I came here tonight with my bestie we ordered the 2 for $25.00 which is one appetizer and 2 entrees and 2 drinks and a dessert as soon as we came in we got a really great warm feeling the hostess was very friendly he was also are server was very friendly and very knowledgeable he was great he was very quick and very friendly he definitely knew his job very well we definitely had a very great visit the food was very hot and my steak was cooked exactly the way I had ordered it which was extra well done this establishment is a very clean atmosphere very clean restrooms very clean parking lot I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to eat and to receive very great customer service I will definitely be coming back here very soon again for great service and great food read more

Last Thursday night, we came in as a group of 12. We had family from out of town and this is where they wanted to go. Boy, are we glad we did! Kayla was absolutely amazing. The food was amazing, though my penne pasta for my Cajun shrimp pasta was a little undercooked. No worries, not upset at all about that. The blueberry pineapple margarita... OMG. Will get again. Overall, the food is consistently good. My wife and I frequent this Chili's location. The service is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The drinks are very good and the desserts are mouth-watering--especially the chocolate lava cake. What I don't like is the queso. It didn't have 1 once of cheese. It pretty much tasted like chicken tortilla soup without the chicken tortilla. It was not good. When I mentioned it, they were supposed to take it off my tab, but never did. I've been a this location a few times this past month for lunch with friends and dinner with my family and the service we've gotten has been excellent! We had Rory and he was on top of it! It was a busy Friday evening and he took our order and bought our drinks. We ordered the 2 for $25 meal and it was great. My husband ordered the sirloin steak and it was flavorful and tender. We actually surprised how good it was. I was almost done with my drink and without asking Rory brought me a refill! That's great service. He also keep checking in to see how we were doing. Good service and good drinks. The only thing that irked me is that if you click on the apps on the table tablet, it'll automatically charge you for games. To go curbside service is terrible. Waited over 15 minutes for my order and had to go inside to their togo station. no one was at the register however i over heard some employees in the side area chatting it up. waited a minute and walked around to the front only to be sent back. someone else had to come help me and charge me out for my order. The food wasn't even hot when it got to me. Short drive home and all of the food was poorly made (cooking and quality wise). cheese was not melted, looked like plastic. burger was falling apart. fries were cold. pasta was cold. salad dressing tasted sour. bread was soft. safe to say i'm not returning to this location due to its poor service, quality and hospitality. read more

After being subjected to Chili's in Burlingame, CA, I was extremely pleased with the quality of food and service at Chili's off of Fairway in Rocklin. We haven't been to Chili's in like 5 years, but I was craving some quarantine fajitas and Chili's came through. Their curbside to-go service is awesome. My fajitas has so many sides and each was packaged individually (cheese, sour cream ,etc) and everything was hot including the foil wrapped tortillas. My El Presidente Mar-Go-rita even came with salt and a lime. My husband really liked his Honey Chipotle Crispers too. I came to this Chilis location with my Husband and Mother in Law for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. They weren't busy inside which was nice, because we were able to find parking and a table easily. Let me say up front that I HATE the new stupid iPad like tablets that they now have on every table. You can order food and pay on then (credit cards only) but isn't that what a server is for? You can also play games on them but I think eating out should be a special occasion and an event to spend quality time with your family and friends. Not one to have your face buried in another electronic device. Does this make me old? Maybe. My Husband and I always order the same thing every time we go to Chili's. He has the Buffalo Chicken Salad which he loves. It's an ample sized salad with a good amount of crispy spicy buffalo chicken. I always get the Unlimited Soup and Salad Combo which comes with Chips and Salsa, a House Salad and a bowl of Potato Soup. The salad is ok (I'm not a big salad fan) but the Potato Soup is really great. Super cheesy and flavorful and it can be made Vegetarian by taking the bacon off the top. The chips and salsa are really good too, but think they should come free with every meal. They do give a large basket though which is enough for the whole table to share. I can only finish one serving of everything even though it's unlimited. They also have A Black Bean Burger, Enchiladas and a Flatbread Pizza for Vegetarians as well. Service was good and the place was kept clean. I would come back again for lunch because of the unlimited soup/salad/chips combo and the prices aren't bad. Original chicken crispers were burnt and chewy, quesadilla was cold, sliders were dry and Caesar salad had no Parmesan cheese. After all these years I am still down with some Chilis. And right now they are having a heck of a deal which actually tastes pretty good too. It also helps that my buddy paid for my dinner(plus 2 tall beers) since he lost a bet. Seriously though, running through July 3rd you get a side salad, half rack of ribs, french fries and molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream/hard shell chocolate (drum roll please!!!) fooooorrrrrrrrrr $10.99. Good deal!!! Make it a full rack for $6 more. I was all over that like flies on sh!t. Of course I made it a full rack, since, you know, I wasnt paying. Lol. The experience I've just recently have been having when taking our daughterout to a restaurant.. apparently its burden for the employees to give you high chairs . They told us that they can't give us a high chair because it blocks the flow of traffic in the establishment.. so they put us in the back of the restaurant away from everyone . Run of the mill chain restaurant. This is the closest Chili's to my house so I have it up a few times. I would probably hit it up more often but there is just nothing special about it. I have tried out both the main side of the restaurant and the bar. I would recommend the bar side. Service in the main restaurant is way off. Service at the bar is okay, but you should reorder before your drink gets too low. The other day I came in behind a group of guys for the March Madness games. I ended up sitting at the bar next to them and had the normal bar banter with them. When I asked for my check the "lady" bartender said mine was included with my groups tab.???? I asked for it to be separated since I was not with the group - Huffy attitude -. Kind of the trend at this place, service is just inattentive and a bit off. They have several on the bar side TVs so it's not a bad place to catch a game. The food is standard Chili's chain stuff = Not bad, Not great. read more

I came in with my dad on a saturday night, it was very very busy, but our server Ariana did amazing. While we sat and ate I noticed she got sat with 9+ tables through our whole meal and never once let any table go unattended. This location has twice served me a salad that was gross. First time about a year ago there was a beetle in my salad, at that time the server was very apologetic and refunded my meal and even packed up some soup to go. Last night I was served a salad with hair in it. The manager came over and apologized but offered no compensation of any kind. We won't be going back to this location again. Especially since all the cool servers that worked in the bar are gone now. Work on your quality control guys. read more

NEGLIGENT STAFF WILL END UP KILLING SOMEONE. Ordered the regular nachos via Door Dash. Nachos arrived with ground beef melted under the cheese on the chips. I have a mild beef allergy, hence the ordering of the "regular nachos". Since the beef was hidden under the melted cheese, I did not realize there was beef on them until it was too late and I ate a few chips. I only give them a 4 for food and 1 service. Sat at bar with only 3 customer at the time bar server was speaking to a customer for 5 minutes about something on her phone. She then came by gave us menus told us about Happy Hour All Day Sunday and asked for our drink order. After getting ours drinks and another customer drink order she continued to talking to the same customer about something on her phone. My issue is that a few of the employees have been allowed to wear BLM face masks which I believe is highly inappropriate for the work environment- just as if an employee were allowed to wear a MAGA hat.
