The stars are for the servers and bartender. I read the reviews and thought ehhhh I'm not too picky and it can't be that bad. I admit I was wrong. I could not bite through my curly fries. They were almost petrified. My fork couldn't stab not one. The Philly cheesesteak had a freezer burn taste. I really should've sent the food back but I don't like to do that and it seemed pointless. I guess stick to the real menu and not the happy hour. On the upside it's a great last meal before you diet for the new year because then the diet food will be a step up. read more

Just because I ordered on DoorDash or because it's after 9pm on a Sunday should not make you not care about quality. If you hate your job than don't work there! I ordered chicken strips, the sauce was still powder not yet dissolved, I chocked and the powder got stuck in my teeth, macaroni was more juice/ water than actually macaroni with maybe 6 noodles. And my eggrolls look all smashed and greasy like someone dropped one. This food looks unappealing and tastes even worse than it looks and it was not cheap! Chili's is always a great spot to grab a bite or drinks. This chain doesn't very from place to place. This particular one though is usually hit or miss. I've been there and had great times, but also been there and was not satisfied with certain things. Sometimes the crowd can get kinda loud so to the games that might be going on. Wait can get very long at times as well. Service here also varies. Ive had great service here and I've had bad service here as well. One thing you can count on is the food being good. That I can't complain about because they've only messed my orders up a couple times. This is my local Chili's so I will continue to support it. All in all cross your fingers lol read more

We got there, got our names taken down and about 10 min later or so. My friend got a message saying our table was ready. The waitress wrote down our drinks and about 7 min later or so brought them to us. Waited another 15 min for food which is not bad as other places I been to. The pasta I ordered was cooked just the way I wanted, not soggy nor hard. The chicken was crispy and juice at the same time. Service was horrible since we got there we told the girl in the front party of 14 and she made a face and said "14 " annoyed and said hold on and looked mad and the manager came and said was nice told us were we were going to sit ... when we finally sat down and they gave us our drink my son accidentally dropped his drink and the same person from the front came to bring me rags and paper for me to clean it and I told her arent u guys suppose to clean it with a mop and she said that's not my business and said we don't have a mop rudely and walked away saying it all mad.. we let the manager know about it she said sorry and spoke to her but the hole time that same girl kept looking at us all mad... I come to this restaurant at least once every two weeks, while at work. The restaurant is usually packed around lunch and 6pm, when people are getting off of work. There is really nothing special about this place. It is a restaurant that serves burgers and fries. The one dish that I do like (and is healthy), are the mex bowls. They come in chicken or beef. The Mex bowls cme with rice, beans, cheese and avocado. The portions of the Mex bowls are good for that food sitting. The staff is always nice and the restaurant is always clean. The prices are between $11 - $25 dollars, depending on what food item you buy. read more

I just wanted to say, my family of three came in yesterday afternoon/early evening and there were about two servers in the whole place, one of them working the bar on top of it. From start to finish they were both amazing! I didn't catch their names sadly, a male and a female, but the service was amazing and even for it being non stop as people were rolling in one by one they took care of everything and were on point and the food was amazing, but these two really went above and beyond with their service while being under staffed! Hostess was drinking Dunkin' Donuts at the hostess stand as well as eating Starbucks cake pop. At this point we have waited 45min and we're told the bar is closed seating, only the bar top was open for seating. Which is fine I understand, however 2 men walked in a went straight to the bar and sat down. I told the hostess and she said "they came from the bar and we're on the list" which was not true. I watched them walk right in and seat themselves. Another party came in and sat themselves down, a large party of 8 and the staff was told about it and they just let it go. As a business you need to have a hostess at the stand the entire time otherwise people are sitting themselves and the waitresses that are serving them have no clue they didn't wait in line. After two weeks of self-quarantine meals at home it was time to grab a real meal and the first place we wanted to go was Chili's!! Our fav 2for25 deal is unbeatable and always tastes awesome! The current quarantine made take out our only option but the level of customer service from this super amazing team was so great that they made up for not being able to hang out in the dining room! Chili's for lunch, they are open for dine in service. Every other table is clearly blocked off. All staff is wearing a face mask and some have gloves on. Bar area has half the tables they had before. We sat inside by the window. Service was great, 1/2 a star for the cold Chili ;( we were the only customers at 11:30 am for lunch. Nice to be able to enjoy the food dining in, we have ordered before to go orders, but they do not taste or look the same when we get home, we prefer to eat in the restaurant. read more

San Bernardino Chili's Well, here ya go... After a long day on the road my partner and I had worked up quite the appetite and came across this Chili's after a quick google search. We were anxious to see if it would live up to the hype! It clearly must have been a popular spot in town because the initial wait was 25 min LOLz, so we decided to sit at the bar. Once we sat down we were greeted by our servicer EJ. EJ, was attentive, friendly and eager to answer any questions we had on the extremely diverse menu. I ordered the fajitas (the best I've ever had - and I've eaten a lot of fajitas). Not only were the fajita flavors amazing, but the presentation was so impressive my partner began to impulsively applaud as the steaming skillet was brought to our bar seats. My partner ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, while he said it was delicious, he was confident he could've finished the double bacon rancher instead (the full pounder), and was not afraid to continuously remind me and the people around us of that What really impressed us the most was when the staff gathered to sing one of the patrons happy birthday, they brought the freaking house down. Although my partner kept joking around saying he was going to tell the staff it was my birthday, such a stinker. In conclusion I give this Chili's a 5/5, we will be recommending this location to all of our friends and family! Thanks again EJ read more

I wasn't planning on getting Chili's the other night. I had planned on getting Buffalo Wild Wings but after their website wasn't working, their workers were rude on the phone and lied to us about a 30 minute wait time when it was really 2 hours, they had groups of four going into the restaurant but told my husband and I that one of us had to stay out because of covid precautions, and continued rude treatment, we ended up ordering online drive up from Chili's. For the same price of 20 wings, we got an appetizer and 2 of the 10$ meals. The website said our food would be ready in about 30 minutes, it was actually ready in 20 minutes. I got the shrimp fajitas, I wasn't expecting very much food since it was only 10$ but I was really surprised. It came with rice, beans, veggies, a decent sized Cesar salad, tortillas and a great amount of condiments. My husband got the pasta with shrimp and he got a huge portion size! I even had leftovers for the next day. The food was really good too. I never expect much when I eat out, my mom is a cook and I've always preferred a home cooked meal, but I genuinely enjoyed the food. The service was great too, as soon as we pulled up, someone asked for our name and our food was out within a minute. They were really polite and easy to work with even though we were kind of unprepared to deal with the new covid policy of putting food in the trunk or back seat. Our car was packed with baby supplies since we're still in the process of moving into our new place, but the nice lady was patient and kind while we figured out where we could put the food. Tonight I was greeted with one of the greatest customer services. Christina, my waitress, was very helpful. When I asked her what she would recommend to me, she was quick to give me recommendations. She recommended me The Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. She was very helpful and she kept on coming back to check up on me. Came in here on a Sunday afternoon with a party of 8. We were seated right away which was really nice and we all ended up doing the 2 for $24 (I believe they raised it by $4). The waitress was very attentive and she did a great job for there being 8 of us. My biggest complaint is with the food itself. We ordered the Texas cheese fries for our appetizer and when it came out there was a hair in it. We sent it back and our food came out before the new order of fries came out. I ordered the burger and it was sooooo greasy I couldn't even eat it. We didn't even get the Texas cheese fries until everyone was done with their meal and by that time we didn't even want it anymore. Chilis refused service to my husband and I today because we are white seniors citizens! A Mexican hostess told us that she had no available tables, there were 4 empty tables. We stood there and watched for 30 minutes and the tables were still vacant when we left. This restaurant has stooped to an ultimate low to get business. They advertise on postmates/ DoorDash and 3rd party delivery apps as "Maggianos Italian Restaurant". Yesterday I decided to order from what I thought was this Italian restaurant because it looked good on postmates. Let me tell you, it was the most DISGUSTING deplorable food I have ever eaten. We ordered 3 items: #1 chicken Parmesan comes with penne pasta and marinara sauce #2 alfredo pasta with chicken -#3 cheese ravioli with marinara sauce. We got sick INSTANTLY. This food was literally probably out of a can. The chicken for the chicken parm was so rubbery and not cooked right at all. Now on top of everything I said they're HIGHLY priced like a GOURMET Italian restaurant. I go to find them on yelp- low and behold they don't exist. Googled the address and up pops Chilis. I called them and asked them about it and they said yes, it's the same kitchen. What in the actual heck? They called it a "ghost" establishment.
