I especially loved their self-check-out POS machine on the table. You don't have to wait for the waitress to bring your check. MAJOR TIP: That little POS machine at your table also has games for kids to play.... What they don't tell you is that they'll charge you $3 bucks for "unlimited play".... My kids didn't even play.. but they were messing around with it and I saw this charge added. I asked the waitress if she could eliminate this charge and I would add it to her tip instead. Shout out to server Erica. A colleague and I went for lunch. We had almost an identical order but one order was to go. The first order came out wrong. They forgot her drink, second order came out packed to go was supposed to be my order for here. Finally third order came out correctly -after waiting about 30+ minutes. A manager came out to deliver the order. Her main concern was why we had two burgers to go and one for here. No apology, no offer to remove incorrect order/packaging. It was Erica who informed the manager of the kitchen staff getting our orders wrong. It was Erica who advocated to remove one of the orders- not the manager. Diane and I stopped here for dinner between Redlands and North Las Vegas. Complimentary Tortilla Chips with excellent paid for Guac were very good. And Ultimate Cajun Pasta with Penne and Alfredo Sauce tasted good. Chicken Fingers with Mac 'n Cheese were okay. But things went down hill at the end of our meal. We were charged for an item we never ordered or received (3 Dips), and because our waitress had already processed the transaction, even though we were paying in cash, the manager said that he couldn't discount anything but credited us something else. But the dish we didn't order cost $7.29., and we were only credited $6.75. To rub salt in the wound, Diane was told that she would receive a military discount. But the bill ultimately wasn't discounted. So we were charged extra for server and manager errors. read more

Walked in to watch a soccer game, the bartender was very friendly, put on the game that I wanted to watch, took my order and was very friendly the whole time. When I got home, both meals had fries and there were NO mashed potatoes in the bag. I called to explain the mistake, but instead of listening, multiple employees kept arguing with me and insisting the mashed potatoes were in the bag when they were not. I even spoke to the manager, Coreen, and she was rude and dismissive instead of trying to help resolve the issue. Mistakes happen, but the customer service and attitude I received were honestly more disappointing than the missing food. We visit this Chilis frequently as we live close by and the deals are pretty good to take out the family, the service has never been great, but usually just ok. Today was not good at all, it started off nice, no wait got a table right away, waitress came took our drink order and appetizers, brought us out appetizer and drinks and then that was it. 10 minutes went by, then 15, finished the appetizers finished our drinks, 20 minutes and still waitress never came back to take our food order. Never even came back by the table to be able to stop her, seen her assist a few other tables on the other side but never came back to us. At 25 minutes went decided to just pay the tab on the little machine for our drinks and chips and leave. Even while walking out no one stopped us or asked anything. My family recently moved to the area and we have been to Chilies in Victorville a few times, our experience has always been good. Unfortunately, Today our experience was not pleasant. My husband requested specific items on his burger and repeated his request a couple of times. Well, when his food arrived it wasn't correct so he couldn't eat the burger (he's lactose intolerant and it has cheese). We mentioned it to the server (Jade) and she acknowledged that she messed up, apologized a couple of times but not once did she offer to have another burger made or adjust the bill in any way. I came here. I believe on a Sunday early evening. My family and I were making a very long drive back home after a competitive tournament that we had been attending. We want a good hearty food in our bellies. We came here expecting the great service and great food that we had become a customers to receiving from this particular location. There were a number of good size parties there. Initially, we were going to wait for the main dining room, but ended up finding a seat that was suitable for us in the bar area. Just this move from waiting for the main dining room to the bar was something that flustered the staff. I wanted to take advantage of an offer that I received through my app. I asked how we would be able to do that and the waiter gave me the simplest instructions and yet when she tried to remove those particular items off of our bill, she had quite a difficult time. We ordered a number of different items, some of them extra sides, and what not. Still, our order was incorrect up and down the whole table. One drink request that we had was to make an Arnold Palmer out of a mango lemonade. We got mango lemonade, but it didn't have any iced tea in it. They're just these things up and down our order that were incorrect. Then, different food appeared at our table than what we had ordered. Certain sauces were not accompanying the food. Another thing that was disappointing was that the chicken crispers are no longer the same recipe as it had been for all these years. In addition to that being different, they no longer have the corn on a cob. They only have corn in a cup. There are all these different changes and things that have been made to the menu And I can't say that I am a fan. But regardless, the thing that bothers me the most was the very confused staff, and they're not being prepared to take on the orders from my party for the evening. That was pretty disappointing. And like I said, it was a little bit even more Upsetting when you had to have so many different people work on trying to correct our bill. Especially after you said that it was gonna be so easy to make these changes. I don't know. I was just disappointed overall. The bathroom was not the cleanest either. I've never actually been to chilis. My son and I arrived during lunch on a Friday. We waited about 5min to be seated. They have a tablet with games so my son went for that right away. The place was packed and well staffed. Very clean on the floor as well as the bathrooms. Our server Jay was exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. She stayed on the floor and kept checking in. My son ordered the sliders with fries. He didn't like the burger nor fries. The burgers were charred which he is not used to and the fries were not slim enough for him. Luckily the server allowed him to order the chicken strips and mandarin oranges. I ordered a spicy margarita which was very refreshing. I did not care for the surf and turf. My son told me he missed Chili's chips & salsa because we hadn't been there in years. I decided to take him to lunch. We stopped in about 12:30 the place was busy but not crowded. We were seated right away. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. This location looked updated. It wasn't the decor I remembered. Our server, Candace, was very friendly and provided excellent service. I was surprised to find $10 lunch specials. It comes with a small soup or salad and an entree. There were several choices and I had the chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich with fries and a Cesar salad. It was delicious and a good portion. My son loved his Nashville hot chicken tenders.
