Big crispy... The big crispy.... I love the big crispy.... That shows so little of how much I truly love the big crispy chicken sandwich. I had my first big crispy chicken sandwich back in April, and every time I've gone to Chilis since, I can't stop myself from ordering one. This sandwich is so crispy, so crunchy, so juicy, and yum yummy flavorful. As you can see in the images, my sandwich arrived at our table and was quickly devoured by my boyfriend and me. Some people might think Chilis isn't affordable, but man, you can get a big crispy with a side, drink, and chips for only ELEVEN bucks! It's outrageously amazing, and the sandwich is SO big and JUICY that I can't even finish it and have leftovers! Screw McDonald's McChickens, they are NOTHING compared to this miracle of a masterpiece. I'm going to be honest with you... If I were to die tomorrow, I'd choose this to be my last meal. I would die oh so happy and full, and I wouldn't want to end any other way. This time that we went, we had a miracle of a server, Brooklyn, who was so amazing and was always getting us refills (as depicted in one of the images, SO MUCH TEA!!). He had such a wonderful attitude and truly made our experience more enjoyable, which I didn't think would be possible since the big crispy chicken sandwich is so amazing. Waited 25 minutes then we left. They were understaffed. We went to Ruby Tuesdays. Got right in.

Trash customer service at take-out. No one mans the takeout location. They have a mirror to check if anyone's waiting they dont even check. My order was sitting behind the counter for over 10 minutes while i waited patiently for someone to hand it to me. DONT TIP TAKE-OUT. SO UNDESERVING OF YOUR TIP. When someone finally handed me my order, they were rude as if I was bothering her. Just picking up an order. Man the take-out location or be attentive to the mirror or have a bell so that someone knows a customer has arrived! I loved the overall experience of this establishment, but i feel the need to warn others about the mozzarella sticks. They are like two chunks of string cheese fried together with a daily calorie amount of ranch dressing as the dipping sauce. This is not mean review as it is a notification to the cooks to change up the "mozzi sticks". It needs to be visited by a corporate core team and shut down until they can meet basic cleaning, food quality standards When you order appetizers, soup and a main dish and their is only two other tables it shouldn't take over 40 minutes to get out of the kitchen. Also it should not all arrive at the table at the same time. Soup was cold! Cheese on my meal was not melted. And the staff member grooming herself in the dining room was just another reason I will not be returning to this location again. I will say the host tried his best but the two females need to did a job elsewhere. Jeremy Weldon the self-proclaimed General Manager of the Chili's in Rapid City, South Dakota has the rudest, condescending way with customers who complain about their food. The quesadillas are not listed as spicy in the DD app and as a result, were unable to be eaten. When I called to give my feedback Jeremy was argumentative, defensive, and very condescending. He offered no resolution whatsoever. Saying that they weren't hot for him. When I asked for the corporate number he refused to provide it. This is not the only issue I have had with Chili's when I ask for no onions because I am allergic I get onions anyway. Poor food quality, and poor customer service, are a result of poor leadership. I do not recommend Chili's if you want to have either a good dining experience or good service or good food and don't order the brisket quesadillas if you don't like spicy inedible food. read more

Our drunk hostes rather flirt with the drunk customers than do her job and the bartender was so confused he's probably drunk too how else was the server drunk. Both these people need to be fired. The WORST place to go for curbside orders! Past several orders have been either completely botched or had several parts missing to them. Tonight I ordered curbside, called to check in, physically spoke to someone and they FORGOT about me for 25 minutes and my food was just sitting there. When I asked if they could remake it they said they wouldn't and when I specifically asked them to make sure everything was there, sauces etc, there were STILL SEVERAL items missing from my order once I got home. Est time to prep was 25 min, we got there in 15 min, texted that we were there, and a server promptly brought out our order. Server was friendly and masked. Went to this Chili's on vacation and went because of a kids-eat-free promotion they've done forever. Got to the restaurant, seated right away, hardly anyone there. Server was kind enough and took decent care of us. Pop machine had broken and had to be restarted, so our drinks didn't come till meal was almost over. Food was fine, but fairly average. Tried to pay on the table-top kiosk and showed full-price kids meals. Told the waitress we'd pay with her due to kiosk price and they said they had recently been bought by another company and discontinued the promotion...which meant I had to pay full price for everyone. Now maybe I should have specifically asked about the promotion, but when a customer with 5 kids comes in on a well-known "kids-eat-free" night, it would be nice to highlight a recently made change to a notable policy / promotion. So, our bill ended up being $28 higher than expected. Pretty bummed and frustrated as we left. I completely understand that businesses are struggling with being understaffed, things are tough right now. But the service we received here wasn't an understaffing issue. We were seated right away since we were there right when the store opened. The restaurant was somewhat dingy, workers in street clothes listening to their phones sprawled out in booths, outside trash overflowing, and seating area looked like it should have been occupied for a few hours and not just opened. The waiter was basic service and got drink orders quickly, but didn't explain any part of the menu or when we had to ask for chips and queso that there was different types of queso so he just picked one to bring out, instead of asking and clarifying what we wanted (we didn't realize they had a different kind). Instead he took it back to the kitchen where we could hear him express his frustrations. We had asked for more chips (we had one basket for 5 of us) and salsa while we waited for our food and it was never brought to us, instead he spent at least 30 minutes of his time talking to the table behind us about personal things. Well I like Chili's but feel taken advantage of by the on-table gaming system that will charge you without cc authorization. So any parent with a child under 12 years old should probably just stay away, or you'll have to haggle with management to reverse the $1.99 charge that you didn't even KNOW your kid got into! Hadn't even strapped the baby in the high chair before the 6 yr old had bypassed the "Pay to play" screen. There is a sticker on the kiosk but no reasonable parent would see it while tending to younger children. Sent two emails to corporate with no adequate reply. We're bummed that a restaurant we like would do something that so obviously targets families with kids. I would bet many people never even notice that this is added to their bill. Would love for restaurant managers to push back on this until the brand decides to take it away. It is fun to have the games on the table, but this should require a CC authorization. Instead, all it takes is a 6 yr old pressing 2-3 buttons while you're distracted/ordering/trying to feed your infant/using the bathroom.
