    Chicken 41. Chicken/Pork/Beef Fried Rice

China cafe has been a go to for years! Today we went for lunch and go two lunch specials. Chicken fried rice, hot and sour soup, one eggroll. General Tso Chicken with fried rice, egg drop soup, one eggroll. Our food was very fresh and hot when we arrived home. The food was delicious and they always give great portion sizes for lunch!

The chicken and broccoli was very disappointing. It had zero flavor. You can tell by how white it is. It was cooked well, but desperately needed seasoning and a sauce. The fire rice was decent though. The portion sizes were decent as well. 2-3 meals in one. I ordered the food over the phone and picked it up. I didn't have any issues. The customer service could have been a bit warmer on the phone though.

China Café is a really good option for Chinese food in the Cedar Park area. Reliable service and always tasteful entrées. We traditionally order China Café on Christmas Day just like in the movie "a Christmas story"

The service here was outstanding! Fast, friendly, and efficient! We got the Chicken Lo Mein and Chicken with black bean sauce and they were both delicious. As an appetizer we got the Crab puffs and they were very tasty!

If you order egg rolls they bring out bigger ones than the ones that are on the lunch menu. I love their egg rolls, a solid 9/10.

Went there again with the folks. Tried new items. We loved everything!!! The sesame chicken was nice, a very light breading coated thick chunks of dark meat chicken and coated in a sweet sauce that really wasn't too sugary and covered in sesame seeds.

Discovered this place by being in the area and the food was great. We ordered Chicken Lo Mein, Orange Chicken and Wontons. The food portion is great and super easy to share. Our waitress, Jenny, was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely come here again and great customer service.

Somehow at 5 pm, I was hungry enough to devour 5 dishes with my family. My sister dragged me here after having frequent date nights and takeouts. All the meat and seafood dishes are out of this world. It was my first trying fried duck, which came with the brown sauce. A similar experience to eating Peking duck, minus the wraps/baos. The cumin beef was so tender and flavorful. I enjoyed the kung pao chicken- plenty of meat and good crispy batter proportion. But my all time favorite dish was the battered salt and pepper scallops. I can't believe I've been missing out for so long, since I didn't know this combo existed. Normally I order salt and pepper fish fillet or salt and pepper squid. But it is my new all time favorite Chinese fried dish. It is a must try!

Food was good, but way over spicy for my taste. It took a while to eat my food with 5 or 6 refills of water. I probably should have ordered milk. The service wasn't great. The waitress did not attempt to smile or try to any sort of effort of customer service of any kind other than just go back and forth refilling my water. When taking my order, there want absolutely no smile or anything coming from her. Even when I smile to her, only then did she smile quickly and then frowned afterwards. Wow! The atmosphere was clean and well organized. I would go back to this place if I was in the neighborhood and I was starving. But it's not on my to do list again. I ordered my appetizer and then ordered my dinner. My pork wantons (appetizer) came with my General Tso Chicken (entree) at the same time. I was expecting the appetizer to come out first, then a few minutes later have my entree come out. It all came out to be a total of $20.03. Not badly priced.

I feel like everyone needs a favorite Chinese restaurant in their back pocket in case you're craving some fried rice or lo mein on the fly and don't know where to go. I highly recommend here. Wife and I have been coming for years and even spent a few Christmas Eve Dinners here in the past (although if you're gonna eat there on Christmas Eve, it's first come first serve). This is our favorite local nearby Chinese restaurant and always enjoy the food.

Food was decent. I just honestly think it's too over priced for what it actually is. I paid $85 for what I usually get at Snow Pea for $60.

It's located right off 183 so easy highway access + easy free parking typical of a suburban shopping strip. The restaurant itself is pretty small, maybe about 8 - 10 tables that can seat between 4 - 6 each. We came on a Sunday and even though there weren't huge lines, be prepared to wait 5 - 10 minutes to order and another 15 - 20 minutes until the food comes out. The food itself tastes great - very true to Cajun-Vietnamese seasoning (garlic butter galore) similar to what I've had in Houston. Highly recommend their special sauce which mixes the two other sauces together for maximum flavor. Comes with bibs and gloves for a "clean" eating experience. Pricing is a bit on the higher end for a place in a suburban strip mall and that's the only knock. This is also typical for crawfish boil type restaurants though so didn't knock any stars off.

We came on a friday night around 6:45 pm and ordered their garlic parmesan fries, a margarita, and 3 lbs of happy style sauce crawfish mild that came with 1 potato and 1 corn. Total came out to be $65 with tip. There were no tables available, as the restaurant is quite small, so we were offered to sit at the bar. -The parmesan garlic fries came with the garlic on the side in a little container containing mostly oil and garlic crunches on the bottom. The flavor was good, but it was too oily. I wish they poured the garlic onto the fries vs having us dip it in the oil. Not sure how much these were, as the price wasn't on the menu I took snapshots of. -The margarita was on the smaller side, but my husband enjoyed it. $8 -3lbs crawfish was ehhh. It was definitely frozen so it was harder to peel and honestly, nothing special, which was disappointing. It was also kinda mushy?? which is definitely a first.. The only thing I liked was the happy style sauce. We ordered mild, but can definitely go hotter since the mild wasn't spicy at all. Portions were kinda small, tbh and so we left unsatisfied. The crawfish came out to be $41 with tax, which was kinda expensive.. esp being frozen. Thoughts: -very tiny restaurant with only 8 tables, including 1 large table for 6-7 people -you can't order 1 or 2 lbs of crawfish, the minimum is 3 lbs which I feel is a bit odd.. -kinda expensive with the 3lbs crawfish esp it being frozen cuz you can get fresh crawfish for less than what they're charging at other places Honestly, pretty disappointed with what we ordered. Guess we'll have to keep looking for other seafood boils. I saw that they had crawfish etouffee, which I am looking forward to trying next time I come. Also, come earlier if you want to get a table. **It's kinda a weird setup. Although there are tables, you actually order first at the front and then you sit. There are no table service just fyi!

Narrow Street 512 serves up Authentic Korean food with a personal touch. It feels like you're eating a home cooked meal at your Aunt's home in Korea. I experienced Narrow Street as a solo diner. My go-to dish I order 90 percent of the time I go there is the Chadol Plate (A3). It is beef brisket. You normally need to go to a KBBQ spot and get covered in a layer of smoke. Skip smelling like a campfire and get A4 at Narrow Street. The beef brisket comes with rice served in a metal bowl. You get 3 or four small plastic containers of banchan the rotates seasonally. There is a variety of different kimchi, fish cake, corn slaw, potato salad and more. Once in a while I like to switch it up and I order the Cold Noodles (F1) or squid and pork stir fry (A4). The cold noodles are refreshing with crisp cucumber, white radish kimchi, and korean pear. The noodles are bouncy with a nice chew. Great in Summer and Winter. The Squid and pork stir fry comes with a bowl of rice and it is quite spicy. It is spicier than average but still less spicy than Thai chili. The chewy squid and pork are nicely complemented with the crunchy stir fried cabbage. Once you taste it you can't stop eating it. The price at Narrow Street very reasonable for what you get in my opinion. It is sit down restaurant quality food in a fast casual setting. You can dine solo or go in a big group as there is plenty of seating at the Hmart Food court. You place your order at the counter and they give you a buzzer to alert you to go pick up your trays of food. The Korean ladies who work there are super friendly and will help you make your menu selection if you have any questions. I've been a dedicated regular since 2023.
