We went today to have dinner with our friends. We were quoted 20 mins and yet we waited over 40 mins. The restaurant was so packed you felt like you were sitting on top of each other. We waited over an hour for our food and our waitresses only came to the table a handful of times. Then a party sat behind us and they were arguing and using profanity ( mind you we had small children @the table) and one of the people in the party kept hitting my chair as he was arguing with his party and getting up from the table. Horrible. I placed a to go order for the turkey club in which i modified online with added mustard and no tomato's or onions yet when I got home the mustard was on the side, and no avocados in sight(which its supposed to already come with) and it had tomato's on it. Never will return to this location. People rely on certain ingredients to make an item delicious and in my situation that was the avocado. Get it together cooks I live 25 minutes away. Christopher was our waiter. We had 16 people there for my nephews birthday. There were at least 7 checks between us. He did such a good job taking care of everyone, and dealing with our mess. The food was also great. Last time we were there a year ago, the food wasn't as good. Food was hot, and Christopher did such a great job with my son's gluten allergy. Bringing up a list on the small screen, so we could see what did have gluten, or cross contamination. I was very disappointed last night. Took forever to get someone to take our order then long time to get food. We barely saw our waiter. The salsa (which is always my favorite) was not very good and two out of our three meals were not even edible. We didn't even finish them. I have had slow service in the past there but not like this. Never Again going to this location or any other Chilis ! My friend and I went to this location about a month ago. We sat at the bar , guy with curly mustach was our bartender/ server . He asked for a credit card at the time of our order. Approximately an hour after we where done with our drinks and dinner I asked for the check. Total was $51.98. I left $ 60 dollars to cover the total and the tip. I made sure the bartender noticed the cash on the counter before we left. Monday afternoon I noticed my credit card was charged for $51.98. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to "Jim" the manager. I explained the situation. He called me back a few hours later and told me that they did make a mistake and that the amount charged would be credited back to my CC in about a week. 2 weeks went by and the amount was still on my CC. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. Another week went by and my bank sent me a letter stating that Chilis stated that I authorized the charged. My mistake was that I did not get a receipt at the time of my visit. I trusted the bartender to do the right thing. If chilis wants to make it right please donate the amount owe to me to local cherity organization. read more

Very awesome experience. Our waitress Candace was very attentive and got all of our drinks and food right away. Ribs were tender and juicy. My girlfriend's Guacamole burger very tasty. Dining room looked very clean with no dirty tables and clean floors. Even the front of the building looks cares for and appealing. Will definitely come back. read more

This review is based on the fact that Chili's is training their employees to force you to pay for your meal on the Ziosk tablets at every table. Not only that, employees hover over you as you choose the tip to leave, which in most cases for me is 15%-20% regardless of service. Now I have to leave a tip on a tablet device that defaults to the maximum tip while my server stands over my shoulder because they won't take my credit card from the table. read more

The food here is usually always good. The service you get really depends if you end up getting a good or bad server. I do recall a time where I got an awful server. He took forever to come plus he didn't give us any menus or silverware. Also never came to refill our drinks. But I also do recall getting a handful of great severs. Absolutely terrible... I tried calling originally to place my order... I'm put on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up trying. Made my order online instead. It says it'll be ready in 20 min. I show up 20 minutes later and let the guy know I'm here. Another 20 minutes later a lady comes by with a clipboard saying that stuff got messed up and needed my name again. I gave my name, she checked me in... 40 minutes go by and still nothing... By now I ask a server to help me out and he said oh yeah that was ready awhile ago... -_- The same lady with the clip board asks the server who helped me get my food immediately says ooh I didn't have her on my clipboard... are you kidding me?? What an absolute joke... I can understand, you guys are busy, but to take my name down twice and still not get my food. Come on... The last time we were at Chili's was probably a dozen years ago. It failed to impress us, so we never returned until today. Neither of us is a big fan of spicey stuff, so it was an adventure finding food with no hot peppers on it. I got the grilled salmon and my wife got the Swiss mushroom burger. Shared a house salad. The salad was mediocre, the burger was bland, the salmon was good, the broccoli was excellent, and the rice was borderline miserable. In other words, it's about what we expected. The one unexpected thing was that our server, Jamie, seemed to be experienced but was absolutely drenched in cologne. We could smell her from two table away, so when she was in the room, everything tasted vaguely of her perfume. Even now that I'm home, I can smell it in the fabric of my shirt. Looks as though it will be another dozen years before we try Chili's again. read more

We haven't eaten here in probably a year and unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait. We received a gift card so we decided to go. I will say that when we walked in we let them know we wanted to sit it the bar. The young man was so helpful and found us a table even though he didn't have to. Our waitress was really good but that's where the positives end. My husband received the wrong beer and we were told it was the right one. IPA is definitely not Red Trolley Ale.... After asking for a sample of each and teaching the waitress a little about beer, my husband received the correct beer. Hopefully the bartender learned a bit about beer also. As for the food, we ordered Onion rings. They tasted oily and dirty. We ate about three of them. I had the Mango-chili chicken, the rice was really bad. The flavors just weren't there for me with any of my food. So sad because this used to be one of my favorite places. I'm giving two stars for the two employees who were great. read more

My experience at Chili's was pretty decent. I had the watermelon lemonade to drink and high expectations for it, and it didn't live up to it. It tasted like watered down watermelon and couldn't taste the lemonade. I ordered the 2 for $20; Half order of Texas Cheese Fries, Classic Bacon Burger, Cajun Chicken Pasta and it looked like they threw it in the microwave by the way the cheese looked and fries were pretty salty that I couldn't enjoy them. When my burger came to our table, it looked delicious but felt that the burger could of been seasoned better because I didn't really taste any. I didn't have the pasta, friend did and he said it was slightly cold. I then stood up to use the restroom and it was clean, but on my way back to my table the back of the house floor was pretty messy with what looked like small pieces of food/ small pieces of trash on the floor. read more

We had the worse service here ever, and my mango tea taste like it was sitting and not a lot of syrup. The servers name was Annie and she did everything but serve. I always thought customers were first but she cleaned off all tables but take our order first, and it took us awhile to get our change. I am writing this review on behalf of my 66 year old father. I am absolutely appalled with how he was treated by the waiter of this establishment. My father is a Vietnam war veteran who took my Mom to dinner here to celebrate Valentine's day. He asked the waiter if they have a military discount available for veterans. The waiter told him no. And that was fine, my father thought he would just ask, but what was not appropriate was when the waiter continued to tell my dad that no restaurants should provide a military discount because after all you decided to join the military, why should we provide a discount for you. I find it disgusting that a person who risked his life for our country would be treated in such a rude manner. I came to Chili's for lunch today and ordered a three for $10.00. When I got my first course which was the chips and salsa, the chips tasted like they were stale and refried. When I got my main course, which was a burger, the burger was burnt and crunchy and the fries were reheated. When I spoke with the manager Gary, he was very apologetic and offered to remake my meal. I wouldn't have normally submitted a review like this but this is the 3rd time my three for $10.00 order was bad.
