Haven't been to Chili's in years. Stunned by the crowd & America's love affair w/ overpriced, low-quality, food. Seated quickly at sticky table w/ no lighting (environment could use some updating). Server pleasant but couldn't deliver on promises. Said food would be up- 40 min before receiving appetizers. Wanted to cancel before everything came out at once. Promised app plates, food cold by time she brought them. Sauces, napkins, no drink refills- everything took the entirety of the meal to receive. Frozen Strawberry Margarita void of alcohol. Triple Dipper App- Big Mouth Bites- dried out mini burgers w/ no taste. (Spotted someone eating giant, delicious looking, burger but realized it's likely just bigger version of Bites). Southwest Egg Rolls- no color or texture; they were white. Good-sized planks of Fried Mozzarella (the best item in trio) but like biting into an uncooked block of cheese because they went cold before reaching table. Spent 5 minutes debating sauce cups before asking for Avocado Ranch. Once brought, figured out we already had it. All the sauces are white w/ no flavor. Can't distinguish Blue Cheese from Avocado Ranch. Brisket Quesadillas came as a mix of Brisket & Chicken Bacon Ranch. A godsend considering brisket had no heat or flavor. Had a nice time tonight on way to Pennhurst Haunted Asylum with a friend, our daughters and two of their friends. We all had a good dinner and watched the 2nd half of the Eagles/Rams game. The staff were super friendly and attentive and not bothersome. They seemed to know when to check on us. We sat in a large corner table behind the bar and had a great view of multiple TVs with various channels one. The Eagles game was right up there and we cheered them on along with the staff several if the friendly staff. It was a fun place to watch the game. We enjoyed our food, the atmosphere, the hospitality and the great view of the TVs. We were in and out in a very reasonable time, so I would definitely come back again. read more

Horrible service. The waitress kept apologizing for items she missed not only to our table but others. I had to walk up to the kitchen and get her attention for boxes to go after 20 minutes of trying to get her attention. It was not busy, just poorly trained and poorly managed. My service here was a joke the manager and the servers at least around 9pm on Friday are very unprofessional I went there with my girlfriend and I wanted to order a beer and being the 25 year old man I am I thought I could buy one but when the server took my id he did not believe it was real and I guess other people that worked there said I was a senior in high school which is just wrong I graduated in 2017. And when I talked to the manager he just said the ID seems legit but they didn't wanna serve me because of them saying I was a senior. Let me start with the good. Ashley was amazing she gave us enough space to eat comfortably and checked in to make sure everything was good just the right amount of times! She is the reason for the one star she was amazing. Thank you Ashley. The food was flavorless! I ordered cajun chicken and paste that was so Bland I had to add salt to my meal which upset at me a great deal because I never use salt. The food should come with the flavor I guess that was extra . Stopped in here for dinner after catching a movie at the nearby AMC. Walked right in and got seated on a Saturday around 5pm. We started with the bottomless chips and salsa. The chips were way too salty for my liking! I went with the Mango-Chile Chicken off of their Guiltless menu. Menu said it came with Mexican rice and steamed broccoli but mine came with black beans instead of the broccoli. It was a small piece of chicken and luke warm at best. Taste wise, it wasn't bad and had a little kick to it but I felt like it should have been hotter. The burgers that the rest of my family had was fine. Service was very good throughout the meal. Arrived at a little after 9pm 9/22/22 sat at the bar. The room was freezing bar tender stated it was 73 degree, Yet the thermostat in dining area was set at 68 and it was in much warmer dining area. Every time I have sat in the restaurant, which was two, maybe three times, it's been pleasant! Good service, good margaritas. I can't remember what I ordered, it I don't remember any previous complaints I've had, although it's been a while. Monday night, March 30, 2020, my boyfriend and I decided to share chicken and steak fajita from takeout (because of covid). I could not have been more disappointed. Picking it up was fine, girl that bring food and rang me up was nice and I tipped, but getting home was not. The food looked disheveled, but it was takeout and could have easily got messed up in the car. The guacamole was turning brown, again, it's not super fresh but no complaints (I worked in a Mexican restaurant and know guac can turn quickly sometimes). Anyway I loaded up my fajita and took the first bite and it was 1- cold, but 2- the entire steak piece came out with my bite because it was sooo grissley and fatty. I could not even bite through it. Thought, okay, happens sometimes. Tried the next bite, same, next, same. Until I looked at all the steak and it was like bottom of the barrel, gross, inedible steak. We ordered at 8:10, they closed at 9, maybe they were trying to get out early and gave us what was available I have NO idea, but I didn't even want to feed it to my dogs! The chicken was fine and so was everything else. My boyfriend didn't like he looks of the peppers and onions but I thought they were okay. Don't get the rating confused, the food and how long it took was definitely a 1 Star, but the waitress we had tried so hard to make things easier for us. She adjusted the check and took some things off, but we still tipped her 50% because we could see how frustrated even she was. Clearly there is bad communication on the kitchen end, the only talking back there we heard was laughing and constant clanging. Good was under cooked, then sent back and over cooked, then another 20 minute wait to get our next plate and the flavor, still mediocre. Sad, because I used to love it there. I sat down and someone asked something to the effect of what I would like, to which I replied a clean area. She took my order and the bean burger arrived about 15 Minutes later with minimal fries. Everyone noticed it. She got two drink orders wrong, and never even brought my husbands beer to the table, but tried to charge us for it. While waiting for our food, the manager was taking a dirty broom and using it to "dust" the vents on the ceiling. Crap was falling as servers were walking by with food. I turned around and went back to speak to the manager. The manager not once apologized or offered to remake our food for us as it had been sitting there for AT LEAST 30 minutes. I had a couple of gift cards that were a couple of years old so I thought we might get take-out. I've never done to-go at Chili's and with gift cards to boot. I placed my online order, planned to pay at the restaurant per the instructions online. Got a text to pay online, was able to verify the balance on my gift card(s) but could not pay online probably due to multiple gift cards. Website promised 21 minutes, I showed up 25 minutes later and they had my order ready. They got everything right and it was still hot. The girl at the take-out counter was patient with my fumbling and multiple gift cards and was quite helpful. If I had anything to comment on it would be that the chili and the guacamole were really salty. this review is of the Chilis at 220 Upland Square Stowe, Pa 19464 We went to enjoy a rare evening out on Valentines day. Our Waitress came over to us a total of three times the entire meal we were offered no refills. Our appetizer and main came out together after a 25-minute wait. once at the table, it was an additional 20 minutes to get my order corrected. (we had finished everything by then) this was done by the servers not the waitress the waitress did bring the final part of my order when it was done and was gone in a flash before i could say anything. no one checks with us to see if our food was prepared correctly. Half my order was missing. after an additional 20 minutes waiting for our check i had an adjacent waitress go and find our waitress who then handed us a check and then walked away to the back again Furious i just paid the check and left. I will be honest this was just about the worse service, I have ever experience. my wife refused to allow me to confront the staff at the time as i was just too darn mad to have anything constructive come of it. I would be very hard pressed to every return to this location again which is a shame because we enjoy Chilis. read more

Chili's is as Chili's does... If you are a Chili's fan you certainly won't be disappointed by the location in Pottstown. This location is easy to get to, the food is always hot and fresh, the service is always reasonable and the people are super friendly. They almost always have some kind of special going on and it is just an all around good place to grab a bite when you don't want to spend a lot of money but still want a good burger, fajita or plate of nachos! Wifey and I frequent this location and have always been pleased. At one point Chili's was running a special -- if you check in at a Chili's in Foursquare you get a free chips and salsa. I did so and asked my server... she had no idea what I was talking about. But within minutes, she found out and credited us the cost -- easy as pie! read more
