But luckily the food was still good and Brenda was a great sport and was stopping to talk with us even though I assume she had a bajillion other things to do. The only negative is that I was given the wrong sandwich at first (I asked for grilled and I was given fried) but it was so incredibly busy so it's understandable if the orders got mixed up and they immediately rang in a new sandwich for me and it was out super quick :) A bunch of other employees were helping bring food to our table but sadly I didn't catch any of their names as they each came and went pretty quickly. I've been coming to this chili's for 4 years, no problem, fast service, and great food. But the one time I come with my friend Bertha, everything SUCKS. Took 30 minutes to get my lemonade that came with my 3 for 10 meal. And no refills on water! Today wasn't even that busy, while he was refreshing drinks and making small talk with other tables, he only came to our table 2 twice. He completely ignored our table and requests. I always come to this location but today was not good. My boys and I got there right at 11am and doors still locked. We saw the manager and she didn't say anything about opening up later. We waited 20 minutes and still not open. There were other people waiting with us and we all left. This is very disappointing and I work in food service and I would have said something to the guest stating that we'll open later or have some kind of issue going on. I've actually loved Chili's and there service had always been great but this last visit was very disappointing. After we were seated, it took over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged! I had to ask THREE servers who our server was and instead of just helping us we got "I'll find out" WTH? It was pretty bad. We got the 2 can dine for $25. We started with Loaded Fries and ended with the baked chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and fudge which is basically a pizookie. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and Dave ordered the hamburger. The loaded fries were greasy but great. Crispy with tons of melted cheese served on a cast iron. I love Chili's and I've been to this location several times pre-pandemic and I've never had any complaints. We ordered to go on Saturday, June 6 and was very disappointed in our experience. We are very familiar with the menu as well as the serving sizes for the different items on the 3 for $10 and 2 for $25. We ordered three meals on the 3 for $10. We called and placed the order over the phone and they advised us it would be an hour and a half wait and to call at one hour to see if the food was ready. The waitress taking our order was very friendly and did confirm the order. We understood the wait time with everything going on. We decided to drive ahead to be there at the one hour mark when we called in case the food was ready, since it is about a 20 minute drive for us. We called when we arrived, and was advised our food was ready. We pulled up into the curbside to go pick up area. The waitress took our name and said she would be right back. When she came up with our food she had only one drink with her. I took a look in the bag and there were three boxes of meals however, only one soup. In addition we had ordered two fajitas and there was no package with the salsa and cheese or the tortillas. The one box of fajitas had something foiled wrapped in it, which I had assumed were the tortillas. We advised the waitress that we were missing two drinks, two bowls of chili, and the cheese, salsa and tortillas for the fajitas. She apologized and said they would be right out with that. Another waitress came out and brought us the two drinks and told us to have a good night and we advised we were still waiting for the two bowls of chili and the stuff for the fajitas. She said she would be right back. We waited quite awhile before they finally brought out the bag to us. There was only one salsa and cheese container and no tortillas. We decided that we could share the one package that was in the first bag instead of waiting for a waitress to come back out. We had gotten to curbside at 7:43 pm, and by that time it was 8:25 pm. We get home to find out that what we thought were tortillas in the first fajita box turned out to be the corn on the cob for the one side. So we had no tortillas at all. In addition, I had asked for no onions on the fajitas and both orders had onion. Also the one fajita was the full chicken breast, and the other only had half the amount of chicken. In addition, the 2 bowls of chili that we paid a $1 more for each, were only filled halfway full each. The third soup was filled to the top of the container. The third meal of the chicken crispers and fries were extremely soggy, most likely due to sitting in the box for 43 minutes while we waited for the 2 bowls of chili. We understand it has been difficult for restaurants in this time and we have done our best to try to support a few restaurants each week by ordering out even pre-pandemic we have ordered from Chili's and never had a problem. It seemed very disorganized, there should be one waitress checking the orders as they come out and putting the whole order together, making sure it's all there. They should not bring out an order until it's all together. that would've avoided many of the mistakes that happened to us. In addition if they were running out of chili they should've advised us, and they could've given us only one bowl of chili and we could've chosen another soup. At this time, it's doubtful, we will order To Go from Chili's again anytime soon. Hopefully the service will improve under this new normal in the coming months. read more

This is a great option when you're in the neighborhood and looking for a deal. They have a 2 for $25 promotion which includes an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert to share. You HAVE to order their tortilla chips and salsa because they're perfectly light, crunchy, and salty and their salsa is mild which I could appreciate. I ordered the chicken fajita but was more excited about the idea of it than what I got. The chicken was perfectly cooked but the rice was inedible and the tortillas fell apart. There's a sirloin option on the menu which looked better but there was an additional $4 charge which I didn't want to pay.
