We frequent Chili's often. We typically have a wonderful experience, unfortunately this experience was underwhelming. I attempted an online order through the app. It did not receive my payment. I was forced to go to restaurant to complete my transaction. An associate by the name of Shae attempted to assist me. she was totally rude, disrespectful and incompetent. A manager ultimately got involved to complete transaction. I felt rushed, although very few customers were present. The food temperature was cold. Had to reheat everything, with the exception of salad. Burgers lacked flavor. Shae was evasive when asked questions regarding the food. I believe someone should speak to her regarding her poor customer service. Perhaps further training in the area of sensitivity would benefit her. I went for my birthday dinner with my fiancé. We ordered chips and salsa, the waiter then took 3 orders of chips and salsa - mind you to people who sat AFTER us. We asked again for the chips and salsa, and he shook his head as if it was a very hard job to do. I am so sorry we asked you for our chips and salsa, and it's unfortunate his demeanor ruined our experience. He obviously doesn't like working there. When the food came out we asked for the chips and salsa, and he stood their confused and said oh sorry your waiter forgot. Oh, so you have been serving us all night, but you're blaming it on someone else. I'm sorry again for asking to bring out chips and salsa. Sounds like he really doesn't like his job, he even dropped off drinks to a table of sheriffs and on his way out had shrugged and said "I'm so done". Great! Then be done! Fire him! Finally decided to put my gift card to use and went here for dinner. Came on a Friday night. Got seated right away for 2 people. We both got the three for me deal. Honestly that's the best deal ever and chilis is only worth it for that. Our waitress was nice. She gave us lots of straws for our drinks. Even got us free refills. We got the enchilada soup and chips and salsa for appetizers. The Chicken bacon ranch quesadilla ($14.99) and the Cajun shrimp pasta ($16.99) were delicious. Got full pretty quickly. Pasta was good but the shrimps were a little small. The quesadillas were filling but salty. Service was fast and efficient. Went here today for lunch with coworkers - service was less than impressive and they werent that busy for 1145. We ordered chips and salsa and got them after our meals.... my coworker ordered the bean burger and got a regular burger -- -- the bartender our waiter seemed to care less. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I've ordered online from Chili's multiple times, and this is now the fourth time my order has been incorrect. Whether it's missing items, wrong items, or modifications not being followed, it seems like there's no quality control when preparing online orders. Mistakes happen, but when it becomes a repeated issue, it's frustrating--especially when you're paying for food you don't receive or can't eat as ordered. I keep giving this location another chance, hoping things will improve, but the same problems continue. At this point, I'm honestly tired of dealing with it. Management needs to take online order accuracy more seriously because loyal customers shouldn't have to double-check every order and still end up disappointed. read more

My husband and I have started going here for the 3 for me deal which is unheard of in this day and age. This select menu offers a drink such as soda or tea, a starter such as chips and salsa or salad and your main meal such as pasta or a burger, starting at $10.99 going up to $16.99. There's always plenty of parking in the parking lot. We often find ourselves sitting in the bar area to avoid wait times since there's usually open seating in the bar. Every time we came we were seated right away and our servers have been really nice. Inside the restaurant is clean and their women's restroom is kept clean. Staff are good about bringing refills on drinks and getting your order out to you right away. read more

We had a great lunch, server was wonderful, food was good-we were seated in a booth which made us super happy. It wasn't too loud yet, and our food was very good. We ordered Chips and Salsa, I ordered the Chicken and Rice Bowl and my lunch date ordered the Ultimate Cajun pasta ( didn't know it had shrimp and chicken, but we took off the shrimp and all was good). Haven't been to a chilis in awhile. My son wanted some of their cheese pull so we said why not. When we first walked into this restaurant, it looks and feels clean. It did take a few minutes for someone to come and greet us. We finally got sat and our waiter came by and took our order almost within minutes. I've always liked their mango tea so of course I ordered that and it was as refreshing as I remembered. We ordered the triple dipper and that is always a great deal for anyone that's not sure of what they really want. You can pick 3 items from a variety of their appetizers. I love the southwestern eggrolls and we got the motzerella sticks. It had an amazing cheese pull (sorry forgot to take a pic of the pull) And their big mouth bites are always so juicy and delicious. We ended our meal with a molten lava that never disappoints. Delicious chocolate sauce and topped with creamy vanilla ice cream. A wonderful Saturday night outing! read more

I visit 3 to 4 times a month an usually enjoy my experienxe in the bar area, food and service. However, I have ordered food to go twice and both times was very disappointed. Arrived home and open the package to find two of the three sauces were not sealed and were know mixed all over the food and the presentation was terrible. Looked like something you would take from a microwave at home. My trip home is less than a mile. Second time We found the soup and salsa we ordered were barely existant The 8oz containers were barely filled. Soup maybe 4 oz and salsa even less. These are both low cost high profit items and they shorted us terribly!! I will still visit but will never purchase food to go from here again. Today 2/01/26, I decided to go to chili's for lunch. We were assisted my a waitress named Jaden. Her customer service was great. She took our order and was very attentive to my table. She made sure we were well taken care of. I complimented her service and said, you must have been doing this for awhile. She corrected me , by telling me this was her 2nd day. Amazing. If you visit chili's on Zinfandel, I would recommend you seating in Jadens area. Who ever hired her, you did great. By the way , the food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly. read more

The service was absolutely awful. Our waitress was barely around at the bar and then after we got our food we noticed a part of it was missing. The waitress and cooks said nothing until we realized that it was missing. Then they acted surprised and said they don't have any sides. They charged me full price and then offered a lousy $2 off and then the worst manager in the world came out some lady with black hair had a super dry face and attitude who then removed the $2 off after she said that's what she can do. It was extremely insulting and disrespectful that she thought it was a great idea to treat customers like that. I will NEVER come back here and I would recommend everyone to go ELSEWHERE! I was kinda disappointed in the new changes Chili's made to their menu, like removing all the $10 lunch specials and deleting Caesar Salads from the menu. But then I see they added mushroom cooked in butter and garlic as a substitute for fries if you wanted for 50 cents more. That's a whole lot better substitute fro fries than say the steamed broccoli or mashed potatoes. The sauteed mushrooms were fabulous! Especially added to the Smasher Burger I ordered for still just $10.99. That made the burger off the charts good. The 3 for me deal still comes with a salad and drink. You get free chips and salsa if you join the "club" on line. I sort of stopped coming to Chili's cause of the new menu, but these sauteed mushrooms made me start coming back again. read more

I've been to this Chili's a half dozen times before. I usually go for happy hour and sit at the bar polluting my liver with beer after work. The bartender is hard working and the service is always good here, so I was happy to go back. This time I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and was surprised to see they have happy hour all day long. I decided to continue destroying my liver and ordered a very reasonably priced 22 oz beer for $5.00. To make matters worse, I ordered fried food in the form of a chicken sandwich with a side of fries. Hey, dad bods are stylish right now. It came with a small side salad which undermined my efforts to clog my arteries, so I won't talk about that. My chicken sandwich and fries were really good. They were both hot, fresh, and crispy. I mean really crispy like they just jumped out of the fry basket and landed on my plate. Nice! They weren't greasy or dry either. Usually that means they have the fryer set at just the right temperature. A French fry connoisseur's delight. I sat in a booth for the first time and it was really comfortable. Plus I had a good view of some baseball on one of the many big screens in the bar. Overall it was a pretty great visit and I think this became my new favorite Chili's! read more

Went for a quick dinner with wife. I order the ancho salmon. It was drenched in sauce , I took most of the sauce off was just way too much. Wife ordered a skinny margarita. It tasted like it had no tequila in it and when she asked for a shot of same tequila that was in drink they came back and said she used last of it for her drink . The last time I went to Chili's is when the Baby Back Ribs commercial/jingle was popular. I Never desired to go there until recently.... And I'm soooo glad I did! I was in the mood for a burger. Not just any burger but a burger that would be big enough to meet my craving need. I didn't know what to expect to be honest since I hadn't been to Chili's in such a long time and honestly I don't even look at the Yelp before I went (I know... crazy right?!) Well... these guys know how to make a frickin burger! The burger I had (The Bacon Rancher Burger) was waaaay bigger than I expected, waaaaay juicer than I would have imagined, plus... it actually had FLAVOR. I'm like "okay I see y'all want me to come back here more often, huh?" Lol. My wife had the big mouth bites but switched out the meat for the black bean patties. It seems like she loved them more than I loved my burger to be honest XD I can't remember my servers name, but she was worth every dollar. She was really nice, quick, and stayed on top of everything very well. The thing that separates a good server from a great server is one who doesn't say no. Every request we had she did her best to make it work instead of just shooting it down. If I could pick a server at a restaurant each time I went, she would be the main one when I go back to Chili's. Also, the restaurant was clean, tables were wiped down, and this was during the dinner service! We must have come on a day that everything just aligned perfectly. Either way I'm so thankful we had such a good experience to the point we know we will be back again. I didn't take any pictures, but I promise I'll take some next time. More than 15 years later and it's time for an updated review! Our family came here this afternoon after a long day at work for some good eats. We walked in and although it was super busy around 5 PM, we were seated immediately. We were greeted by our server, Abraham. He was really down to earth, personable, and kind. Throughout our evening at Chilis, he checked back on us repeatedly to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Any time we needed anything (like a new ketchup bottle or napkins, for instance), he came back quickly with it. He was also a jokester and lightened the atmosphere. The food itself was very good. I ordered their 6 oz sirloin with avocado. My family ordered their quesadilla explosion salad, kids crispy crispers with fries, Chipotle bowl, Santa Fe Salad, and we also ordered chips and salsa, along with the Triple Dipper for appetizers. I told Abraham that prior to this visit, I hadn't been a big Chilis fan but he made me into one with his demeanor. We will definitely be back because of Abraham. Hats off to him for making our experience an enjoyable one, so much so that I decided to change my initial 1 star review to 5. read more

Let me be the first to say that our server was great and our food was delivered in a timely manner... no complaints or issues there! However when we walked into the door, it was very clear that we were dealing with an extremely untrained hostess. The hostess greeted us an asked us if we wanted to sit in the dining area or the bar. We stated that we wanted to be in the dining area and she kind of shrugged her shoulders.. "Are you sure?" She asked us.. I mean like she didn't just give us a choice? Then she explained that she just double sat the dining area and told us she thought it would just be better if we could just sit at the bar. She pointed to some booths by the window and told us that we could sit in any booth by the window. She didn't walk with us to check and see if the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. After we were seated at a table that appeared to be relatively clean. The server apologized for us having sat at a table that shad not been wiped down yet and wiped it down for us. This all could have been avoided if the hostess would have done her job correctly.. Do better chilies! read more
