Stopped in around 5pm to grab a bite and wait for the traffic to die down before heading home. I should have just stayed in traffic. I've never seen a plate of nachos come out like this. It was the funniest looking plate of nachos and flavorless. I took a bite and was done. The nuggets were fine, but the corn tasted like it had been sitting in a pool of water forever. I frequent this chili's. I typically get curbside. The staff is friendly. The order comes out correct and delish. It doesn't usually take too long to get your order and they are usually timely. Sometimes the food is a little inconsistent from what you got last time (especially the sirloin) but it's still good from visit to visit. I usually order it medium rare in order to get it cooked medium. I will def continue to go back to this location. read more

Chili's is a great lunch and dinner option in Yulee that is extremely kid friendly. My wife and I like to split the fajitas and the kids always have options that they enjoy. Over the restaurant is clean and the service and waitstaff are usually great. There's nothing on the menu that you have to have, but we've never ordered anything that was terrible. If you sign up for the emails you can usually get good coupons and notifications for the deals and promos going on. read more

The Yulee Chili's has a ways to go to be the best of the best. However, they are making strides in that general direction. The food is pretty good & most of the servers are great. The take out service stinks & there is one server in particular who should find a new calling. She brings the Chili's forward momentum to a halt. (An older lady with a terrible attitude!) The forward momentum is happening in the community service area though. We had our World Changers Fund Raiser there & it was amazing. The lead staff were great & the atmosphere was phenomenal, very family oriented. Also, the reward system for the children with Honor Roll is a big hit as well. For my birthday dinner, we ordered a large 2-entree party platter for 6-8 people with shrimp and upgraded to steak for $5 extra, which it says online comes with loaded potatoes and broccoli. When we pulled up, we were only given meat. I had to pull up the online order form to prove we were supposed to have sides before we were told we could have them. 20 minutes later, we started our drive home. When we got home, we found that we had been given an order for 4 people. So myself and my husband didn't eat so that my parents and siblings could have enough. Then, to add insult to injury, the steak was not medium rare but actually raw and cold in the middle. We pan fried them for several minutes until they were finally medium rare. Absolute garbage service through the online pick up option. Arrived within the pick up window, received text notification that food was ready, still waited 15 minutes to get the food. When I arrived home, less than 10 minutes away from their location, food was room temp and they forgot the chip part of the chips and salsa quezon combo. Thw worst customer service i have ever experienced... after making ressrvations the hostess and manager just laughed and said there were no tables available... didn't even make the minimum effort to try and fix the situation. We haven't eaten at Chili's in years, but we decided to try it because it was close to our house. A wait time of 15 mins was given, but we noticed that the Bar was 1st come first serve, so we grabbed a booth. The waiter quickly welcomed us but didn't return for at least 10 minutes. When he returned, we went ahead and ordered our drinks and food. He brought my husbands and my drink right out but forgot my sons water. He asked what we had ordered for him and said he would bring it back. Our food came out, but no drink for my son. Another 10 minutes passed before he returned with a drink for him. At that point, my husband ordered another beer, as we were only half way through our meal. We finished our food and we're just ready to go when the waiter came back and said the beer would be arriving soon. I told him to forget the beer and bring the check and a box. Again, we waited another 10-15 minutes until he came back with the check, box and brought the beer. We told him we didn't want it and he became short and said we didn't have to take it if we didn't want and he would take it off the check. This was frustrating, because he could have just taken it off the check before coming back to our table, but I'm almost certain he forgot to tell the bar not to make the drink and just decided to chance it with us. My son is 3, so all this waiting made him very challenging to deal wIth and honestly I felt like a hostage. Multiple times, I saw the manager walk by and not make any eye contact and she did not engage with any other table other than to deliver a meal. Chili's is a favorite among my family and friends. I am quite fond of a few of their menu items and I often can't leave without ordering the chocolate molten cake. Brooklyn has given me great friendly service since before she was a manager and continues to do so now. Katie is always checking on me no matter who I'm with or wether she is my server or not. The chap with the beard, I wish I could remember his name, who's usually on the bar in the evening always brings a smile to my face with his humor and he gave me great attentive service just last night. I am rating two stars for now. The staff was friendly and plentiful. But, it appears that the vast majority of the staff was new and being trained. I had a to go order that I ordered at about 6:10 pm. The receipt said order promised at 6:32, but I don't really hold anybody to that, especially with a new staff. At 6;45 the order still hadn't come out. They said it would be another 10 minutes. The order finally came out at 7ish. We were eating at another location. Every time we take go back it is a lousy visit. This time the bartender Toni, was a real piece of work. Rude, uncaring and unwilling to listen. I asked for something different and refreshing-all she could push was the current margarita. My husband asked for lemon in his water, didn't get the first time so when she refilled the water and again no lemon, he politely asked and she gave him a look like he just sat on her puppy. Update: I've done curbside four or five times since my original review and it was great every time since that incident. The girl that works it even remembers that I like some steak sauce if I order steak and puts some in the bag for me. Went inside last night for the first time in a couple years probably and ate dinner. Food was excellent. I had the crispy chicken/waffle/jalapeno dish (yum!) and my date had a mushroom swiss burger which she said was seasoned "just right". Service was good as well. Nice time. read more

Let me tell you about the place that I will never be coming back to. Yup this Chili's! To start I think the servers we have had have all been amazing! The food is just so bad! My wife ordered a meal, the ribs, when they came out they were cold to the touch! I mean it feels like they just cane out the fridge and they forgot to warm them up! And as bad as the food is you pay for it!!! We later went to another place and got more food that was better and cost less. So you don't always get what you pay for when it comes to chili's. So this is the second time we went there and the same white female bartender during the noon to 5pm shift and wow what a pain in the butt to get any service. If she spent as much time serving everyone at the bar as she did talking and talking to her regulars it would be good. Attitude and all goes with her and she is local in Yulee Fl. The best thing is when her relief comes in where you get served. Waste os time to ask for the manager cause you never see that person nor do we have any idea who it is. Oh my!! The Bartender- (Bald and short.)tonight. Saturday December 21st. Was the rudest to me and my cousins. As soon as we sat down at the Bar, he seemed to have a very bad angry dimeanor towards us. Throughout our visit he was very horrible towards us; we noticed he treated everyone else very well. I asked for plain wings, Buffalo was sent out. He said I asked for plain but that didn't mean without buffalo; mind you my cousin asked for buffalo wings?? I received my check and at a quick glance. I noticed 2 wing entrees. He said it was taken off. Turned very rudely and said "do the math". Well needless to say this service was very bad. No need to tell the manager. Hopefully they read it here and maybe have to some retraining on customer service and treating everyone equally. If you can't do that maybe not work with people. We go here a lot, especially when we want something that will please everyone. I'll admit, it's not a fancy place, but the food is consistent, it's good and the portions are extremely generous. We try to get something different every time we go and I have to say, we have enjoyed EVERYTHING we've ordered! The food here is darn good! The service is hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get a great server who is right on top of everything, and other times you'll get a server who you think may have just flown off to Alaska. This restaurant is noisy, especially at dinner time. I feel like we're always just about shouting at each other to be heard. The last thing I want to say, and this is probably just me showing my age, but I wish they didn't have those e-tablets on the tables. When I go to dinner it's all I can do to keep my kids off their devices. I think it's unnecessary to have the tablets (which, by the way, sneakily charge a fee for use). read more

Decided to come here for a date night. When we walked in there was a guy being a jerk to the hostess saying he had waited to long for a table...he left. Nothing special about the food and the service was OK although we were surprised we had to wait 15 minutes for a table when there were plenty of open tables. Apparently there is not enough wait staff to handle an evening crowd. We were also taken aback at how noisy it was. Lots of families with kids. Felt like a Chuck-E-Cheese with beer. Of course the whole setup with Chili's is the "Points" and coupons to keep you coming back. We had enough coupons to get the appetizers for free and just pay for drinks. Got seated, the waitress came within 10 minutes of us being seated to take our drink order (a little long but hey Chilis was busy) got some skillet queso and ordered my daughters dinner now the good part. From the time we ordered it had been 50 minutes until we asked the waitress about our food. Took around 10-15 until the expediter brought us the food he sat it down and we asked for "to go boxes" our daughter was done with her food. Told the waitress we just wanted the bill and were out. Waited over an hour for food and got home and the wife's spicy shrimp tacos were burnt overcooked fish. My prime rib fajitas tasted like left over burnt pot roast.
