They have a nice salsa bar with delicious salsas. I saw employees periodically fill the salsas and keeping the area clean. Service: the lady taking the orders was very cheerful and attentive to every customer. Food came out fast. They came by to clear plates as we finished eating. Overall a great experience. My life has been hard from the day I was born. Not only was I born with multiple defects and mental disabilities due to all the drugs and alcohol my mother consumed while I was in the womb, I was also raised by her single-handedly after my father left me when I was only a few months old. She tried her best but was unable to take care of me and my 7 other siblings. After being ranked last by my mother on prettiness and potential to succeed I was put up for adoption. I don't think the insecurities my mother instilled in me through this will ever go away and it only got worse at the adoption center. I was picked on and bullied everyday. They called me conehead because of the strange shape of my head and big belly bertha because my extremely low metabolism made it impossible to lose weight without starving myself. I would attempt to run away at least one a week due to all the name calling and beatings. I never had a direction or objective. All I knew is that I wanted to get as far away from the adoption center as possible. This never worked though, and after either being tracked down or because of hunger or lack of shelter, I always ended up back at the adoption center. It was a prison that I felt I would never escape from. That was until I found Walmart. On one of my countless escape attempts I stubbled across a massive Walmart. Intrigued I decided to explore with a plan to find shelter inside. To a child who has nothing, Walmart is a magical place. They have everything a child could ever want and more. I never wanted to leave. So for a few days I didn't. When they began closing I would hide in a bathroom stall. Once everyone left I had the store to myself. I had the sort of fun a kid my age deserved to have. Big Bertha became bigger as I spent the nights feasting on all the different food Walmart had. I was eventually caught by a manager named Moe. He was planning on turning me into the police but after begging for him not to and telling him my story he decided to help me. He let me work at Walmart and and gave me shelter. I loved Moe. But once I turned 18 I wanted a new challenge so I set out on my own. 50 years, Three divorces, 10 kids, and a crippling meth addiction later I found myself outside of Chilis. I felt as though I had hit rock bottom. I didn't know where to go or what to do with my life. I reflected on my life and everything I went through. It made me realize the only time I was ever truly happy was at Walmart. I walked into the Chilis and asked the women at the front where Walmart was. Her dumbass was confused so I asked again. Rather than telling me where it was or how far away it was she just pointed! Worst customer service I've every experienced. When you read this review I'm probably dead. I'm writing this curled up outside of Chuck E. Cheese. Please send help. read more

I used to go to Chili's ALL THE TIME. But that was years ago. I have not been to Chili in the past 2 years. I figured that I'd try their 2 for $20 deal. The worst part first. I would not go back just because of this business practice of theirs. To me, it's a clear sign that their main focus is to generate revenue in a similar way that airlines are charging you for checking in your luggage. For a restaurant to bring in more business, please FOCUS on the fundamentals. That is, food & service. Not some gadgets sitting on a table to squeeze that extra dollar or two out of customers. The tablet sitting on every table has games that you can play. Some (maybe all) of those games are NOT free. It's only 99 cents each. I wasn't even interested in playing those games. I was just clicking around to see what kind of games they have loaded on it. I started a game just to see what it is. I was charged 99 cents for a game that I didn't play or even intended to play. Yes. I know it's my own oversight and hence, I didn't ask the server to remove that 99 cents charge. I just paid for it. But I felt totally ripped off because this business practice. On a side story about a similar but worse business practice. I was in a fancy seafood restaurant. When the waiter first came, he brought over cups of water and a very small plate of roasted peanuts (maybe 20 peanuts in it). When the bill came, there was $2 charge for that plate of peanuts. Needless to say. I'd never go back to that restaurant. Now, the food at Chili's. Years ago. Their food was tasty. And now??? Entree selection is not too bad. However, the overall taste of food is average at best. The breading on the onion ring was too thick & a little hard (instead of crispy), and it didn't have much flavor to it. Steak was really salty. Ribs were a bit dry and tasted OK. Potato wedges (side dish) tasted plain. Even potato wedges from Wal-Mart's food court tasted better. Had their food tasted great. I may want to go back and I'll stay away from touching that tablet on the table. However, their food taste is only average and I felt totally ripped off by their table-top gadget. I won't be going back any time soon. If they want to provide entertainment to customers while they wait for food, STOP charging for games. FOCUS on improving food to generate more revenue. read more

So this review may be a little different from most. My family went out around 7:30 on a Sunday night. It was about 77 degrees outside with a nice breeze blowing. I had my 4 year old Queensland Heeler with me so I kept her in the truck. With the windows down the temperature reading on my dashboard for the interior of the vehicle read 76 degrees. We went in and ordered our Tacos and Margaritas, and the service, food, and staff were amazing. About 15 minutes in the restaurant, some entitlement crap wholes start complaining to the Manager that a dog is locked in a hot car, and call the Cops. The manager informed them that I was checking on my dog periodically, the windows are down, and it's only 77 degrees out. ( now mind you my Queensland Heeler is a Cattle Dog and spends half her life in this truck, she has her own bed and food/water bowls in the truck. She loves her truck). After these crap wholes realized the manager and I are not concerned about it, they call the cops and threaten to steal my dog out of the truck. ( now mind you my dog is my whole world and I am hers. She does not like strangers and spends all day everyday with me except when I'm eating Tacos at Chili's). (Most importantly, I would never leave any dog in a hot car). Big shout out to the Manager Hiram Luna for warning me that these bitches we're gonna steal my dog. Hiram Luna said "I know it's not hot out, the windows are down, and your dog is safe, fine, and Loved, but you can bring her in to finish your meal. I brought my dog in and she laid under the table until we were done with our meal. I just want to thank Chili's and especially Hiram Luna for their hospitality and preventing these bitches from stealing my dog out of my truck. I also want to say you should never leave a dog in a car with the windows up even if it is not hot out. If it is hot out your a moron and a horrible dog owner if you leave a dog in the car on a hot day. This restaurant is legit in my book, and I will definitely be back for the Tacos, Fajitas, Margaritas, and great staff. Thank you Hiram Luna. read more

RECENT REMODEL TO SPORTS BAR So many recent negative reviews make me wonder if some folks are maliciously trying to hurt this place. That said we have been here a dozen times in the last year. As experienced foodies we give this Chili's the A-OK rating because the food is above average for chain dining with staff that provides adequate to above average service. The addition of several new Samsung flat screens upgrades the restaurant to a decent sports bar status. If that is what you like give this Chili's a try. The other Roseville Chili's on Eureka has not been remodeled to date. It really needs a remodel and suffers in the present rundown condition. read more

I used the app to get on the waitlist before we arrived, which was super convenient and saved us time--definitely recommend doing that if you're headed there during a busy time. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal, which made the experience even better. I tried the $6 margarita of the month--just a tad on the sweet side for my taste, but still really refreshing and enjoyable. For my entrée, I went with my go-to: the fajita trio. Regulations generally require that facial hair be neatly trimmed, and groomed to prevent contamination. The owner really needs to do something about this, I can't imagine I'm the only person who this kid has served who has thought this. I might consider coming back but I will request another server after some time.

Don't remember ever going here before and discovered after ordering, that we had in 2015! It was a 2 star then and it only slightly gets a bump to 3. The service was friendly and the place was clean. Prices are comparable but it is sit down vs. taqueria order at the counter so you feel compelled to tip more. I appreciated the chips and salsa bar. They gave you real guac and not green goo. My husbands Chimichanga was HUGE. The menu said it came with rice and beans but he didn't get any. I ordered the steak fajitas and while hearty enough for $23, lacked a good flavor. It tasted burnt/charred. The leftover was not edible after reheating it. She did allow me to try a single Birria taco and that was better. Nothing made me say YUCK this time but nothing made me say Mmmm either. Hubs summed it up as, "It was good enough for the moment to cure the hunger pains but nothing special I would want to come back for." There are just too many better Mexican just on that street I would rather go to like Jalisco Grill or El Azteca.

I usually think of this place on a whim because I'm already in the same parking lot doing a kid pick-up and said kid happens to be a picky eater who can absolutely get down on these sliders. I've always ordered through the app, and the food has consistently been ready before the stated pickup time, which works great for us. The food is always well received by the little mouth I'm feeding, and the service has been friendly, welcoming, and efficient both times. Do we recommend? You bet!
