out to dinner. We stopped at Chili's a short drive from the track. We were greeted in a friendly manner. The server Steven was a pleasure to deal with. The food was good at a fair price. The margarita was very tasty. Can't say enough of Steven what a great waiter. We now have stop multiple times. Great place, can't go wrong with their burgers or happy hour deals. If you're looking to watch a game here, they have a bar setup with TVs everywhere including the restaurant but you won't be able to hear game audio. The plus side is it's not too loud or obnoxious. I came in for lunch today with my two friends. Unfortunately, we had Leighanne as our server. Two of us came in and our third guest wasn't going to join us for another 20 minutes and we told her. She asked us what we would like to drink with out an introduction and then left. 10 minutes go by and we haven't gotten our drinks and she comes back over and asked us if we want any appetizers. My friend kindly said "no thank you we would just like our drinks for now". We went in for a quick bite after a day of remodeling our home. We never have had an issue at this location till tonight. We received our drinks and noticed a white substance on the bottom of the plastic mug. The spouse removed the clump and upon squishing it, discovered it was either soap or old ranch. Either way we asked for an iced tea with out debris. Besides a simple response from the server like "I'm sorry, let me replace that for you" she decided to explain to us that the "pink packet" stuff (it's called Sweet and Low) does "conjole" (it's called congeal) and that's probably what it was. She then felt the need to tell a story about another customer with a similar experience. Ma'am, I have been a server for many years. A story means nothing, neither does being sarcastic when returning to the table with another drink stating that "I even rinsed it out". There food never disappoints! I usually always get the Big Mouth Bites (sliders) and they are amazing! Something about the bread is smooth and compliments the burgers well. I used to get a different burger before and certain tacos, but they changed the menu so now the sliders are my meal of choice. That's probably the only thing I don't like about Chilis is that they change their menu every so often. I love their Coronaritas!! But that's on special occasions lol. Our server today was very friendly and fast. She was helpful and on top of her refills which is always a huge plus. She also remembered my side of ranch, which most forget and I have to re-ask. Then we literally watched two groups of four pull into the parking lot get out of their cars and stand outside for a couple of minutes then get seated.
