I think most of these reviews on YELPare fake or from the employees. Not really fresh food AND NOT GOOD. Orange chicken was mealy and not crisp, lacking flavor and no sauce. It was dry and mushy. Chow mein was greasy and frankly just like every other greasy Chinese place. Even the vegetable egg rolls were bad. Trader Joe's has better. I was really disappointed. 2 stars because it was so cheap. Get it together China Bros!! read more

Had a great lunch here with my wife today. I'm vegan and she's vegetarian--we ordered the vegetable fried rice (no egg), the eggplant tofu, and the vegetable chow fun. All three were fresh, flavorful, with great texture, but the eggplant tofu was the star of the day. It had just the right levels of spice and salt, the tofu was nice and firm, and the eggplant was served in big chunks that showed off how fresh it was. Even the veggies in the fried rice appeared fresh, not frozen, which I wouldn't necessarily expect for strip mall takeout. We'll definitely be coming back again. read more

The food is good! However they didn't allow us to make any substitutions for the sides of our dishes. I ordered an Orange Chicken and broccoli plate and it came with only two small pieces of broccoli and I was throughly disappointed. The other plate of food we got was perfect though! read more

Heard from our son that this place had recently opened and raved about it. We had a variety of dishes: shrimp, spicy chicken, lemon chicken and sesame beef. Everything was very good, but the most notable thing - the portions. They're HUGE! I ate all I could at the restaurant and brought home what I couldn't and it was plenty for a second dinner the next night. Highly recommended for a great, tasty take-out spot. read more

We ended up getting the Family Dinner A- two entrees (we got orange chicken and beef chow fun), soup of choice (we got egg drop), egg rolls (2), and ragoons (2) and pork fried rice! All were amazing!! I will say that the beef chow fun wasn't on the list for the family dinner, and I opted to pay more which was totally worth it. This is the real deal. Everything is made to order. They are always very busy with a lot of turnover, so the food is always fresh and delicious. The priced point is on the low side. Went there today for the first time. Terrible experience. The man and woman taking orders were unfriendly to the customer in front of me. Same experience when it was my turn to order. No friendly hello, smile or even thank you. The food was ok. I could cook better and with more flavor than what I ordered (General Chicken). More so, they even got my order wrong. In addition to the chicken fish I ordered hot and sour soup. Brought it home and they game me the house special soup which looked like a bunch of leftover items thrown in and called it soup. To top it off I asked for white rice and they gave me fried rice. Needless to say with the terribly unfriendly service and order mistakes I will not ever come back. Thanks for nothing. read more

I wish I had of remembered to take pictures! My husband and I were under the weather and wanted some Chinese food to feel better. My husband is half Chinese and always on the quest for fresh bao, also known as steamed pork buns and it just so happened that we stumbled upon China Bros on Door Dash! The menu is large - it probably took us a solid 30 minutes to decide what to order because we wanted everything! We settled with sweet & sour soup, general chicken, spicy pad Thai and of course the steamed pork buns! Our food arrived still warm, neatly packaged - not one spill! A lot of Chinese places are known for just slopping their food into takeout containers and half the time it arrives dripping and sticky. Everything was included: soy sauce, napkins, chopsticks and fortune cookies (next time I will ask for red chili paste). The food of quality ingredients and not oily, and definitely did not have MSG! It was clear everything was freshly made - the general chicken wasn't the least bit soggy and was full of flavor. The sweet and sour soup was some of the best I've ever had and the spicy pad Thai noodles were delicious! Of course my husband devoured the steamed pork buns. We were thoroughly impressed with China Bros and will be ordering again! read more

If you order off the website, don't believe you will get your food in the time provided with your order (usually 15 minutes). The food is usually ready 15 minutes after the time provided. There is little room to sit while waiting for your order. It appears very chaotic is the back. The food is good and the prices are reasonable, so I will put up with the above. read more

I drove from San Juan Capistrano because I wanted to try them out. Boy, am I happy I did. Much better than the many Chinese places I've tried near me. I had Kung Pao chicken and Taiwan Noodles. Both excellent. The chicken was not over-cooked or pre-cooked. Both tasted fresh and were well-seasoned. I make my own Chinese food at home--have been doing that for over 50 years. So I think I can tell what they put into it. Good quality ingredients and cooked right. I can't wait to go there again and try something else. read more
