This place will leave you on hold on the phone for 15 minutes when you call to find out if there is a wait or not. They will forget about you on the phone. I literally drove to the location while on hold just to find out there's a 45 minute wait. I don't recommend this location at all if you want to go somewhere for a quick bite to eat. read more

Our service was fast given the lack of people at the Chili's makes me raise an eyebrow because I've never seen a chili's restaurant so empty in my life. Overall my family and I had good dinner. My wife and I decided to go to Chili's because after a horrible breakfast, we figured it couldn't be any worse. I must say, after years of poking fun at these chain restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised. Service was fast and attentive, and the food was actually pretty good. I got a burger and my wife got a triple dipper. They brought her boneless wings when she had ordered the sliders. No issue at all from the server who went in the back and promptly returned with fresh sliders, then even gave a discount for the inconvenience. The burger wasn't hammered or overcooked like I expected and was juicy, and the Santa Fe toppings were great. $5 for a 22 oz Model and a $6 signature margarita were a welcome surprise from beers and cocktails that can be $12 and $14 respectively in most other places now days. The manager stopped by real quick to check on things and we had no complaints. They might have actually won me over and we will be back to make sure it wasn't a fluke. read more

I've been coming to this location for a few years, on occasion. The food has always been pretty good and the service is great. I am commenting today on my recent To-Go orders I have picked up. I now work within walking distance from this location, so I have on 2 occasions so far ordered for pick-up. Unfortunately I have to call in as there are not the customization options I need available on the app, but they are always quick to answer and super helpful. Pickup has been so easy too. My orders have both been correct and tasted great. During my birthday week I called in to order and asked to use my birthday reward. When I arrived, 5min earlier - I was promptly greeted by the server with my order prepared and they included a handwritten HB message. Super sweet! read more

REALLY bad experience, short form - waited 15 min for a host person to appear on a Saturday night, very understaffed with only 20 people in the restaurant. Drink orders came out wrong twice before we got the right drinks (1 was just a tea). Afterwards fajitas and steak came out almost room temp cold and wrong sides but after waiting 30 min we ate, shrimp on side was WAY overcooked and didn't look right and tasted worse. Host promised to remove the charge - when we got the check was a $1 diff in the take off and what the shrimp were that we didn't eat. Even after we got other people's food and drinks and the food problem the manager never showed and we won't be back, waste of $60 and even worse when your company said it was the first time they would never have left a tip when they used to be a waitperson for five years. read more

I don't mind Chili's. It's your typical mid-range chain restaurant. However, this particular Chili's is the worst one in the area. It's not the service at all. The employees are just fine. The food seems very salty and RUSHED...even when compared to other Chili's in the area. Food is usually, in my 4-5 experiences, thrown together sloppily on plate. When I'm in the mood for Chili's, I go to the Kennesaw or Canton location instead. read more

This Chili's just can't get it right. We've eaten here three times since moving to the area a year ago. The first time, I ordered the wings and could barely eat them because the skin was so soft and slimy, no crispness to the skin at all. The next time (last week), I ordered the wings again, this time specifying "extra crispy". The food took longer than expected to arrive, so I thought for sure that must be because they're leaving them in the fryer for a few extra minutes. Nope. They were just as soft and slimy as before, and ALL of our food was lukewarm. My wife ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries, which was all delicious despite the temperature of the food. I ended up eating two wings and bringing the rest home to eat later after crisping them up in the oven. Our server was friendly, but never checked on us after the food arrived so my wife ate her fries with no ketchup (no bottle on the table due to COVID), and we didn't even have an opportunity to tell the server that the food wasn't hot, because he literally didn't come back to the table for over ten minutes, at which time my wife had finished her lukewarm meal that ended up cold within minutes after arriving. When the server did come back, he didn't ask how everything was, just if I needed a box and another beer. We received a free appetizer reward this week and I decided to give the wings another try (because the sauce is delicious, and they would be great if cooked until crispy). We placed the order online, then I called in immediately after placing the order to request that they be cooked until "extra, extra crispy." The pickup time generated after placing the order was 7:28. Usually when I place a carry out order, I arrive 5+ minutes earlier than the time given because I would rather sit and wait on food, then have the food done and getting cold waiting on me. I figured since 7:28 was the time it should be ready if cooked normally, surely the food wouldn't be ready until after that time with cooking the wings "extra, EXTRA crispy". So, I showed up at 7:28. I glanced at the food (which was ready before I arrived) to make sure we got what we ordered, couldn't really tell if the wings were cooked until crispy as I didn't want to touch them until arriving home due to COVID, and drove home (I live in Deer Run so it's literally a three minute drive home). I get home and ALL of the food is room temperature, not even warm. So clearly the food was done well before the time I was given to arrive. And big shock, the wings were just as soft and spongy as the very first time I ordered them. I wasn't going to call to have the food remade and have to worry about a spiteful employee spitting in our food, so we put it all in the oven and ate 15 minutes later. The wings were delicious, perfectly crispy. If only this Chili's could figure out how to get that done... SO disappointed. read more

Great service and very friendly staff here. The bar area is usually my preference to sit at in either a booth or high top table to be around all the tvs. The 2 for $20 is a great deal and the unlimited chips and salsa is worth it. The chocolate molten cake is one of the best desserts ever! Great experience here and consistently great. Sign up for their rewards program and get discounts. The Togo has some flaws, but it is nice that it's curbside. read more

The chips and guacamole are great. They make the larger sized guacamole by hand in front of you so it's really fresh and you know what's in it. Definitely a good thing to order. Also, the chocolate molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream is awesome. Vegetarians won't find too many options, but there are some (i.e. mac and cheese, apples and cinnamon, rice and beans, etc.). I tend to come for the chips and guac and of course the desert. Oh, and yes it can get busy during the week later in the evening, but that's probably a good indication that the food is good. The food was cold when it came out 55 minutes after we ordered. This wouldn't be an issue but there was literally only 4-5 other tables that had people in the entire restaurant. When our food arrived, I reminded the waitress that we didn't get our appetizer. She apologized and stated she forgot. No big deal, things happen. But she also never came back with refills. Not once.
