I underestimated Chilli's, it was quite the nice surprise! Food: Chips & Salsa - Free with signing up with their Chili's account online. Thin, light, and crispy. I would get this again and it was my favourite item we ordered. Loaded Baked Potato Soup - The best loaded potato soup I've ever had! Triple Dipper - I enjoyed the Honey-Chipotle Mozza. The Southwestern Egg Rolls and the Big Bites were good but didn't amaze me. Smokehouse Combo - I really liked the Beef Brisket Quesadilla. The Ribs and Crispy Chicken were good but didn't amaze me. Fries were surprisingly great. The Mac n cheese tasted like typical fast food Mac n cheese. Mango Iced Tea - tasted like a mango bubble tea, wasn't too sweet. Service: Our server was very friendly and great. The speed of the food coming out was very quick. Our server did a great job juggling multiple tables. Ambience: We sat in front of the entrance and it was a mistake, the draft was quite cold.

Came here for the first time and started off with the $6 marg of the month! It was HUGE and Love Island themed. I also got the 3 items deal ($10.99) that came with a large crispy chicken sandwich, a drink, and side (chips, soup, or salad) and it was definitely worth it. If you sign up for their rewards, you get free chips & salsa with a $5 purchase (excluding the 3 deal). What kind of sucked was that our waiter wasn't very attentive (granted it was busy) and the restaurant was a little dirty. She said she couldn't switch out my drink choice (didn't tell us beforehand when we were ordering) and every time I got an Arnold Palmer, it was just watered down tea. It didn't say anywhere on the menu that I couldn't get another drink type.

My daughter and I both ordered the fajita dinner. The sizzling hot plate came out looking great, but the portion of rice was unbelievably small. It wasn't even a full scoop. How is that tiny amount supposed to be enough for the four tortillas that come with the meal? It felt incredibly cheap and made the meal feel incomplete and feel ripped off. In my opinion, this place is better for drinks than food. If you're coming here to eat, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Cool place to come and chill when watching a game. Came with my family to try Chili's for the first time. The server was cool she was very hospitable, she came by to take our drink orders and gave us extra time to pick out our food. The food came out quick not too bad food didn't feel piping hot or anything. It felt like things were already made and may have been kept on a warmer. The workers eh can't complain as they were all very nice and friendly. My husband ordered the pick 3 smokehouse combo, my daughter ordered the spicy big crispy chicken sandwich, and I got the triple dipper. We all collectively thought that the pick 3 smokehouse combo was a good value and it came with a decent amount of food. The chicken sandwich wasn't too bad although the Mac n Cheese that came with it was a bit too salty to my liking. The triple dipper was cool I like the honey chipotle chicken crisper as for then nashville hot mozzarella it was a bit lackluster no cheese pull kind of sucks cause I was looking forward to that and it was also a bit salty for me as well. The big mouth bites were ok a bit on the dry side, I know it came with dipping sauce but some sauce on like like ketchup or mustard would be nice or some pickle or lettuce and tomato. Overall would I come back again, maybe but probably not anytime soon. Also be aware that if you play with the games on the little tablet it may cost an extra $2.99

I haven't been to Chili's in years. Definitely not my first choice to go to but with all the 3 for me commercials checked it out. On a Sunday night, place was crowded. The drinks at the bar and reasonably priced. For the 3 for me, a drink, starter and main starts at $10.99. The big crispy sandwhich is just a piece of fried chicken and bread. The chips and salsa, chips are super thin kind of like Chevy's back in the day. Service was average at best. Orders taken, food brought over and not check ed on until after finished the meal. I would only come back if wanted something cheap.

I came here for the first time with my friends. The wait wasn't bad as busy was it was. Parking was a little bit tough as their parking lot was actually pretty small. We only waited about 15 mins for a table for four and we were seated near the kitchen . Which is great as our food came out pipping hot. They have pretty good deals where you can get a drink, appetizers, and a main course all for dinner $17.00. I ended up getting the enchilada soup, steak with mashed potatoes and instead of broccoli I got corn. My friends got the mozzarella sticks and dippers to all share. The server was nice and checked in on us occasionally. The food itself was ok. I enjoyed the soup the most. The corn and mashed potatoes were good but didn't blow my mind. My issue was the steak. I ordered medium and it came out more rare than I wanted . Overall, it was a great place to chill with friends and just relax.

My first experience at Chili's was 6.5/ 10. Service was slow but the waitress great we had was very nice, very helpful. The cleanliness of the resturant was moderate. The place was packed around 6. Bathrooms were disguising my son and bf said there was a lot of urine on the floor. I didn't bother to go to the women's bathroom after I heard that. We got our drinks and chips and salsa while we waited for our food to come. Took about 10/15mins when we got our food. My son ordered kids cheese burger and fries but when we got his order it was just a burn patty and dry with nothing on the buns. We flagged the waitress down to fix his order to get cheese melted on the plate patty and got a side of mayo. We were able to get my son's order fixed. I shared the 3 for $10.99 that's on the back of the menu hiding that they promote on commercials on tv. We smash burger with fries with my boyfriend. My bf ordered fried mozzarella (3 pc) that were a size of hot pocket. We ordered bone in wings honey chipotle and buffalo. The wings were ok the sauce was really light. Kids meal rating from my son is 5/10 Smash burger was 6/10 kind of greasy and by the end of the burger the bread was falling apart. Mozzarella rating from my boyfriend 8/10 and son was 10/10 Bone in wings was 6/10 the sauce was too light. I also got an Arnold Palmer strawberry it did not taste like lemonade or strawberry tea at all. There was no sweetness or tartness or the lemonade to the drink, It was watered down 4/10 for the drink. For my first experience trying chilis was alright I was not blown away from the food. I probably won't be coming back again.

We visited during dinner time and, despite it being crowded, we were seated pretty quickly, which was a great start. We came specifically to try the fried mozzarella, which is offered in three flavors: Original, Nashville Hot, and Honey Chipotle. My favorite was definitely the Nashville Hot--it had the best flavor and a nice kick. The order also came with marinara and ranch on the side, which paired well. Overall, the food tasted good. The only downside was the cleanliness, which was a bit off-putting. My knife had visible food spots on it, like it hadn't been properly cleaned from the previous guest, so I didn't feel comfortable using it. The bathroom was not very clean either.

I come to this Chili's often and always enjoy coming here. Today was my birthday, and Liz took great care of us. We ordered the Triple Dipper, a side salad, and chips with salsa, queso, and guacamole. Everything was delicious! My only complaint is that we felt rushed. According to Liz the cook had my birthday cookie with ice cream ready before we had even finished our meal, so I couldn't really enjoy my food. The restaurant was loud because of the World Cup, but there were plenty of empty tables, so there didn't seem to be a reason to rush us. Overall, the staff works hard, the food is consistently good, and I'll definitely be back.

Came back here for a lunch date and may I say everything I ordered was perfect and so was my drink. This time I ordered a smokehouse platter I believe that was the name, my goodness everything was cooked to perfection. From the ribs to sausage, mac & cheese to the brisket quesadillas. I HAD to order 2 drinks it was indeed that good, I got the drink of the month, cosmo margarita. I hope they keep this drink and platter around for a while. Our waitress was very sweet and service is always great her at chili's. Just don't get anything with chicken. Their chicken is pretty dry. Otherwise, Chili's for the win.

TikTok got me! The spicy mozzarella sticks have been all over my feed and I finally caved and made the trip to the Tanforan location in San Bruno. For a weekday, this place was genuinely busy. But the wait wasn't bad at all, we were seated pretty quickly and the food came out fast. Service was efficient and the overall vibe was fun. Our table went all in. Spicy mozzarella sticks, wings, chicken tenders, and pasta. It was a full spread and honestly a solid representation of what Chili's does. The mozzarella sticks are crispy, cheesy, and have a little kick to them. The rest of the food was consistent and exactly what you'd want from a casual chain. Nothing fancy, just reliable comfort food that hits the spot.

I have been on a roll checking out the casual restaurant chains, Chili's on deck. Arrived around 3pm on Friday, decent sized parking lot shared with Wells Fargo mostly Filled. Inside the Bar was lively, the dinning room areas about 1/2 full, with Ziosk table side tablets. Signed into my recently created account via the Chilis mobile application after being quickly seated at a table. Happy Hour specials Beers, Wine Pours, and $6 Monthly Margarita at any time. My order the Big Smasher Burger, House Salad, and a Lemonade all part of the 3 For Me anytime combo meal. My beverage mug came out with minutes ( I requested limited Ice as to reduce the number of refill trips), the salad though not huge was a nice mix of ingredients and was quickly provided after my order was placed. My main the Smasher Burger came with a generous side of flavorful seasoned fries. The food was good. The numerous staff were busy on the floor taking orders, serving food, drink, and providing customer assistance, working interchangeably amongst the tables making it painless when needing a server. FYI, I had just recently dined at Outback & Red Robin also between 3 & 4 pm, but the serving staff here was far more available and engaged. Overall a nice dinning space, staff, food quality / quantity, and easy payment option via Ziosk. I want to plan on coming back to experience other menu Options.

    Old Timer's Cheeseburger
    Alexcia S.

Been here a few times because I'm a local but yesterday food was just mediocre. Not sure if it was because they had a new chef or new staff. I was pretty disappointed because my Old Timer's cheeseburger was just drench in mustard that it over powered my taste buds and couldn't really enjoy my burger. I also ordered plain chicken wings and as you could see in my picture they were super dried and hard to chew. Obviously they mask the wings by covering them in your favorite sauce but since we opted out and decided to get them with no sauce, I could really see how dried they were. I have visited other Chili's in the past and my favorite so far is the one in Fremont. Their service is impeccable and their staff always have great attitudes always walking around asking if anything is needed. Even their manager walks to every table asking patrons "how's the food?" Now that's great customer service and a manager that really cares what comes out of their kitchen. The location in San Bruno I never once met their manager. Tells you that the person in charge of running this business doesn't care about hospitality!

The restaurant is spacious, and very much in the American BBQ mode. The tables are in several shapes and sizes, all with polished plank surfaces. Mine rocked easily though, despite a circular base, and no steady position could be found. My order was the Brisket Melt ($18). The bread was very nicely done grilled sourdough. The brisket was generous, falling out the side with each bite. It had a jalapeno taste which quite effectively masked the actual flavor of the meat as well as any complexity of the BBQ sauce. Too bad, since I like the flavor of brisket, so a star off for that. The menu description of this sando included caramelized onions, mayo, pickles, BBQ sauce and melted cheddar cheese. I did not ask for jalapenos, and they certainly did not contribute to the flavor. A bright spot was the availability of bottled Lone Star beer, quite rare here in California.
