Great black bean burger! Good customer service. Reason I am writing this review is because the general manager was out talking with customers and cleaning tables! I really like their black bean burger. There aren't many other choices on the menu for vegetarians, but add some onion rings and you're good to go. Tried the watermelon lemonade which was pretty good, different. I think I'll stick to the strawberry lemonade in the future. The brownie in a skillet was very good! So, make sure to save some room for dessert or bring a friend to share it with. The GM was out busing tables and making the rounds to check on the customers. Took forever to get chips & salsa then our food was cold & horrible! Waitress was very attentive but the food sucked!! Her assistants were usually, they looked list & they were serving drinks, chips & salsa & they still couldn't get the order right!?! My family was split up due to the fact that our party was made up of 4 adults and 3 children. I spoke to the manager but he refused to accommodate us. I would have understood if the party was made up of all adults but it wasn't. So my advice is if you have a large number of children in your family do not dine at this establishment. read more

We ordered take out last Saturday 2/27/21. When we got home we found out the they forgot our Patatoe cheese soups. When I called, 3 times because they left me on hold, and finally spoke to a manager he said he would send me and email with a credit. Never got it. I called a few days later the manager on duty could not make a desision he had to wait to talk to the other manager. I did not think a couple of soup would break Chili's. I did my reservation through yelp, once I got my table after 37 minutes, we were welcomed by Wesley he was such an amazing waiter happy and always with a big smile food wise was very good chips and salsa were on point food was hot enough I can say that Chili's has got much better then my previous visit to this particular restaurant and please have all your employees to have the same attitude as him 100 % recommendation ask for Wesley !! We have purchased a lot of their merchandise and have eaten at several Chili"s all over the U.S. That being said I have to say that we have eaten at this Chili's two times in the last 9 months and both times we found the food lacking in flavor. Two stars because of the Service and the over priced Presidents Margaritas. The margaritas were served in plastic cups and tasted weird. Moldy is how I described it. We waited a little over an hour for our food after we ordered. There was 2 split checks on one we had a burger, pasta, kids tenders and kids sliders the other had 2 burgers on it. My pasta was dry like it had been sitting under the warm lights for a while and the chicken was burnt on one side. I didn't touch my garlic bread cuz it was cold and soggy. My sons burger was burnt too and cold. And my other sons sliders had a hair on one and his fries were cold. My other son loved his tenders. I use to attend quite often with family and solo. Today I attended with my 4yr old. Ther service was the WORST I EVER had there. Servers and MGT don't give a shit about your needs or addressing any service issues. I waited well over 30-40 min for my food AFTER my daughter's was delivered. I let the sever know who delivered my food! He agreed it was well over due and asked what would I like for mgt to do. I said mgt should be asking and suggesting based on this experience. He NEVER sent the mgr. the girls serving was also attending the bar. At that point, I paid, left the food and my last drink on the table!!!!!! Just a bunch of BULL! Instead the waitress said I can get the mgr but she really didn't want too. When I said naw I'll just pay and never come back since the 1st server didn't think it was important enough! Visited on a Saturday at 11:30ish. Was seated within five minutes. Given a condensed menu (plastic) not a disposable paper menu as should have been. Wait staff took about 15 minutes to take order and had to remind staff to bring appetizer. Food was good! Ordered quesadilla explosion salad and an ice tea. The restaurant was social distancing with table placement but not that much cleaning was going on when I was there. With the COVID-19 reopening guidelines Chili's could be doing a lot better in terms of making a more safe dine in experience! read more

Place requires you to come in person for reservations. Will not take one over phone or even tell you what wait times are over the phone. When you get there, you will be added to a waitlist and when you're notified that it's ready, you will have five minutes to return or you will he bumped out of the waitlist. They also told our party of 3 that it would only take 20-30 minutes to wait for our table. We ended up waiting an hour. Not worth your time. read more

Chilies used to be my goto spot in santa clarita because it was close to my home and it was very clean with load of choices of food. Watching basketball and football in the bar with my children has been good memories. Now we moved here in apple valley, we were hoping to get the same experience but it is not as good as the one in santa clarita. It always seem to have some unclean floor mess everytime we were there and it is not as enjoyable to watch the game somehow. Having said that I still like the chilies chain and we will be back for more. read more

There isn't enough words to describe my hate for this Chili's. From the servers all the way to management this place is one huge JOKE. Especially the server Wes and the manager who's obnoxiously loud. We asked Wes for a refill and his response was, "Well I'm not your server so no." Are you kidding me?? Then it took about 20 minutes to get our bill because they were having a meeting in the kitchen in the middle of a dinner rush on a Sunday night. How stupid can they be?? When the manager finally came out he was unapologetic and lied saying that they weren't, but one of us literally went back there to pull someone out and walked into their meeting. He finally said, "Okay yeah we were; but I'm here so what do you need." I can't believe how this place is being ran. Every time we come here we have issues. It never fails. The worst service I have experienced in a while. We were sat and it took our server about 10 minutes to acknowledge us. It took a while for our food to get to us and it looked like it had been sitting out for a long time and was cold. My mashed potatoes had a dry film around them and I asked for them to be replaced. The potatoes came out at the end of our meal. We had to ask for utensils, napkins, straws, and for our appetizer that our waitress forgot. Very disappointing service! read more
