I barely tasted the chicken. I was surprised it came in already made pieces. I thought it would be a bunch of nachos and the stuff piled on top, I shouldve looked around the Yelp pictures.... The shrimp fajitas had surprisingly a decent amount of shrimps. It was okay... The rice tasted overcooked and there was no spicy sauce to top it off. Sometimes when we cannot figure out where to eat - we choose a place like Chili's simply because the menu is large. We went in on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm and was surprised to see how busy it was. We were seated right away but it was over five minutes before a server greeted us and offered to get drinks. Again - it was busy. My husband and I both did the "two-for-1" drink special with yuengling. We find their margaritas are very week and stopped drinking them years ago as it was only the mix we tasted. We bother ordered the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich was very large and in fact we decided that we easily could have just ordered one and shared it. We ended up taking left overs home. One thing i did note was that while the servers all appeared to be up-kept and pants were at their waists, the male leadership team did not display this look. I want to give a shout out to Chris the manager. He went above and beyond. We placed an online pick up order for Its Just Wings, it was supposed to be 32 piece Bone-In, but they were boneless. We went back in and let them know. Immediately he took care of the issue. Chris offered us beverages while the wings were being cooked. He was super friendly and even let us keep the other boneless wings since they would have to throw them away. The wings itself were incredible as well! Perfect service, and perfect meal. Same floor plan, same decor, same menu. This one has excellent service, too. Perhaps better than you're expecting. Of course, the struggle at Chili's is to have a meal that contains less than an entire day's allotment of calories. There are limited options in that regard. I like the ancho salmon, which is pretty good. And only about 500 calories. I tried the quesadilla explosion salad, as well as the creamy jalapeño buffalo boneless wings. The wings were okay. They reminded me of chicken nuggets tossed in hot sauce. The salad was good. I would order it without cheese in the future. There was so much cheese. We also got some chips and salsa for sitting in the bar area and added some guacamole. SERVICE: The ladies who were waiting on the bar area were really great. They worked as a team and helped each other out, which seems to help cure issues. We've been here at night when one server is working hard and the other is slacking. It's usually a nightmare. The manager, Lisa, was very helpful. We had an issue with using a coupon, and instead of being dismissive, she was patient with us and explained the policy. Yes, I'll eat here again. When we got there NO one had even been to their table after over 15 minutes. We went to their table & sat down & after over 5 more minutes we got up & left. During the entire time my daughter sat there & the 5 minutes or so we sat there 7 servers walked by & no one stopped. This was my first time at a Chilis in YEARS. I actually didn't even know this Chilis was so close to my house until our friends decided to meet there. This restaurant was not even that packed on a Saturday night. We got sat for a table of 4 in about 5 minutes and right at prime time dinner time too. The menu was a lot different than I remember. I went for Cajun pasta. Can't go wrong with a bunch of crabs. I was very impressed with my dish... just the right amount of spice. My boyfriend on the other hand was not so impressed. He loves his meet rare. And Chilis has a company policy where they have to cook their hamburgers and meat at medium well to well. I understand that for safety reasons and they don't want anyone to get sick... but that isn't even how I would like my hamburger cooked and if I'm paying for it I would like it how I want it... or I could just go home to my grill and cook my own burger really... but we're paying to eat at Chilis. Took several minutes standing up front for us to be seated. Table was "sticky" and who ever "cleaned" it only swept the crumbs on to the seat which we had to clean (gross). Several employees standing against the back wall talking to what appeared to be the Manager. If the seating area and tables are that unclean i can only imagine what the kitchen was like. In a time where people are struggling for business, didnt feel like anyone cared about this place that was in charge. It's great prices during happy hour- but it seems that a lot of the servers want you to reorder on the kiosk on the table. It really wasn't busy at all and I visited on a Friday night with two of my kids. The food was good but not great... all In all it made for a nice weeknight dinner with the kids. NEVER WENT BACK AGAIN!! DID not Yelp it I was NICE..We would drive to Clermont and spent our money there and they got all my good YELPS!! STILL with me? Honestly, we stopped going to chilis years ago, we just stopped enjoying the food. But today we were craving chips and salsa and fajitas, and wanted to stay close to home. We are very glad we tried this chilis! The staff was so friendly, the chips were light, crispy and salty just right! The show stopper was the fajitas though! We got the triple, with chicken, steak and shrimp. They came with rice, beans and the standard condiments. It was a HUGE order of food, we could have easily shared one order. I came to Chili's and expected a good time. Since I am a teenager I felt excited to eat with friends. But service here quickly changed my opinion. I ordered chicken tenders and I asked for BBQ sauce and when the food came there was none. I didn't think anything of it so I asked a few more workers. It wasn't until the 3rd waitress finally came and brought me my condiment. I was sitting with my cold chicken tenders for a good 10 min until it arrived. My experience wasn't the best and since it is lunch hour this establishment is empty so how hard is it actually to bring my BBQ sauce. I decided to get the "ranchero chicken tacos" with a side of rice, and it worked out to be a tasty meal for somewhere under 13 dollars. This is a chain restaurant and we have had some hit and miss service here. This last visit was much improved, but they were pretty slow the night we were there. They allowed us to sit in a larger booth even thought the section was closed. My mom ordered a salad that ended up having jalapenos on it so too spicy for her to eat. I guess we lucked out that my husband would eat the salad when his salmon came out over cooked. "Chilling" experience at Chili's! Six of us went for dinner at Chilly. The negative experiences were: 1. The the staff seated us at a table that had spilled food and a chair that was dirty. We cleaned them. 2. We did not get time to look through the menu and a waitress came to serve us. She asked how we are doing and then said, "we are very busy". She didn't give us time to even respond and I said I didn't look at the drinks yet 3. The waitress continued by asking us if we want to place our order for drinks. My dad asked her what kind of bottle beers do they have and she said that she couldn't hear because it was too loud in there. She was at the opposite end of the table from where my dad was sitting so my dad had to speak very loud for her to hear. She then said that they have Corona and another beer. My dad told her to get the Corona. She left to get our drinks and then my dad went at the bar and found that they had many more bottled beers. Hence, we found that the waitress lied The waitress was not courteous; she was not professional; and she lied. So we left ... regardless how busy a restaurant is, courtesy and professionalism is important at any job especially in the service industry!!!! This particular location, Daniels Rd, is a joke. We used to place to go orders quite frequently, but noticed when my kids are there ordering or picking up, they treat them like crap, because they're kids. They know how to tip. They pay with real money!! What's funny is 'kids' work here. Unfortunately these kids that work here have no manners or respect. When we eat out we go to real restaurants. This is our fast food. They are there now and tried to order my salad. She (name starts with M and she answers phone) told them they don't make the buffalo chicken salad anymore. I let her know it's on menu (online and to go menu) to which she questions. So I ask if they can make a salad with buffalo chicken? No, she says, because they don't serve it that salad anymore.
