If you price a menu combo, and it's $9.99, then when I say I want that combo, you can offer me the upsize, but when I say "I just want the one on the board" "what size" "the one priced on the board" "what size" "The size that you have priced on the board, what size it that?" "Do you want it small, medium or large?" "Are the all the same price?" "NO" "Then I want the one that you have priced on the board." Finally I said never mind and left. I don't know what size you have priced on the board., If I want the $9.99 size, then that's the one I ordered. Somehow or another it feels like a bait & Switch. Customers come in and order based on what type of burger they want and the price. They may only have a set amount of money.
