We decided on the very average chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a house entree salad. On the way back south we stopped in the hotel again, but drove around a bit beforehand. We had the dog and cat with us so the short walk across the parking area had us ordering here again. This time we ordered the, again very average, chicken Marsala, some decent onion rings and a child's small cheese pizza. Again, not much excitement here except the fact that I had returned to our room without any utensils. I was assured they were in the bag as it was dropped off to me while I sat and waited (already 20 minutes) an extra 10 minutes for my meal to be prepared. While I waited I paid and I asked the service person to please bring it out to me when complete, and to please ensure their is utensils, ketchup and ranch dressing. I didn't check the bag as I left because I had to pee. When the wife opened the bag, there was one 2oz ranch, 23 ketchup packs and "NO UTENSILS!!!" I heard that while in the bathroom. The wife stormed out of the room and had someone's a** in the restaurant portion of the establishment. That's my babe. She was pissed. Perhaps ensuring staff pays closer attention to the non-local patrons from the hotel next door, since we are the ones writing the reviews. Perhaps have someone tending to the greeting stand inside the front door to aid in getting things consistently correct from the bar or the dining room. Need to know: Due to Utah Liquor laws, adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages must be seated... that was a new fun fact I learned when making the reservation. On Saturday night, the restaurant had a bit of a condensed menu and they were out of salmon, which was a bit disappointing, but after having 3 meals here, we do recommend the wings, nachos, and burgers. The area in the back of the restaurant with games including ping pong is great for the kids and there is also a grassy area out back too. After waiting for over an hour, we were finally told they couldn't put it on after all. The most frustrating part is that we would have completely understood if they had told us upfront. We could have made other plans and gone somewhere that could accommodate our request. Instead, we spent a significant part of the evening waiting and hoping, which took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. Afterward, I noticed similar feedback from other guests about difficulties getting channels changed, even when it seemed possible. That was disappointing to see and makes it feel like this may be a recurring issue. The service itself was polite, but better communication and follow-through would have made a big difference in our experience.

OK So…read more.. I was watching a Youtube channel about tasty treats and unique places to visit when in St George and area.
