Food is usually okay. Today I got some soup that was way too salty. When I told the waitress about this, she got an attitude and asked, "well I don't know what you want me to do about it." She claimed I ate most of it, when I literally only had about 2-3 bites. Update: I spoke to Chili's customer service after they reached out to me. After and hour and after watching people be seated that came in well after us, I asked the hostess to remove us from the list as we were going to leave. I normally have problems with chain restaurants because it seems they hire people who can't cook. However, this Chili's location seems to have people in the kitchen that knows their way around a grill as well as management and staff who know what customer service is! Ordered the Margarita Flatbread pizza the first time and the Chicken Chipotle Flatbread pizza the second time...DELISH!!! People really need to try these flatbread pizzas! Did the 2 for $20 on another visit and ordered the Mango Tilapia entrée and hubby ordered a burger. Burger was great but the tilapia was over spiced (and I like spicy, but I do need to taste the food as well). Manager took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and didn't miss a beat. I am usually happy with Chili's. This was the first time I ordered anything other then wings. I was greatly disappointed. We did the 2 for 20, I got the 6 oz steak, was told a loaded baked potato came with it as well as veggies. I asked for no veggies and only source cream and butter on the side with the potato. What I got was mashed potatoes that were lumpy and with bits of skin in them. Yuck. It was then I found out that they don't even serve baked potatoes. Wtf. How would the waitress not know this. First of all let me start by saying I love Chili's,I've eaten at Chili's all over and I am always satisfied.So we came to this place Tuesday evening ,there was no wait we were seated and greeted promptly .Our waiter was Garret ,he was prompt friendly and enthusiastic.Drinks and appatizers went well and the wait for our food was about normal Chili's wait time I ordered the fajitas (wich I've had a million times ) the skillet came out and was not sizzling hot like it always is ,so my food was cold . Garret promptly took it back so they could fix it .So he brought it back piping hot so I was happy .I've eaten at this location before and it's always been great but I must say tonight was not that night .The food quality and delivery just wasent there .Out of five stars I give my visit 3 stars ,the food 2 stars the extra star is for the attentive waiter read more

I must say this is one of the top three worst dining experience. I have never been at a Chili's before and after this experience never will again. I was in Yuba City because my dad has been in the hospital and decided to take my mom out to dinner after visiting him. The restaurant was full and we were asked if we wanted to sit at the bar to eat, there was a booth available so we decided to do so, everything was going pretty well our server was really nice. I ordered the house Chardonnay, but it tasted off so I asked the server if she would ask the bartender Beverly, how long the bottle had been opened. since we were sitting at the bar area Beverly told me it was just open today, she never bother pouring a little taste for herself to check. Then Beverly proceed to start throwing bottles into the bottle recycle bin really hard, the first time she did it scared the hell out of my mom, then she did it again slamming the bottles into the bin even harder. I got up to asked her please stop doing that, she turned her back on me and completely ignored me. it was so loud a customer came from the main dining room came into to the bar and complain about her slamming the bottles. I asked to speak with the manager and explained the whole situation to her, I told her she had a very unhappy employee and that she really should address this. So she spoke with Beverly and when Beverly came back to the bar she gave me the biggest smirk, I told the manager this is unacceptable and we will never ever go back to this Chili's or any other Chili's ever again. So slow, the girls are never up front. Floors are always super sticky every time I've been in and the bathrooms are never kept up on.

Great place too eat, the layout is great because your always separated in rows of two by a wall which allows some more privacy when eating. Food is always good and its cooked quick. Usually don't need to wait for a table on weekdays. read more

Recommended! We tried them for lunch. We have a group of 10 and our waitress took care of all of us with no problem. The lunch prices were reasonable but drinks were on the "dear-side". The food was good and very large portion! I had the Cajun Chicken sandwich... taste was good but wasn't spicy though. The chicken was grilled and very moist--not over done. Tonight I had a take away - Full Baby Back Ribs Original with sides of sweet fries and Caesar salad. I arrived 5 minutes before the appointed time for my meal to be brought to the counter - the first meal offered was not mine. A couple of minutes later, my meal was presented. I drove the 5 minutes to my hotel and consumed my meal immediately. It (the ribs and fries) looked cold and dry, and they were. The Caesar was dry; it had obviously been in out in the air-conditioned atmosphere. No care was taken to ensure this $20.63 take away was more desirable than a feed from Maccas at half the price. I've eaten at this Chilli's before with varied outcomes. Its shift management is obviously of a very inconsistent standard. I like to applaud places making an effort in the hope it helps them succeed - this Chilli's needs a new more focussed management, so until it arrives, give it a wide berth; they'll disappoint more often than not. Chilis has become our go to date night with our 4year old. We are always satisfied with service as long as we ask to be out in Alex's area. He's by far the friendliest face in there ! Food is consistently great, never once have we had any type of issue and they're always going above and beyond to make our experience great. I accidentally left my wallet in there one night, and luckily they were observant enough to notice my work shirt ! They called my work and let them know I had left my wallet. Thank god!
