The triple dipper is a huge portion (plenty to share) and they're always nice enough to give us extra dipping sauces when we ask. Anytime we order, it's ready quickly and our food is piping hot (nothing worse than when takeout is cold by the time you get home)! It's a chain, so of course it's not great dining ambiance. We were greeted warmly when we entered the restaurant and seated immediately. Our waitress, Chani, was very pleasant and professional. She kept refilling my hubby's drink without him asking. We ordered a to-go cheese quesadilla for our daughter (she didn't want to come out.) I ordered the 6oz guiltless sirloin with asparagus & a house salad (they charged almost $6 for the tiny salad!) My hubby got the mango iced tea and a 10oz sirloin with mashed potatoes & broccoli. It was all very delicious!! Gluten Free options were not offered. (Yes, I can order food without gluten here, but I really wanted a burger!) Stopped by for a beer and to watch sports at the bar. I was shocked to see a steady amount of people eating in the dining area . Decor was old and run down but as expected from chilis. Service was a little slow, had to wait 40 minutes, but they were very apologetic about it. The food was good, but I prefer the riverdale one better. The highlight of my dinner was my server Josh. He was so so so so great. so understanding, so helpful, checked in on us the perfect amount of time (not to many but was always there when we needed something), and so polite. I was here at lunchtime on a Friday, and the restaurant was empty. The burgers were fine, but I was told that I could not order a soda without ice - I could get a soda with a small amount of ice, but the management would not allow the waitstaff to accommodate requests for "no ice." Ordered for delivery on the app and received the wrong order. The order was also over 10 minutes late. I called about the issue and they said they still had the meal and asked me to "pick it up" because they don't have drivers since delivery is through doordash. Terrible service as they didn't even offer me a refund or a solution. They just said "not sure how far you are but you can pick it up" regardless of the delivery fee & tip I already paid. Rudest service I ever received. Bartender used ice and water to bring me my drink of scotch. Saw that it was a pale yellow. I asked for another drink with my scotch and ice on the side. I was told I got my 2 ounces and that's what it should look like. Guess what drove down to houlihans and my drink looks nothing like that. Instead of apologizing to the customer as we ordered full meals she said "bye". Perhaps a real bartender with manners would improve your business. She proceeded to show somebody who came out of the kitchen that I was not satisfied mocking me. Seriously. Learn how to pour a drink without cheating your customers. Try houlihans. Went during COVID in December. Got there at 8:52 PM it was half empty and looked like it was about to closedown. On my way back from Florida I took my family of 5 to grab a bite to eat. At 9:03 when we finally were addressed after standing in the cold atrium for 11 minutes we were told they would be seating no longer. I asked to see the manager who affirmed the ruling with no class, an iron fist, and absolutely no ability to speak to people in a manner in which humans should speak. It was an absolute absurdity to even have this place still up and running, I would never go back, I will absolutely never recommend. I will also go out of my way to make sure there is a few of these reviews on several sites because if I wasn't a law abiding citizen with a moral compass. I've been coming to this chili's forever and never had a bad experience. The food is always good, hot and fresh. Pre pandemic I used to enjoy coming here for their margaritas, dinner & lave cake. I paid visit to this nearby Chili's establishment, very excited for a nice, full meal like I often find at Chili's. Craving I was, a fine steak with rice and broccoli; looking forward to, I was a sporty, lively atmosphere...and so my wishes I did receive when I sat and broke bread with a companion at Chili's in Ramsey! The night began whence we entered through the front door and we were greeted by the lively host. Sat us he did, and guaranteed us quick service he did, also. Our waiter made true to the hosts promise, and hastily arrived to our table to take what was likely the simplest drink order of the night: two ice waters. They arrived to us fast, and to the menu we took, excitedly searching for a meal...this is where our story took and interesting turn... I looked up from menu after about 10 minutes of research, and I was thirsty as ever so I took search for my drink. In front of me stood a mug, completely filled by fresh ice, but with the ice was nothing but a straw! The water vanished. So I looked at the glass, and then to my chum, then back at the glass, then again to my friend, then back at the glass, and then one more time at my former roommate...then one more time at the glass, then at the TV above me, then at the window, then at my phone, then back at my company and I exclaimed: "DID YOU DRINK MY WATER, FIEND?!" He says to me: "No, what arth thou complaining toward now?" And that's when I reminded him, "fool, we aren't at Medieval Times, we are at Chili's! Talk modern, please for the love of great steak!" And he responded: "my bad, my bad, I did not drink your water!" He spent the next 15 minutes attempting to persuade me that I failed to recall that I finished my water while looking through mine own menu. I shouted back loudly that he was a mighty lier and definitely drank my water and in good prank placed it back in front of me to fool me! After several more minutes of the back and forth, he finally admitted that he did steal my thirst quenching, ice cold water. Disappointed I was, but I had to forgive him for it was time to order our meals. A 10 oz. sirloin (medium well), broccoli and rice was my order. And I couldn't wait until it would arrive so that the I could enjoy the good tastes! The only, and I mean ONLY issue that surfaced on my visit to the Chili's tonight was as follows: when the meals were delivered, they were introduced to use as "rib-eyes"...this caused a bit of controversy as we did not order the ribeye, we order the sirloin. This is a mistake that cannot be made at such a fine establishment! You must be able to recognize which steak you are delivering! I plea that this be improved upon, Chili's in Ramsey! Because other than this minor foul, the host was welcoming, the waiter was attentive, and the food was delicious! The tables, the floors, the glasses, the kiosks on the table all have a layer of scum that you have to be blind not to see and I don't know why no one takes time to clean up a bit. Stopped in here a while ago with my boyfriend and his best friend to grab a bite to eat. The food was decent just like every other Chili's location I've been to but the place always seems to be a mess. The table is half wiped down, food on the seats, I find myself cleaning the area before sitting down. We ordered some appetizers for the table... Chips and salsa and guacamole and their new chicken waffle bites. Nothing spectacular but over all ok. For dinner I ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla which was just ok as well. I really enjoy visiting this location as well as Chili's in general. However, this location is not far and the service is always amazing. Always someone to greet you at the door, walks you to your table. Server is soon after to inquire as to what drinks you want. They come back often to check on you to ensure that you have enough to drink and how everything is going I really love the baby back ribs in honey chipotle which is served with roasted corn and fries. That sweet slightly spicy sticky sauce is perfect for the ribs. Plenty of parking since next door closed their doors so you have no worries. Odd that it seems always empty when we visit which I don't mind as we don't have to wait to be seated but worry that they can't stay in business if the restaurant seems always empty. Restaurant seems very clean, well kept especially the washrooms and public areas. I have never sat down at a sticky uncleaned table or chair. read more

The food quality is decent, putting the fact that this is a chain restaurant you don't jude the food cause it all comes from the same supplier. However the service here is beyond horrible and rude if your going to drink at the bar be prepared to drink till it looks decent.
