Wait was a little long, but our waitress was awesome! Food was good as always. We'll definitely be back.

When we first got there around 4pm on a Wednesday, the service was pretty slow like everyone was just getting to work. But things did get better after about 15-20 min. 07/01/18. Restaurant was not busy at all. I was seated in a booth in the bar area, waited short time for my drink by the host that seated me. He kept telling me my waitress we be right with me, twice. After 15 minutes of nobody taking my order I left a dollar bill on the table and left. read more

Service was good. Got fajitas to share. There was chicken, shrimp, and steak. Corn tortillas were reminiscent of a old whoopie cushion and I bit into a piece of shrimp that was slimey and rubbery. Definitely below average, Gordon Ramsey would rip this place apart. read more

I came in with my family and the food was great, but the service left much to be desired. Not one single plate was taken from the table, this led to build-up of plates that the server continued to ignore. So I spoke the manager about the poor service, and after she was standing 6 tables away-within hearing distance-bad mouthing us for being too difficult. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS our go-to restaurant when we visit SF. Sometimes we do a deal, sometimes I just have the fantastic blueberry & pineapple margarita! You must try the chips and salsa with a side of their house made ranch. You'll never eat them differently again. Always have to order a bag to go. read more

I will start by saying that I am gluten intolerant and they have the foods listed quite clearly that contain wheat. This is a good thing. I always get the smoked wings for an appetizer. Not only can I eat them without a reaction, but they taste great. When the waitress brought them out they didn't look right. The smoked wings are a dark mahogany color and these just looked like fried wings. When I finally got her attention and pointed this out, she didn't know and had to go ask. A manager came over next and verified that they were wrong. I guess the prep was done wrong. Ok, so no smoked wings for me. I had ordered the fajitas with NO tortillas. While the manager was at our table our food arrived and the table next to us and then to us. There was an aluminum foil wrapped bundle of tortillas on the platter. I handed them to the server (it wasn't the waitress) and commented to the manager that I had a gluten intolerance and specifically ordered the dish without any tortillas, flour or corn. Since I didn't get my wings they removed that and also took half off of the bill. While I appreciated that due to the lack of service, I would have preferred the dishes I ordered as I ordered them. We will probably return at some point, but not likely very soon. read more

It's been really cold in Sioux Falls today, so I wanted something that would warm me up. I ordered a bowl of chili, figuring the restaurant's namesake entree would be pretty good. What I got was a bowl of spiced taco meat -- no beans, no tomatoes, no liquid. Tasted like a package of Old El Paso seasoning mix. Definitely not chili. I won't be back! read more

Went on a busy Saturday night, again with a large party. Host was very friendly and greeted immediately. Wait was not long. Server was above average and took care of our needs in spite if all the other patrons. Food was also above my expectations. Looks like this one has redeemed itself for the time being. I ordered the $10.00 for 3 lunch with chips, chocked fajita and the lava cake. Fajita came out with out the sizzle and hard green peppers. She took it back and it came out burnt. Ended up taking it home to our dog. The cake was okay only had a couple bites the fajitas ruined my lunch. Ended up taking it home as well and it ended up in the trash a few days later. Our waitress was just strange and she did not tally up our tickets correctly (TWICE) she was having difficulties with the 3 for 10 sale. Ugh! My wife and I went there again because she loves the chicken crispers, which are very good. The service was great, the food was still yet to be desired. I ordered the basic bacon burger with fries and the onion crisp things. Burger had no flavor, it looked and tasted like a soy burger. The fries were o.k. but nothing great. If it was not for the wife, I would not give this place another chance. read more

Despite my previous comments, I have been back to this Chili's a couple times since. And the service I've received on the subsequent visits has been much better. Food has come out hot and correct, and the waitstaff has been attentive. I've overheard servers at other tables not being overly helpful, but I've been lucky enough not to experience this myself. read more

We went on a busy Saturday night. We were seated by the door, so we could feel the cold air every time someone came in or left. Once seated, it took 10 minutes before a waitress came over. Once we ordered, it was probably a 1/2 hour before we got our food. My wife got a steak, and asked for steak sauce. After waiting a few minutes, she decided to eat her steak with out it. The waitress finally came back with the steak sauce when she was 3/4 done with her meal. My son's and my burgers were both WELL done. We both remarked these were the driest burgers we ever had. When the waitress came back (again, after we were all 3/4 done with our meal) I told her it was way over cooked. She asked if I would like another, I told her no, it would take too long. She said ok, and left it at that. read more

Lousy service from a don't give a damn bartender. I asked for an iced tea while I looked at the menu, I never got the iced tea, he just walked away leaving me to wait, I waited while he walked around, the place was not busy. My friends no longer want to eat here because every time we've come, service has been super slow. The food is usually really good, but spending half an hour or more waiting on your meal every time you go is not worth it. Even when they're not busy at all, we still end up waiting way longer than we should have to. Kind of depressing because the food is still really good. My husband's burger was greatI The wait staff was attentive as well. But I tried the lunch combo of enchilada soup and chicken fajitas. The soup was lukewarm and the chicken was rubbery. went to Chill's today for the first time in two or three months I debated on going to Chill's or Inca hear in Sioux Falls and I think that mc donalds would have been better lunch I had Pork Carnitas fajitas and this is how the decribed them, Our signature sizzling fajitas served with sliced bell peppers & caramelized onions, topped with chipotle-garlic butter & chopped cilantro. Served with warm flour or corn tortillas & fresh new toppings. not sizzling not caramelized and the little amount of toppings they give is a joke a table spoon full of cheese and the same of chopped tomatos and sour cream and on top of it they don't have the onion strings and peppers. Exactly what you'd expect at any other national Chili's chain. No surprises, but sometimes that's a good thing.

The food was ok but the portions were very small, ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs and there were only 5 bones with very little meat. Prices are about the same at Ruby Tuesdays and Applebees but their rib portions are much larger. read more

Just had a horrid experience at chili's. Ordered the Skillet Queso, which must have been sitting there forever because it tasted old and gross. It was 40 minutes before we saw our food and our waitress after ordering, which was 10 minutes after we got there. No refills until a different waiter had to come and help us as he could I'm quite sure tell that we were frustrated. Did not get a chance to talk to the manager as he was too busy talking and standing around w/ the wait staff. And I'd be damned if I was going to waste my time going over there to interrupt his social hour/flirt session. Our food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. Worst Chili's experience ever, and probably one of my worst experiences anywhere for quite some time. I had signed up for their e-mail club but not coupon is going to bring me back there w/ so many other options in Sioux Falls. read more

Let me preface: Chili's is one of my go to restaurant's during my travels, but unfortunately not this one. I ordered the smoked wings and when they arrived, they were burnt to point they were un-edible. I sent them back and received another order, that were ice cold. At this point what do you do? My hubby and I love Chili's. He adores the ribs and I like to try something different every time. I love the variety.

the Friday night that my husband and i were there, we started off the evening with a couple of glasses of wine, then straight to the appetizers which like always were fantastic. we then proceeded to a great evening meal. i had your famous rack of ribs, (spectacular again !) while my husband stayed with his routine favorite, fajitas. he said they were absolutely awesome. there is always plenty of every item that comes with this fajita. finally, after we were stuffed we still had to indulge ourselves with one desert to share. that is a normal night out to Chili's for dinner. read more
