Screwed on sour cream BEWARE
Denise T.

It's been 6 years I probably should have still stayed away. Tequila Sunrise was gross. Don't know what kind of OJ or grenadine they used but you don't want that. Ordered the southwest egg rolls. They literally came out 1.5 mins after I ordered them. Whose order did I get is the question or how long was it sitting around in back. Next we come to the clincher. I asked for some sour cream. Server asked this size? I said no just a tiny bit bigger. A freaking coffee cup came out. I was never told there would be an up charge let alone 4 x $1 up charge. She couldn't or wouldn't take it off. Two more Ass mgrs came by asked if I had an issue. I explained they looked at me like oh well. One said you got your four cups of sour cream right? I didn't ask for all that. Again nothing was said except we'll have a good night. They walked away. Ok worst customer service ever for this place. Literally will never go to another chili's ever again. I'll eat napkins & water before that will happen & it will probably taste better & have more nutritional value than anything on their menu.

This is the only good restaurant they have in Sierra Vista. I never used to go to the one in California, but this is very very good. I love their hamburgers and fries and their Martin espresso is excellent.

Chicken Fajita dinner is very generous.

Of all the national chains in town, this one is my favorite. I've tried a varitety of TexMex food here, from their burgers, Cajun pasta, but my favorite are the chicken fajitas. My husband and I enjoy ordering them via the $25 dinner-for-two. It comes with a dinner salad with choice of dressing and a choice of dessert and I like the strawberry cheese cake. The meal is enough for two meals for each of us. You get four small flour tortillas, black beans, rice, and plenty of grilled chicken, green and red peppers, onions, tomatoes. Toppings include cheese. guacamole, sour cream and salsa. We always sit at the bar for fast and friendly service. Jessica and Lisa are both long-time employees who are back to work after the covid shutdown. We were last here yesterday for a late lunch date. We sat at the bar. I noticed that half the bar was cordoned off for social distancing. The bar area was at 50% capacity by the time we left. I also noticed the crew takes better care at cleanliness. All the employees wear masks. We have come here plenty of times, but this was our first visit here since early March. Previous issues we have had with missing items or wrong orders were always taken care of promptly. My only complaint about Chili's is that they are always reinventing their menus.

Only ate there twice. Got a tummy ache both times. Don't know if they need to change their grease more often or what?!

Worst service and food in Sierra Vista. Management sucks. We won't be back. Used to be our favorite.

The service is wonderful, and my waitress today was no exception- what a sweetheart! They were super busy, and it took a while to get my food, but that's to be expected. I only have one complaint. I went to wash my hands and left my daughter's stuffed panda, Pandi, on the table for about 5 minutes. When I came back, he was gone. Seriously? Who walks into a restaurant, sees a stuffed animal on a table and thinks, "I could use one of those"? Other customers in the area said it was an older man with a beard. A grown man seriously took a kid's stuffed animal! I hope that man is happily playing with my daughter's toy. Now I have to go tell her she's never going to see Pandi again. Faith lost in humanity. Thanks. The staff did search diligently for Pandi, which I really appreciate. They took my number in case Pandi gets returned. Thank you.

I get that you have to "stretch" popular items, but there comes a point where you either serve coffee or the coffee substitute. But that isn't even the biggest issue. We go in at 8 to 8:15 Sunday mornings. Have for a good long while and eat before the church rush comes in. But for the last 3 months we had to find somewhere else because more and more tables are marked RESERVED as if this were a Michelin restaurant and not a diner. You used to see one or two tables with a card on it. Last time we went in, there were six. Now in a small establishment where you seat yourself, this is a big turnoff! The ONE time we did find a table, we were there for well over an hour as we had to wait for our food from the kitchen and don't you know, no one ever came in and sat at those reserved tables. Not one! Now the wait staff is still very nice and friendly and they seem disappointed when we have to turn around and leave. But that's the only bright spot. Well, that and this has caused us to go searching for another local breakfast restaurant to become regulars at. Thankfully we have!

Consistent Excellent Service & Quality After visiting 6…read moretimes during the past 12 months I can honestly state that Taco Giro deserves 5 stars. Why? Because each time we have gone there we were immediately greeted and seated, food and drinks were consistently very good or excellent and compared to other restaurants in Cochise County, has maintained that consistency and excellent customer service over time. My first review was written after they first opened a few years ago. I gave them only 3 stars then and offered suggestions for improvement. Since then, they have met or exceeded my expectations. My companion is from Sonora, Mx. and loves to prepare recipes passed down from her grandmother from the late 1800's. Thus, she really knows good Mexican food made with fresh ingredients, thus, is VERY picky. Since we live in a desert and not close to the Gulf of Mexico, fresh seafood is nearly impossible to obtain. I'm not generally a fan of flash frozen fish since I'm spoiled, having eaten fresh caught oysters and seafood from the gulf. However, they have found a distributor who provides flash frozen seafood and it tastes pretty good. Most frozen seafood, in my opinion is not tasty, but this is a good substitute for those of us who can't go to Mariscos in AP (where they have fresh seafood delivered daily). Try the QuesaBirria tacos or carne asada which are delicious, (even my companion agrees!) Tableside prepared guacamole (per your liking) with warm chips plus salsa is also excellent and fresh. Happy Hour Margaritas are also excellent at a great price! I just hope they continue to sustain the excellence they have strived for so we can continue to dine at least in one good restaurant in SV. Ambiance is good too, with natural light, comfortable booths and tables/chairs (they keep the windows clean and no flies trying to steal your meal!) Note: I realize some other reviews reflect a different experience so all I can do is share my experience.

I've visited three times, hoping each experience would be better, but I left feeling underwhelmed each time. On two of my visits, we were seated in the back near the restrooms, which wasn't the most enjoyable dining experience. The food came out quickly, which I appreciated, but overall, it just wasn't very memorable and didn't quite live up to the hype. I can see why it's a local favorite, but based on my experiences, it's probably not a place I'd choose to revisit.
