Decided to come here with my husband for Valentine's Day. Got seated, but it took at least 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Our waitress finally came over and took our drink orders. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered an ice tea with Splenda. Before getting our drinks our waitress informs us that she has to use the bathroom first because her baby is pushing on her bladder!!!. After another 10 minutes or so she came back to take our order- still no drinks or the chips and salsa we ordered before she left for the bathroom. Eventually she brought my tea, but my husbands beer still had not appeared and I still had no Splenda which she informed me she still had to go and get as she went to take another tables order!. We decided that we were not going to have an enjoyable meal if the first 40 minutes all we received was a tea! Filthiest restaurant ever! Food was okay, service was on the slow side but the restaurant was disgusting. If I had used the restroom before eating I never would've ordered food. I worked in the industry for 15 years. I understand old restaurants are hard to keep up with but this was unacceptable!!!!!! I can't believe this place passes health inspections. I'm sorry but if your restroom used by the public is in that condition I would hate to see the back of the house!!!!! read more

We visited this location at 2:30 on a Sunday. Restaurant was at maybe 30% capacity. After 10 minutes waiting for a server - I returned to the hostess stand and let her know we had not been greeted. I watched her discuss it with other staff and point in our direction. As we waited almost another 5 minutes I observed the managers apologizing to two tables near us for the poor quality food. After almost 20 minutes we still had not been greeted and decided to leave. Before exiting I approached the manager and told her what had happened. She said "oh I'll take care of you right now". Keep in mind this same manager walked by our table at least 3x without helping. I told her I had no interest in eating at her establishment and I would be writing a review. As I walked out with my wife and 6 year old son she yelled across the bar "well I could help you but if that's how you want to handle it fine". So we all know Chili's is already on life support as a company. It amazes me that even at there final chance of survival they cannot get there business right. Any level of basic common sense would say "service every patron to the max" and let's rebuild our business. Nope; instead they've placed incompetent leadership combined with poor quality food and zero ability for the left hand to talk to the right. Avoid this location. Not worth the hassle. read more

Terrible service. Waitress took 10 minutes to greet table. She messed up our very simple order causing us to wait additional 20 minutes for food to come out. Then upon serving order she realized she still had it wrong. And forgot to bring salad dressing for a salad. All we heard from her every time she came to table was "Oops, I forgot." I think of myself as a foodie but not a food snob. I was a bit skeptical about whether or not I would like the food. I ate on a sat night there was about a ten min wait which is quite reasonable for anywhere on a weekend. we were seated in the bar section which I thought was a little weird but it worked. The server was friendly and answered our questions with a clear knowledge of the menu. We started with the trio of apps. The portions were generous and the food was well prepared. My guest and I both had burgers which were cooked to our specified temps and were equally proportionate. Desert was a molten lava cake that was warm and nicely textured. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, the bartender there was amazing, down to earth and alot of fun. The kind of person that makes you wanna come back.. Our last visit we did not have her. When I arrived I sat down and waited for her the bartendar to finish her conversation with her friend who's also sitting at the bar. This friend was telling her he had just obtained his bartenders license, she replied that chiles doesn't require one, just on the job training. I then ordered my strawberry Margarita with salt. When she brought it to me it was in a pop glass with a sugar rim. I hate sugar rims.I then asked her to please get me a glass with a salt rim, she then brings me a smaller glass for the salt rim and sets it down for me to pour myself.My husband and I were so aggravated with the poor service we paid our bill and left and went to another restaurant that we always good service at. read more

We thought we'd try Chilli's to go and it was terrible. Not only was the lady on the phone snarky but she got 50% of it wrong. We ordered chips and she tripled the order costing us $26extra. The chips were not what I asked for even though she strongly stated it was. When I picked up the food the young man behind the counter ignored me when I went up to his empty cashier. When I started to ask if this was the right place he said he was in the middle of working on entering an order. This has to be one of the most expensive worst meals we've had. Met the family for a Sunday lunch at noon. When I got there there was just a few cars in the parking lot and I was worried they were closed. But we got seated right away and had a great serve,(added a star for that). We shared fajitas, my sister had a Santa Fe Chicken Wrap and a friend had the grilled salmon. That was the worst service I have ever experienced. I've been a server for the past 3 years so I'm usually understanding of thing but our server had no excuse. First, I ordered a margarita and watched it sit at the bar for a full 15 minutes and she still had the audacity to give me a watered down margarita. Then she messed up our order completely so we waited 40 mins for the correct food. To top it all off we ask for a box 3 times, never got it, so my friend ended up wrapping her damn quesadillas in a napkins just so we could get the hell out of there. Went to this location at lunchtime on a Tuesday, there were three of us. Sat in a table in the middle of the room for 10 minutes, no one approached us about drinks or acknowledged us. There were plenty of staff milling about, (1) party of 5 and 5 or 6 tables with 2-3 patrons. We asked the hostess who our server was, she didn't know, neither did the actual server. Bad enough the menus were dirty, this is a GREAT reason to find someplace else. Used to be a decent eatery, but hasn't held-up. Staff doesn't seem to care much, guessing management is good with that. Too many options nearby to settle for (way) sub-standard service and dining room. Looking for Southwest/Mexican fare? THIS place shouldn't be in your top 15. read more

I go here with my family pretty frequently and we really like the place, it is always very clean. My only complaints are a few annoying waiters and if you order the Queso skillet you some times get what tastes like the bottom of the barrel. The bathrooms in this location are filthy and there was a dead bug in my food. The service was awful. After the manager saw the bug in my food he suggested I still eat there and that they'd remake my meal. Gross. The servers were talking about customers behind their backs, swearing, texting on their phones and discussing how they only want to serve white customers because black and Mexican customers don't tip. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I've never been so discussed by any dining experience in my entire life. read more

Went to this Chili's location tonight to use my Plenti points before the program is discontinued. I received an email stating the Chili's would no longer participate as of 5/3/2018. When checking out I was informed that they don't take the Plenti cards. I spoke with the manager and she seemed clueless to the program too. I explained to her that the only reason we came to the restaurant this evening was to use the points. She wasn't helpful and didn't offer any compromise even after I told her I would be filing a complaint. I even showed her the email from Plenti that stated Chili's was a participating partner. It may not be her problem but it is an issue that someone is using the Chili's brand, getting advertisement and customers and then not honoring the program. read more

I have to say, after reading some of the reviews for this location, I was pretty skeptical about going but we were in the area last night and decided to give it a try. I was blown away! Our server (Vincent) was AMAZING! He gave us great recommendations that fit our tastes. The food was really good, my fiance especially enjoyed the jalapeno cheddar sausage. The location was very clean and our service was prompt! Vincent came back to check on us often and was very friendly. We will definitely be going back! read more

So wife and I went to chili's today for lunch. One of the things I have always loved about chili's was their chili. Well since the last time I was here they have changed their chili recipe. It was NOT a good change either. What they call chili now is basically a spiced up taco meat, which I found out from the manager they do use on their ground beef taco's. Outside of that the rest of the meal was ok. Service was good. We will probably go back as most of their other menu items are good. But the chili thing really bummed me out. I have always loved Chili's especially back from California I was highly disappointed today on how I received my foos I ordered online for a chicken Alfredo pasta w shrimp as I arrive at the restaurant there is no parking whatsoever and when I finally get a parking I been waiting for over 30mins to be greeted or acknowledge. The only reason we were even acknowledged was because the bartender saw the line for TO GO increase and increase. After a long wait I receive my food cold, and wrong. My mom and I go here for lunch and dinner a few times a month. The last 2 times we had Tyler as a server and he is AMAZING. He remembered us from the last time we were in and is very friendly, personable and just overall an amazing server. I always order the honey chipotle crispers and they are so good there. I will not order them from any other Chili's. I highly recommend going here and if you are lucky enough to get Tyler as a server you will be in for a real good experience. read more

I've never been inside Chili's, so I can't say anything about their service. However, I do have a very strong opinion about there food. My parent's went there and brought me some fajitas and chili to go. I wish I could say I enjoyed it, but I was severely disappointed. The vegetables were extremely slimy; it tasted almost as if I were eating worms and I'm not exaggerating. The chili was over seasoned; I was only able to eat a couple of bites. The fries and the crackers were the only thing I was content with. I was starving so I had to pick out the vegetables in my fajitas and eat it like that. Excellent, Friendly, Courteous, Helpful Management! (My recent trips here have both been above excellent & the managers actually care about all of their customers! They walk around the restaurant to ensure everything is going as it should be; along with interacting with guests (and NOT hiding in the back kitchen area.) It's unfortunate because my husband and I go out to eat quite often & nearly every manager is no where to be seen. And when or "if" you do happen to see a manager, they r usually running around seeming extremely stressed and without interaction with the customers except for when they are at the hostess booth area.. So, to see a management team that does interact so well with all of heir customers shows that they care about both the customers & the restaurant which is refreshing & u leave with a sense of not only wanting to return but with an overall excellent dining experience. The service is excellent as well! Awesome Food At Unbelievable Cheap Prices! (Especially the lunch specials/their $6.00-$8.00 lunches can't be beat)!The food and portions are amazing, with just the right amount of spices with it tasting awesomely FRESH! The Cleanliness of the restaurant is a plus at this location too! I wish I could rate my recent Visits with more than 5 Stars, as it's deserving of much more! Been here two times and unless someone else is paying I will not come back. The burgers are not the best, stale bun and the burger wasn't juicy to any point at all. The Cajun pasta is my favorite thing on the menu, although the breadstick could be replaced with something a little more gourmet for $13.99! Otherwise I'd stick to simple dishes like enchiladas which pair alright with a cold corona. It's been awhile since I've been to Chilli's, but we were over on that side of town and went last Friday night for early dinner. Not at all good. The waitress was fine - attentive and friendly, but the rest of the dinner was a bust. My burger was entirely flavorless and waaaaaay overcooked - the fries were not hot and soggy. My friend got the quesadilla and it was like someone was playing a joke on here. Dusty flavorless tortillas, with such a scant amount of cheese and filling, just one greasy, dusty bite after another. Our choice of beers was limited to the usual Budweiser/Coors/Miller list - no craft beers, no local beers, and not a single IPA. This seems like a place for sorority girls to get drunk on pink and green smoothies before going out - this is not a place to get food anymore. read more

Terrible experience all around. It was my boyfriends birthday And was busy on Friday night but twenty minute wait. We waited thirty minutes while other parties were seated. I asked where our spot on the list was she said she forgot to put us on the list but the next table for four was ours. Twenty more minutes go by they seat four other groups of four. These people only had to wait five minutes and got seated. I was livid and we left after one hour of time wasted. This is not the first time this place has given us bad service. A few weeks ago we tried eating again thinking maybe was just an off day. No I was wrong boyfriends steak was not cooked right my order was wrong and I ordered a margarita with water which I don't get until fifteen minutes into my meal. Our waitress was no where to been seen to check on us so we went about twenty minutes without a beverage. I had to pull another waitress aside just to ask for some water. We had Samantha (Sammy) lousy server. Ordered appetizer, chips and salsa, never came, she came back to the table to take entree order, I asked about chips and salsa, oh she forgot. Then a couple of minutes before the entrees came out, she brought the chips and salsa out at no cost. Well it cost Chili's some money. My husband ordered a sandwich and loaded baked potato, entree came with fries. She was too busy as was other servers in our area, fooling around. One person behind us must have been, or is a chili's bartender, off duty, but went and got her own drinks??? And the other server looked like she was playing a game with customers at the little machine on the table. WHERE WAS THE MANAGER? These servers were like little kids without supervision. There was a lot of fooling around at the table behind us with servers. My husband asked for some napkins and she brought one. We had had enough, Our food was great, service was so bad, my husband did NOT leave her a tip, and that never happens. I hope someone from this chili's reads this comment.
