We tried to eat here at 1:30 on a Sunday. We were seated quickly in a booth but after that no one spoke to us for 25 minutes. Meanwhile each adjacent table was serviced at least once and the Manager on duty walked by on at least 3 occasions. After nearly half an hour with no one as much as taking our drink orders we left. I posted this to the corporate office I have never complained about Chilis.....met my husband here 10 years ago, and have been a faithful customer in Zephyrhills, FL since. Last night we came in after a meeting and were told by the bartender they were out of Chardonnay, ....said get did not order enough , we left , as this is not the first time this has happened. Came back tonight at 730pm and the bartender said they were still out of Chardonnay, we asked to speak to the manager. She said we could have one round of Toasted Head, but, '"don't expect it again'..., we are business owners and members of the better business association. We have never been treated this way, and never will be again, ....why was the Chardonnay not offered yesterday or given 2 for one today? We've always had a great time with staff and food. Recently we ordered our beer and it was a new keg and terrible beer. All they tried to do it basically said it was us. Do you want to try another kind? We left as I felt it could have been handled better. read more

This is by far the WORST chili's me and my family have ever been too. We've come here several different times and EVERY SINGLE time our service was terrible. The servers are rude and act as if you're taking up their time. Not to mention it always takes about 30 minutes of us just sitting in the booth staring around before anyone even brings us a menu. I ordered fajitas and they didn't even come out sizzling. Barely any meat and so cold that I couldn't even get one fajita all the way down. We asked for a side cup of ranch and our server never even brought one out. She was too eager to get us out to even bring us refills. read more

This Chili's is hit or miss. i've been here about 5 times in the past 2 years, and was disappointed twice. The worst thing was the Guacamole that they had. It was extremely bland and boring. Where do I begin? Customer service must not be of value to the management or staff at Chilis. We ordered an appetizer, one happy hour beer, water, and two entrees. Before we could even finish our appetizer we had no drinks and no one came back and checked on us. Karley was waitress and the service was below par we saw her for getting our order and bringing our entrees that's it besides her walking past us seven times without checking on how we are doing. She never checked on us or offered to get us dessert or more drinks. Instead without us asking she gave us our check and told us to pay when we were ready. We asked for another beer and she gave us our ticket again and asked us if we needed boxes to go mind you at this time we had only the crust of a quesadilla on our plates. I previously was a waitress myself and she completely lacked any personality and honestly was very rude. She sat our drinks at the end of the table out of our reach and left without asking us if we needed anything else. Next time we will drive out of our way to the new chilis in the next town for better service!!! As previously being a waitress I know hardship of bad tips and busy nights, however, I would not have gone so far as to hurry out my customers. read more

We enjoy coming here and so far on our 4th return we've haven't been disappointed. Always clean and busy with service being up to the task.

The staff was friendly, but the food leaves much to be desired. It took over 15 mins to get a house salad out, which is forgiveable since they were so busy, but the tomatoes were hot, and the salad tasted funny. When the actual meal came, it was cold, and proportions nothing like the pictures. To top it off, we were over charged 5 dollars without reason and we didn't notice until leaving- the price for 3 for me for 10 is NOT what it says, on top of the fee for the full platter (and extra 2 for sour cream) there was an extra fee of 5 for it that is not explained at all. As if our Putin wasn't enough, my husband and I both got sick off of the food. The next day, I had some of the cake (I took it home with me) and it also made me sick!!! I don't know what's going on in that kitchen, but don't go to this location unless you want to spend the night with food poisoning. Worst chilis ive ever gone to. read more

Last time I was there was 2 months ago and that will be the LAST time I go. This place is dirty, the service can use help and they change the menu constantly. For some stupid reason they dropped Bloody Marys from the 2 for 1 offer but had other well drinks offered as 2 for 1. WTF is the difference. At any rate when the food eventually came it was cold, improperly cooked and looked like it was thrown on the plate. Amazing how a restaurant can screw up 2 burgers and fries. It wasn't palatable so I spit it back in the glass and told the waitress - she apologized and immediately took it 10 feet away to the station behind us. She went to the kitchen to pick up our order. After she walked away a different waitress picked up my glass of wine and served it to another patron sitting just behind us. I have been bed ridden with acute salmonella poisoning for the past 6 days - I just spit into that glass. To know another patron was drinking from my "just used" glass really upset me. I explained all of this to the waitress and the manager who said she would take care of it and brought him a new glass of wine telling him the glass was cracked. She lied to the man!!! Started out with drinks and half of my table didn't received theirs until 30 minutes later, attention was definitely not on us at all. Waited almost an hour for our food and it wasn't busy. I wasn't asked for temp on my steak for fajitas, they just cooked it well done, I was disgusted. Waitress was nice but poor service. read more

To be fair, it was a very busy night. Now here comes the "however". Arrived and wanted outdoor seating as I smoke. Tables AND floor littered everywhere. Tables stacked with dishes from previous patrons but have no way to identify length of time between them and us. Asked for our table to be wiped clean. Male worker does so - but leaves food debris on table. (Really? You can't wipe a damn table? More interested in the ladies sitting next to us I think.) So we get the utensils provided. NO SPOONS for either myself or my wife. So you use a knife or fork to stir coffee. Dinner arrives. Wife generally happy with her fare. Mine, not so much. Had 6 oz steak with tomatoes and asparagus, fries. Tomatoes ok for being baked with steak. Steak near perfection - and that was the highlight of the dish. Asparagus was apparently canned variety and cheap at that. Mushy with stringy, woody highlights (Sort of like interior of a tree.) Came time to leave and we needed to just pay the bill and go. Had somewhere else to go before they closed in 30 minutes. Told waitress we were ready to pay bill. She disappears. Can't wait. We already have the bill - just need to pay it. So we take it to the receptionist area and no one to be found. Ask a random waitress if we can check out. Says she'll find our waitress. Clocks running now. Bad Table Wiper says we can pay at the table with some little electronic gizmo. We told him none of the tables outside had such a device. Muddled checkout process. Wife finally got a manager to whom she pointed out some severed credit card checkout problems. Finally got bill paid. CAVEAT: I am not in the food sales business. I have always had the best service and the best food at our local Zephyrhills location! It is my favorite place in town to eat at!!! The prices are reasonable. I love to sit and savor every bite! The menu never disappoints and it has a fun atmosphere. My all time favorite is the country fried steak and the potatoes are to die for! It has so much to offer for young and old! read more

This place is just great. Our server, Keith, was extremely nice and learned everyone in my party's names, and his enthusiasm made our whole experience so awesome. The food was great, but with the restaurant being so busy, it took a little bit longer than we would have liked. No real complaints, just advice. We used to go to Chili's quite often. Nowadays not so much. Went there for the last time tonight. Asked for no salt on the fries, got them they were refried ,greasy and salty .I asked for mashed potatoes and just got those instead.My husbands plate not only had refried salty fries, he had salt underneath the food on the plate. The manager was so proud, he brought out two more batches of fries, smiled and left. The manager did not stay to see if they were okay. We both tried the new fries,they were refried and salty again. We asked our server to try the fries. He said,why yes there salty and greasy. That's all he did too. We just wanted some fries without salt and they couldn't even do that . Not the manager, or the server really cared. We don't care anymore either. If there were zero stars I do hit that star.
