You have to get in right when they are serving up a new tray and you may get a claw or two, otherwise they are super tiny, skinny legs that aren't worth the work to crack and eat. Peanut butter chicken is good. The staff are nice and very eager to bus your empty plates. It looks clean, however the restroom could use some more attention. We were charged gratuity the first time. We had 4 adults and 2 smaller children, who really didn't eat much. I didn't want to cause a fuss, so we paid it, but it seems silly to me.

Unfortunately, the shift in management has been accompanied by a marked decline in both service and food quality. Service Concerns Table service fell well below expectations. Our server did not introduce herself, nor did she demonstrate any gestures of hospitality throughout the meal. Twice, plates were handed to us stacked, leaving the guests to distribute them ourselves--an approach inconsistent with professional table service. Water glasses were never refilled, and there was a general lack of attentiveness to our table. Menu Changes The menu has been reduced to a simple two‑sided laminated sheet, a stark departure from the former Marco Polo menu that once offered an impressive variety of thoughtfully curated dishes.
