My husband and I went to dinner last and had an excellent meal. The young lady Payton who greeted us was very professional and a very polite teenager. The food was excellent, but the service was poor at best. The host stand took a few minutes to acknowledge and seat my girlfriend and I. They finally did and Dakota, the server, came over and asked for the drinks while my girlfriend had to step away for a moment. She brought the drinks over and set them on the table without saying anything. After 10-15 minutes, Dakota finally came by to take a food order from us, but then we didn't see her for at least 25 minutes, but she helped a few other tables in the meantime. Our food was brought by another runner, who also filled our water. Dakota came at that point, and also made appearances as it came time for the bill to be paid. When paying on the kiosk, Dakota said to let her know if I need help with it. While leaving feedback, the other runner came by and asked if I was leaving positive feedback for our server, to which I said 'no' and explained why. Dakota came by and listened, but walked away without apologizing, so she seemed very apathetic. I spoke to the manager and let her know about the experience. She was very apologetic about it and wished I had mentioned it prior to paying. I let her know that wasn't my desire, but she insisted on giving us some gift cards for the future. She was very empathetic and nice. It was my first time ever in Prescott Valley and felt as if my presence was an inconvenience to the server. I was the only person of color there and hope her treatment towards me wasn't indicative of that. read more

I lived in Prescott valley my whole life. Grew up going to this chilis....I have to say it's sad to go to now. The food was nasty and wrong and the chips burnt. Dirty plates were given to us for our appetizers and I paid $8.99 for 3 (yes 3) mozzarella sticks. The only small glimmer of hope was our waitress Taylor. She was so amazing and sweet. This Chili's needs some help. The wait staff was nice enough but the food was terrible. I got the tacos and couldn't even eat them. The tortillas were solid and the meat tasted like maybe it had gone bad. The hamburger was average and our bill was almost $40!!! I feel like I've given this place too many chances. It seems like everytime I go in they get worse. Ordered the shrimp tacos last weekend, when they got to the table they were cold. The tortilla was even cold, hard, and falling apart. Same thing happened to my dad and his chicken tacos. Cold food and hard, stale tortillas. The only good part of the entire $70 cold meal was the drinks. The cherry blossom margarita is awesome. Definitely a new favorite. Other than that we were all super disappointed. My husband and I went to Chili's last night 8/19/22. There were a lot of open tables and we had to wait about 25 minutes and that's not to bad on a Friday night. They looked as though they were down some servers. (Seems as though nobody wants to work these days for a living). Well we were finally seated at a booth in bar area. Our server came over her name is Amanda the sweetest soi therm girl. She was always smiling, covering the bar area booths. She was running constantly. She always took her time to acknowledge her customers. She was fantastic. We have lived in Arizona a year and we visit Chilis quite often. Service has always been outstanding and the food too. Amanda is one of the servers who has really stood out to me. 5+ stars for Amanda. read more

Our server Laurie seemed to be more concerned with socializing with the other workers and patrons than what she clocked in to do... wait on people and serve them food. Husband and I both ordered fajitas. My husband asked for fajitas no onions - arrived with chunks of onions on food. She never checked on us to even give us the opportunity to ask for a resolution. I went to Chili's with a group of 11 people a few weeks ago. The food was ok but the service was horrible. So, when it came time to pay the bill, and we just wanted it split in two, the waiter totally screwed up and we were willing to patiently work it out but he was sooooo rude! The manager was rude as well and was unwilling to help out. Also our waiter threw out our boxed leftovers...why? Because he was Rude! On another note, several of their employees went to a friends restaurant prior to our visit and acted extremely unruly, loud, and obnoxious. Management is to blame for all. I've been there twice, the first and last. The ribs were so dry and tough, like trying to eat a boy. Like they were cooked two or three days ago. Coleslaw was dry and horrible. French fried were so salty it was like they came out of the sea. I'll never go back. Plastic mugs......oh and the guacamole had avocado skins in it, just awful. I've always enjoyed Chili's but this one changed my opinion. After spending the weekend with family in Prescott Valley we went to eat here in the evening before leaving. We had forgotten it was St. Patrick's day and it was very busy so we sat at the high table near the bar and after a long wait we were able to order. After a long wait the server tells me they are out of ribs and recommends the shrimp tacos. A few minutes later he returns and says they're out of tacos and so I order a salad. He returns again and says they did have a order of the tacos so I settled on that. By 3am in the hotel I was running for the bathroom. By 5am I was dizzy and having a hard time making it to bathroom to vomit and cramping. About 9am I got all my stuff to the car and considered going to hospital but stopped at gas station and drank a small bottle of pesto bismol which settled my stomach enough to drive. I didn't want to go to hospital away from home. I know it was a busy night for the restaurant but food prep safety should always be a priority and I think the kitchen really failed on this one. It will be awhile before I can bring myself to eat at Chili's read more

Why so complicated?? Flew in from Seattle, drove all the way out to Prescott from Phoenix, decided a refreshing salad sounded good at the end of a long day. Called in my order for pick up, drive the 10 miles from hotel to grab my salad only to be told by the hostess that I needed to go into the bar (yuck!) to pick up my order. Stand there awkwardly for 10 minutes only to be told that I need to go to the back corner of the bar to the pick up counter which must be a converted closet, a tiny little room tucked away in the back corner. Why can't people just call their orders in and pick them up at the front desk? Seems pretty simple, but not at this place. read more

every time I come here I am greeted with wonderfully polite employees, happy customers and delicious food. on my most recent visit to this particular chili's restaurant I ordered veggie fajitas and they were absolutely scrumptious. my only complaint is that the toilets in the men's room were a little low to the ground other than that the bathrooms were almost spotless. overall this is a superb restaurant to eat at and I wouldn't mind eating here again. read more

They catered the food for the volunteers for the Covid-19 vaccination center. Completely inedible. Certainly will never actually eat at the restaurant, if this is how they treat people who are giving their precious time and energy to help get America vaccinated against a world-wide pandemic. We ordered classic bacon burgers and they were excellent. Hit the spot. The onion rings were good but not the best. The French fries were really good. Wish they had Sauvignon Blanc wine instead of just Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio. Neither is very good. Service was good and fast. no complaints there. read more

We go to this Chili's 2-3 times a month. Wait staff is always friendly and seems happy to be working there. The food is great. I usually get the Classic Nachos. Yummy, cheesy delicious. The burgers are all very good, too. I really like the machines on the tables to either play games, or reconcile and pay the tab. It really speeds things up. read more

Used to come here pre covid. Went the other night & were told they were backed up in the kitchen & couldn't seat us. They did have available tables even with limited covid seating. We asked if we could be seated & order drinks and wait for kitchen catch up. We were told no. Way to lose a customer Chili's. We left & won't be back. I love Chili's but on July 18th, 2020 my husband and I decided to try their curb side pick up service. We ordered an appetizer, 2 entrees, and 2 drinks. We arrived at our allotted time, the food was ready, the service was prompt and courteous, but the food was not good. I don't know if its the containers they use or if they had been waiting longer than they should but the food was cool and soggy. I do not recommend the curb side pick up. We spent $48 for a inedible meal that we ate a small amount and then threw out the rest. Not good! read more

We often get Chili's to go. The online ordering process, pick up, and food has always been consistently good. Today I took my parents there for lunch. The service was top notch- from the hostess opening the door for us, to the waiter that took our order and packed up our chips and salsa to go. Service was surprisingly quick during the holidays and we all enjoyed the food. There are super lunch deals here! While we were there the staff sang Happy Birthday to someone's grandpa. Chain restaurant food at chain restaurant prices. If you have eaten at one Chili's you have eaten at them all. There will be no surprises. Good food and a decent price. I had their lunch half sandwich with fries and it was the same as it was at any Chili's. Prices are reasonable for the food you receive. We opted for their chips and salsa to start. I have to say, I found their chips a little too thin and a little too salty. Apart from that, our server was friendly and helpful. read more

Definitely loved my dinner (Cajun Chicken Pasta 2/ shrimp added), my husband said his was good (bacon-ranch chicken quesadilla), but nothing special. Loved my dessert (peanut butter lava cake)! Had the new grass-fed hamburger (as part of the "Oldtimer with Cheese") and it was delicious! Service was excellent and the restaurant (including the ladies room) was clean. What made this outstanding was the little device on the table . . . I was fervently trying to get the menu to pull up on my phone-I have food allergies and checked out the burger itself and sides before we left home-but forgot to check the bun and condiments. Our server Corey pulled up this nifty little screen that showed everything that I CAN order with my allergy. This made it so much easier and nicer. We will be eating here more often! Eat here quite often....last night was unacceptable...server, Laurie was wonderful....kitchen was not....ordered ribs with meal tray and got all but the ribs which was served 20 mins later were over cooked....other meal was boneless wings with fries and wings came out 10 min after fries....hamburger was to be cheese only and was not served that way....very disappointed....did tell server and she apologized....called and talked to a manager and got a "sorry"....i work hard for my money and I would expect others to also.... read more

I was here a few days ago. The service was awful. My server was Taylor, and she seemed pretty nice to start. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, no garden, with a side of ranch for my fries. I ordered it just like that, when my "meal" came out it was a sliced buffalo chicken patty. No sandwich, no fries. The guy who brought out my food asked "do you want me to bring you bread?" Then my server came up behind us and said "what's wrong with that?" She did not apologize, and she did not check on us until she brought the check. Being from So Cal we have dined at a number of Chili's before moving to AZ. This was the first Chili's we have dined at since moving. We had attended an event at the Yavapai College Performing Arts Center and decided to drive out to PV for dinner. While we didn't have any particular place in mind we opted to give Chili's a try. We were seated right away and the waitress was right there to take our drink order. I was in the mood for ribs so I opted for the 2 meat combo of ribs & sausage. I knew the ribs would not be smoked like I make them but I also knew they would be tender and tasty. Not sure of their exact cooking method but would assume they are possibly par boiled and then roasted. My wife opted for the stuffed chicken wings. Both entrée's arrived nice and hot. The ribs were fall off the bone tender but there was no smoke flavor. The sauce I chose was very tasty. The sausage was very tasty as well. The corn on the cob was frozen but still had some flavor. The fries were very good as well. We finished our meal with the chocolate molten cake. One of my favs. Our waitress was fantastic. Wish I could recall her name to give her a shout out here. Poor Chili's! How far they have fallen! My wife and I ate there the other day and sadly, she ordered the ribs. Unlike their advertisements or what their menu says, the meat does not fall off the bone. When her order came by, she could barely cut it with a knife. The waiter noticed and sent the manager over. While he was nice, he didn't even attempt to replace the ribs and gave us a discount only. I think he was aware his product is no longer up to par. Hopefully, they will get better in the future but for now, we will stay away! read more
