Worse Chili's I've ever been too ! No service in the industry at this place was cold food horrible service I'd advise to go elsewhere

As Chili's go, this one is a winner- but it's still Cili's and that means mediocre food with pleasant service. I took the kids here and they were excited about the endless chips and salsa. I appreciated the 2 for $20 menu with a choice of a shared appetizer and 2 main courses. Their idea of Fajitas is somewhat off the mark and meets minimum standards. My Tex-mex salad was quite good. The staff are nice and the food was quite tasty. The soup cups are very small and remind you of little teacups. I recommend if you get the soup, you might want to invest in the bowl vs. the cup. The salad plate are flat plates so when ordering keep this in mind if you desire big salad bowls. I recommend you at least have a soup with it if your really hungry. read more

Fast service, especially for a Saturday night. They sat us immediately. I really do like Chili's food. And they always are pretty consistent. Decent prices. Love their drinks! My favorite is the Blueberry Pineapple Margarita. My boyfriend loves it too. We ordered the skillet queso for appetizer. So yummy! Served with tortilla chips. The chips are a hit or miss. This time they were a little greasy and didn't seem that fresh. We still ate them because the queso was soooo good! So flavorful and lots of beef chunks. Still one of my favorite apps. For dinner I ordered my usual-boneless buffalo wings. I know so boring but I absolutely love them! My boyfriend fo the classic bacon burger- his go-to meal. Food was fresh and again served promptly. I will return to this chili's, in Weston, FL. They were awesome! I ordered curbside online. Everything was done in time, the staff was very friendly, and my order was packaged exactly as I ordered it. That's how it should be, but somehow, that's rare these days. Kudos to them! We did not get to eat at Chili's tonight. However I just wanted to mention tonight there is a wonderful sweet lady that was the hostess. The place looked ridiculously backed up and she had way too many things going on and she remained calm and patient the entire time. One of the worst dining experiences in a long time. I can't believe people still go to Chili's. It is nothing like it used to be back in the day. It is barely edible. The decor is stale and boring, not cute and quirky like it used to be. Service is terrible. Firstly, walking into this location, there is a heavy musty/moldy smell and the exposed A/C ducts appear to have major water damage. Hardly appetizing to start off. I ordered a classic - chicken fajitas. My mom ordered half rack of ribs. The ribs were as tiny as could be with barely any meat and way too much sauce. But the fajitas - what a letdown. How hard is it to screw up fajitas? The onions and peppers tasted horrible, like part of it burnt and they just kept the good looking pieces. No salvaging that. But the biggest disappointment was the chicken. It was not real chicken breast! It was some processed garbage you would expect on a dollar menu at BK or McD. And they charge $15 for this crap! The mexican rice was hard and dry. The only thing I would ever eat here again is the guacamole, which surprisingly has real avocados and cilantro. Lastly, they make you pay with these stupid kiosks at the table. Very impersonal, and for those technologically challenged (older guests I was with) a frustrating experience. I've been recently revisiting chains that i've not been to in years as they have mixed things up w new menus obviously derived in far away corporate kitchens that don't always execute locally. Had a decent tableside guacamole and chicken fajitas w boring flour tortillas. We also had a caribbean salad w shrimp that were undercooked. Sent them back and they were better. Perfect example of a Chilis that is managed horribly. If you just need a Buffalo Chicken Salad or Texas Frie,s avoid this location if at all possible, there is one in Miramar, Pines, and Sunrise that aren't too far away. My family and I have come to this Chilis since the days before it even opened. Our first visit there was on one of their "pre-opening" test days where you were able to eat for free from a limited menu while the kitchen and staff practiced their operations. I want to say that was about 15 years ago, at least. Since that time Chilis at Weston became too common for family dinners. I can remember going with my cousins, aunts, friends sometimes twice or 3x a week. I remember donating to St. Jude and coloring the peppers. I'd also visited the bar a couple times in recent years. Big Boy Status. For the past year or so I have seen a steady decline in service, management, and food quality. **Old reheated boneless chicken wings, egg rolls, and nachos. Dishes are thrown together without attention to what's on the plate or the presentation. (Don't care about presentation, fine, but at least have all the right ingredients on the dish.) **I do not want to point out any particular experience with the wait staff, and while I personally have gotten to know some of the staff over the years, they are great people, however the work culture and management at this Chilis do not allow for a wait staff to perform with prime conditions, which I will assume is what leads some staff to display a poor attitude when serving costumers. (Avoid sitting in a table at the bar.) read more

We went for drinks and chips... Yep buy one get one free drinks are always a good thing. the service wasn't what you would expect from a chain like this couldn't get drinks unless we used the table top touchscreen that looking like people licked them and they were never cleaned. We decided to try the food... BIG MISTAKE everything was cold and tasteless. If you cover the flavor with spices it's a little better... I had a pick up order and was almost an hour late, Karen gave Great customer service than I've seen in awhile. Since my food had been sitting out for almost an hour she made sure i got the best quality food. she also mentioned that she was a little worried about me since i was almost an hour late for my pick up, and I was just in awe with the service i was receiving from Karen! Usually decent service at this location, but this time it was a disappointment. Order was taken in a timely manner. But it went downhill from there. Slow service. No napkins. No silverware. No refill on our soda drinks. Not once did our waitress stop by our table for the usual courtesy follow-up. We had to hail other passing waiters Our cinnamon skillet dessert was overcooked and dry. Been going to Chili's more years than I can remember and have had experiences from 5 stars to 1 star. Last night was one of those really mediocre experiences. We decided to sit in the bar area and proceeded to wait approximately 10 minutes before a server appeared. It should be noted that there was no bartender or any other servers in the area. The server that took care of us is one we've had before and his service has always been terrific. This review is strictly about the food and more specifically a signature item, baby back ribs. I very rarely ever order ribs, my mouth does occasionally, as they have, over the years, always been some of the best ribs we've enjoyed. Last nights order of ribs was probably the worst product I have ever encountered at a chili's and I have eaten at chili's restaurants throughout the country. I ordered a full rack, as I thought my wife would have a couple. The plate arrived with a product that consisted of 2 sections of 4 ribs each, not one contiguous rack as I've previously experienced. Additionally, my wife commented that they didn't look like baby racks. When I questioned the server, he indicated that it seemed strange and went to check. A few minutes later a manager came out and told me that what arrived was not baby back ribs, but just a product that the company is using, as they change raw materials and menu items all the time. I commented that I was very disappointed and if mentioned that if you're not serving baby backs, then you need to take it off the menu. The ribs were not very flavorful and very fatty, not at all what I had expected . He came back with a $5 coupon to satisfy my disappointment. On a positive note, my patron margarita was excellent, but always dependent upon who the bartender is on duty. My wife's classic nachos with chicken was also prepared perfectly, again dependent upon who's working in the kitchen. I also had enough"chili rewards" points to get a free lava cake (60 points). Awesome place! Friendly staff and delicious food. We love the tablets on each of the tables. It has the menu & fun apps for kids to play on it! When we arrived there weren't many people in the restaurant, so the server brought each of my 3 kids a tablet to play with. They had so much fun! My hubby and I were able to actually enjoy the food along with conversation. I had the sour cream enchiladas. The plate was spicy and delicious. We will definitely be coming back! read more

We where told 10 min wait mean while we waited 35 min, when all along there was a table in the back not being used. My kids where hungry n everyone fed up of the long wait. Probably the worst chilis I've ever been to. When I walked in, I went to the self-seating area and found most of the tables dirty. There was no hostess to welcomed my party and 2 other parties behind me. Being only 2 of us, we weren't going to sit where 6 people could sit. Waiting a couple minutes to see if the waiters would clean the tables, they didn't. Instead, I had to ask them to clean it. Thinking they would notify me when the table was ready, they also failed to do so. After more than 10 minutes sitting at the table, a waiter finally came and asked us what to drink. We already knew what we wanted and what to drink since we were sitting there that long. 5 minutes later, the waiter brought our drinks and appetizer and kinda just brought our food out without saying anything to us. Always getting the Quesadillas, I noticed that my Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas had a couple pieces missing from my dish with very little lettuce and tomato. The quesadillas are suppose to fill the plate. My cousins steak looked good but it had random things on it. The waiter was nice enough and said they could make us a new one. The service really needs to be worked on, instead of taking care of customers, I saw a worker playing on her phone and giving more attention to the ones who are purchasing alcohol. They clearly need to hire more staff since one waiter was taking care of 11 tables plus a big party of 11. Towards the end of my dinner, I witnessed a customer being very loud and the waiters talking to him the same volume he was talking. I have been looking for a good Chili for a while and have tried several places like, Whole Foods, Duffy's, Diners, etc... and finally figured what better place to try than a place called Chili's. Well, by far was the worst I have ever tried. At first smelled horrible, but gave it a chance and ate some. Well, the taste matched the smell. I also tried their Cauliflower appetizer... how do you mess that up? Totally hard and undercooked and the sauce they put on it just ruined it. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of her area. The only bad thing I could say is another waitress was sweeping the floor in the area I was sitting.
