Been to this location on several occasions and always have a good experience. The inside looks pretty much like any other LongHorn Steakhouse. The place always seems busy but most times, we've only had at most a 10-minute wait before we were seated. We like the sweet tea here. I usually order the Parmesan Crusted Chicken for my main, with baked potato soup and seasoned rice as my sides. The food is always consistently good as is the service. Portion sizes are good and I always walk out nice and full. We like to stop in here when we are nearby for a movie. read more

Our server Latoya was the nastiest most inattentive server I have ever had. She'd get a 0/10 she was horrible. Me and my friend had went for her birthday lunch and the server only came to us to ask what we were ordering and delivering food not once did she ask if we needed anything or how our food was. Which it was trash. My friends steak was dry. The onion was salty. The French onion soup was actually disgusting and you can tell it was sitting out. We had empty drink cups for around 20 minutes. Than when she gave us the receipt she said a snarky little comment under her breath and gave us a nasty face because we had reported our experience to the manager. Like at least don't be a pussy about it and say it like the adult you are. She acted that way to 2 teenage girls by the way. As long as she works there I will never be coming back. This is the best managed and staffed steak house. 99 percent of the time perfection. And that 1 percent ... when there's a hiccup, they will do whatever they can to ensure you are happy (even if you don't expect them to). We go weekly. Had a great meal with my wife. I had the New York strip she had the sirloin. Mine was made perfect she said hers was a little tough. Our waitress Nevaeh was very attentive, courteous, and friendly. My wife and I arrived around 9:30 PM and were immediately seated. We requested a high top table. We were not rushed, we were served bread and butter, we ordered our appetizer which came out in a few minutes. We order two entrées, which were very good. We had three drinks, no dessert and the bill total was around $97. This was not our first time at Longhorn and will not be our last. We are never disappointed, we wrote reviews for this establishment during Covid because their takeout is exceptional. The bartender was our server and did an exceptional job. Keep up the good work. Went here on a Friday night we were quoted 30-35 min wait...well we were sat in about 20 min!! Ali was our server and she was great! Very friendly great personality and always smiling! I have been going here for years and it is amazing. Service is top notch. The building has plenty of tvs visible from throughout the restaurant. Awesome place to watch the Phillies during red October. Food is nicely done. I was hoping for a good steak dinner. Now I understand that Longhorn is not the place to have one. I ordered their signature Outlaw Ribeye, rare. It was tough, sinewy, fatty, and almost inedible. In fact, I could not even cut through it with the knife i was given. I was so disappointed, I will never return to this location, or any other longhorn steakhouse again. This location and chain should be ashamed to call itself a steakhouse. But, our server was decent. While waiting to be seated we went to the bar to wait for a table. The food was perfectly prepared. I had sirloin and shrimp, with rice pilaf, seasoned French fries, and Brussel sprouts. My husband had sirloin, lobster, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and roasted mushrooms. Even the bread at the start was good. One suggestion is to have non-alcoholic beer like Heineken Zero, NOT O'Douls. It was a toss up between red lobster and longhorn. We chose longhorn. Sat a the bar. Order drinks and the wild west shrimp. The was probably the best thing outside of my husbands salad. We both ordered fillet steaks med. I had a 6oz and he a 9oz. He also ordered half rack of ribs and shrimp skewers.. I had lobster wirh my steak. He ordered a bake potato and i ordered load mash and steam broccoli. His bake potato was good. My loaded mash came out without any of the toppings. I said something to the bartender. She went back and got me a dish of the topics to put on my potatoes. Well of course this was before i checked the temp of the potatos.‍ which was cold, which made me check the broccoli, which was also cold. So she got me fresh broccoli and new loaded mash potatos which was made correctly the second time... Even the broccoli looked better, greener and not dehydrated, like the first batch that they gave me. Thinking we were finally satisfied, its finally time for me to dig in... My husbands steak was extremely drying and overcooked while mine was make perfectly. It was so disappointing because at this point we are getting tire of sending food back and waiting. Feeling bad i offered my husband the rest of my streak but he really didnt even want it... I said something to the bartender again and showed her the steak... At this point with so many errors, you'd think they'd send a manger over but that did not happen. But we did see him walking the restaurant a few times. We have been to this location a handful of times. This will unfortunately be the last time we go there. I took my family there to celebrate and it was pretty obvious that most of the staff were really new at their jobs. We ordered and the food was taking a really long time to come out. When our meals arrived my steak was seared on the outside and raw in the center. Raw, not rare. It was cold and flesh red-smooth. It was ordered medium. Not even close. The server finally checked back after about 20 minutes and I was really disgusted by this point. I ate some dinner bread and my salad. She did offer to make it right but the whole experience was pretty much done at that point. A manager came over after I insisted and she could have cared less. It was removed from the bill with a blunt, "sorry". When you have newbies training newbies no one ever really gets the whole customer service thing. Invest some time in your company and people. Train them on proper cooking and service. I will no longer bother with the establishment. We work hard for our money and do need this kind of blaise' attitude. By the time she came we had all our food order to put in and I let her know that we were on a time crunch. The food came out well as I had the renegade steak dinner with the special corn on the cob. Went for an early Mother's Day dinner. Place was not busy. Had to wait on entrees. Was told reason was they had a huge take out order. Two of the 3 steaks ordered were wrong and an order of brussel sprouts was burned. Guess take out takes president over in person customers. If they were paying attention it may have been different. We didnt ask anything difficult. They did refund the price of the sprouts..but oh well on the steaks. We would have rather had edible food. We looked forward to the meal all day. read more

My lady and I decided to eat here tonight, we don't dine out often because I'm apparently,"allergic" to spending money . We had a good time and we enjoyed ourselves, only bad part, was that we were paired with a new server, I could tell she didn't know how to work a section. Seeing as this was the industry I started in , I was forgiving of her inexperience. What made the dining better, was that the manager recognized that this server/waitress was a novice and needed help. Service from beginning to end was very good. My server Alyssa G was very knowledgable with the menu and made a few good spot on recommendations. Overall I feel this is not a bad place to come to in the local area for a nice steak dining experience. I prefer local places whenever possible but this is my first dining experience at this brand Steak was cooked a perfect cool center rare and was very tender for an 11 ounce sirloin. The steamed asparagus was a bit woody on parts but still very good. The sweet potato pecan casserole had to much cinnamon for my taste but overall it is well done The bread they have as an accompaniment was very good as well. Usually I am a big fan of Longhorn Steakhouse. We went around 11:00 AM (when they were first opening), so there was not that many people in the restaurant. The bathrooms were very clean, although we found it weird that the trash can was literally a bin on the floor (but perhaps all Longhorn Steakhouse's are like that and I just never noticed?) To start off I've never been to any Longhorn location that tells their customer that they can't serve you bread until you place your order! All other locations bring it to the table after or while they come to take your drink order. The bread was salty (not typical Longhorn quality) once we did order. My fathers food came out cold, the rice was undercooked. My husbands steak was not cooked properly and then when we had it taken back the flavor was washed off, Broccoli was not cooked either. A favorite casual stop. Attentive staff, who are "on it" if problem occurs. Strawberry pecan salad (dinner size), Flo's filet with parmesan crusted topping with green beans (still bright green & just as I like) is superb as my typical, though somewhat routine order. They have a chocolate lava cake that I occasionally enjoy when I order the smaller filet. It's as good as it gets in a chain, in my experience. It's worth a visit when hungry for a steak. read more
