    The Big QP Burger
    Melody P.

Incredible prices! The 3 for me is a great deal. The QP burger seems like a 1 pound burger. Today my fries had pepper in it and it was so warm and crispy. Pat is an excellent server he's been working there like for ever. We got seated right away too.

The first burger that came out not so well done

We stopped to charge the car on a road trip and conveniently there was a Chilis nearby. Fifty feet walking distance. When we walked in, it did smell like a used wet rag. This is a big pet peeve of mine. The waiter was awesome, very polite. I could not remember his name it might have been Trevor. It felt like everyone visiting Chilis that day were being hauled into one side of the restaurant only. The side where the restrooms were located. I heard a group of people acknowledge that same feeling. Maybe it was for closing time cleaning purposes but I just felt like a sardine. The smell was maybe from a stinky mop but thank goodness it wasn't the table or the menus. We ordered and the food came out within ten minutes. Unfortunately my girlfriends order came out wrong. She ordered well done and they sent her a rare burger. No big deal. After mentioning it to Trevor he did take the original plate and reordered a new burger. This second plate took like twenty minutes to come out. We were kind of sharing my plate for most of our visit and she got full from my food. We got a to-go-box for her burger and my leftovers. Bathrooms looked like they had not been tended to in a while. Not the best experience I've had at Chilis but I still loved my Southwest Egg Rolls!!

Steak and soggy fries that soaked up the steak juices.

Got take out. Had to park by the bank due to Togo spot being filled no by people picking up Togo. All food was good except the soggy meat juice filled fries. Gave two stars cause half the meal wasn't edible.

I've been on a Chili's kick lately cause of that 3 for me deals they have! $10.99 for a big 1/2 pound burger fries and salad AND drink, plus a free order of chips and salsa with my Chili's club membership. ... it's free to join. I stop at a lot of different Chili's locations on my travels, but here the big news! Chili's has come out with a new burger on the 3 for Me deal for the same price of $10.99! It called the "Big QP Burger", basically a jab at Micky D's quarter pounder burger. QP short for quarter pounder? It's basically a bigger burger made to taste better than what's at Micky D's, OK, that's not hard, but to do it cheaper too! I ordered the QP burger with extra chopped red onions (free), along with fries and a side salad and a diet Coke. Compared to the Big Smasher Burger I usually get, this QP burger was a little less substantial. No lettuce or tomato, but it had lots of sauce, catsup, mayo and mustard. It was kinda of a softer burger in my mouth and more squishy. It was OK, but I think next time I'll stick to the Big Smasher burger, that has lettuce and tomato with it. The fries were wonderful as usual. The service here is fast and efficient, but they may have had to do with the fact that I got here right at opening 11 am and it wasn't super busy yet. The insides looked pretty much like most Chili's and was comfortable. I would come back here again if I was in need of lunch and looking for a killer deal on a burger. The new QP Burger was decent and meaty, but the big smasher is better for the same price.

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch on a busy Friday and had a great experience. We were greeted right away, which I really appreciated. Our host, Pat, was excellent he truly has all the great hospitality skills and made us feel welcome, as he always does. I just wish corporate would bring back the famous chicken fried steak. I miss it so much! Overall, everything was good, and we enjoyed our visit.

Just say no. I mean I already know that their menu is limited but we went anyway because Sis wanted a cocktail...we all needed food. Anyway Service staff seemed very confused and inconsistent Drinks were consistent like don't get a second round Food...packed to go and thrown away. We ate chips salsa and guacamole.

Went here with a friend on a Friday night & it was packed. The server did their best but did forget our order of chips. Both me & my friend got the triple dipper( mozzarella sticks, big mouth bites and honey chicken crispers) the food came out looking delicious & tastes delicious. The mozzarella sticks were perfect, crispy on the outside & cheesy in the inside(the cheese pull was perfect). The big mouth bites were alright, the marinara sauce made it more tastier and flavorful. The honey chicken crispier was really crispy & flavorful with the sauce.

We had lunch on a somewhat busy Saturday at Chili's in Vacaville. ( Located in & around the outlets here) It was a good experience overall. Our server was friendly enough but we had to ask for everything. Drink refills, a spoon for the soup, napkins, more water, to go boxes. He didn't anticipate needs just responded to our flag downs. That said he got what we asked for. The restaurant is pretty clean and comfortable. Bathroom needed to be checked more however. The host/seater was fine. Baseball was on the TVs if that is your thing. The restaurant was full but not slammed. Noisy at times but mostly people celebrating so that is a positive thing. The food was delish. The burgers here are delicious as are the salads. The Potato soup was so flavorful & was topped with bacon, cheese and scallions. There is a "3 for me" deal that enables you to try an entree , starter and beverage at a discount. There are various options so see my picture to view them and the prices. The chips & salsa are tasty too. Make sure they come out warm for the best flavor. Lots of great drinks to be had from lemonades to beer to mixed drinks They do a heavy to go business as well so if you are wanting to eat at home order away. Pick up is easy here. Chili's is still going strong here

We had different servers who attended to us and they're both friendly and looked cheerful. We got there towards the end of Happy Hour and was presented with their Happy Hour menu. The menu is small, easy to read and has almost everything we'd want for that time of day - including the drinks. The food is a 'hit' or 'miss'. Here's my review: Drinks: Both the Arnold Palmer and the Cadillac Margarita were good. My lemonade tea wasn't overly sweet and I could definitely taste the lemonade. The pitcher of Cadillac Margarita looks innocent but may give someone a slow and powerful buzz if you're not used to the drink. (4.75 of 5) Charcuterie: This a complete appetizer board. Overall, there were some hits and misses, however, we agreed this is a well thought out appetizer board. (4 of 5) Crispy Brussels Sprouts: This is the best dish here, featuring deeply caramelized, dark golden-brown edges and a nutty, earthy flavor. Their Crispy Brussels Sprouts is also the best we've had. The seasoning is on-point, allowing the texture to show off its crackling, crunchy bite on the outside, contrasted by a tender, melt-in-your-mouth interior. (5 of 5) Seasonal Tacos: "Oh WOW!" The explosion of spicy and tangy flavours balanced by contrasting textures makes this dish "pop". (4.75 of 5) Beet Salad: The colours were lovely, but this beet salad was over-salted. The vibrant dish featuring beets as the main ingredient, balances the earthy sweetness with contrasting textures and flavours. If this wasn't too salty, it would have been more refreshing. (3.75 of 5) Coconut Lime Bouillabaisse (halibut, jasmine rice, spinach, snap pea, pickled shiitake mushroom, coconut lime broth, basil oil): Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Bouillabaisse means seafood. The only seafood we noticed were chunks of halibut, which were delicious. This dish looks and tastes more like an elevated Thai soup dish that cost too much. (3.5 of 5) After walking in, we decided to sit outdoors because of the loud music that was playing. We're glad we did. The overhang on the veranda was well positioned with plants and flowers softening the cement walkway. The weather was pleasant - with a gentle breeze blowing down the corridor. Parking is easy if you arrive early enough. One last note: Back Door Bistro in Vacaville was featured on "Check, Please! Bay Area"

This establishment is pretty big inside. There's booth and table seating, bar seating, and a small outdoor patio as well. The establishment overall from the lighting, the staff, and the layout is very inviting and had me spend more time than I originally planned. I always love a bar that lets you try out multiple beers that let you find the perfect one for you. I ended up with a great IPA. The bartender was super friendly, knowledgeable, and she did a great job engaging with customers sitting at the bar. She happened to be working the next time I came in and even though it was only my second time there she remembered my beer and also had me try a new beer I also ended up ordering. It's little touches like that that make an establishment. I had the slider lunch special and also had a burger and fries the next time I came. These are definitely homemade burgers with quality ingredients. I love that they switch up monthly specials (they have great deals each month) and also themed days such as kids eat free. The quality, the freshness, and the portion size was great! I'll keep coming back.

There was a steady line & initially only one worker, so he was kept busy & there was quite a wait. The party in front of us was chatty & indecisive, but he was patient. You can't see all the flavors in the cases in front, but a list is on the wall. We ordered a scoop of Butter Brickle in a dry, straightforward transaction. It was one of the flavors in a back fridge that wasn't in the visible cases. The scoop looked different than what I thought it would. We went to sit by the big windows on a comfortable cushioned bench. Once we tasted it, turns out it was the wrong flavor, obviously Black Walnut. Luckily, the kiddo thought it still tasted good & we didn't bother getting it fixed. Still, getting an incorrect scoop isn't great. In the counter area, there's a self-accessible water dispenser. There is also branded merchandise, & packaged food items like taffy, cookies, & sauces. They offer a 15% uniform discount for police, firefighters, paramedics, & seniors (with ID). I know their ice cream is creamy & delicious, but the experience of waiting to get the wrong flavor wasn't the best.

The place serves authentic Thai dishes and it is best to share family style if you come with several people so that you can experience more dishes. Started with a Sake "Mohito". It was very good. Mild flavor and not crazy strong. I nursed it throughout my entire meal. The Fresh Spring Rolls were as the name advertised. Vegetarian with tofu inside. Interesting thing is that it was served with two sauces, but the traditional peanut sauce but also a Thai Sweet Chili sauce. I decided to combine both sauces onto my Spring Rolls. Surprisingly, the two sauces complemented each other pretty well. The Yellow Curry was smooth and thick (not watery like some places). Rich is flavor. I can probably just eat some plain rice with just the curry sauce and I would be happy. It's that good. The Crispy Chicken with Ginger Rice was a crowd favorite as well. The chicken itself was solid but pretty standard. The ginger rice added a unique flavor to the dish. I've never had ginger rice at a restaurant before. We also had a stir fry dish that was composed of asparagus and a protein of your choice. We chose chicken. It was also solid but not as unique as the other two entrees we had. The fried chicken was very crispy but again there was no seasoning it just tasted like oil. After eating we waited about 20 minutes for our check. The other wait staff would go to their table and directly leave. No one checked on us after we asked for sauces for the food. I had to get up and go inside to ask for to go containers and had to wait even longer for the check although I asked for both at the same time. I also had to ask repeatedly for the Togo order and was left waiting on that then waited even longer with the waitress never coming back for the check. I had to end up walking inside and paying with a random person at the counter. This totaled over a 40 minute wait with my family eventually leaving with the kids and me waiting to box our food and pay because it was taking so long which is unacceptable. Unfortunately with the overall flavor issues and the lack of customer service I won't be back.
