Tried this place tonight bc our normal place was closed. The dumplings and egg drop soup were DELICIOUS but the combination fried rice and combination lo mein were less than impressive. We asked for no onions but both were LOADED with them, the flavor just wasn't there so we had to drown them both in soy sauce and sriracha. Normally this is our Chinese place to go but tonight was a disaster...they were 40 minutes late... not a bit of our fried rice made it...3 orders...i called 3 times and was told she didn't have our address... why didn't the driver call in to get it then, it was she had a delivery before us??? Finally when the driver made it here, the food was cold and not even a receipt... they had us sign an envelope??? How does that work...well i was told they would refund us $20... we will see! read more

If you ever crave pork wontons, this is the place to go. The only reason I even tried them- I'm very particular- was on a referral. Let me tell you, SMACK! They are so delicious. It's our go to delivery....(this area is limited with delivery service btw) The have a healthy option menu that has some tasty options while keeping the calories down. My favorite is the steamed chicken and veggies. If you are trying to watch your sodium/sugar ask for the sauce on the side! The garlic sauce is great. My wife loves the beef and broccoli entree...and is a picky eater:) Good place for fast delivery at an affordable price. I love this place. Food is made fresh and you can either call ahead and pick it up or have them deliver it. We have enjoyed their food for years. When I have family and friends visit from out of town getting China Chef takeout is usually one of their top requests! Love the crab rangoons, moo goo gai pan, hot and sour soup, and much more. Worst Chinese delivery experience EVER! And sub par food at best. I ordered chicken and broccoli and requested it be made spicy. I received shrimp and broccoli, ew. When I called to let them know I received the wrong order the woman actually argued with me saying I ordered shrimp, which I would NEVER do. She was super rude but finally agreed to send out my correct order and get this, IT WAS WRONG AGAIN! Ha. House of Hunan blows this place out of the water. I will not order from here again. read more

I have been a China chef customer ever since we moved into the area about 8 years ago, since then we have ordered food from them at least once a month... you do the math. The food has always been good, fast and fresh, that is not the case tonight. I have called in just like I always do, and placed about the same order I always do, and tonight it has been almost 3hrs and have yet to get our food. This is very frustrating since I have called twice and each time I have called it's the food will be on it's way shortly. But shorty was 2 hours ago. Once my food finally arrived, it was fresh and hot and was given a partial refund because of the delay in delivery. read more

Their food is great! When I come to visit my Mom, we get takeout 3x a week, at least. I love the chicken on a stick (low carb). Mom loves the Pu Pu platter, chicken chow mein, Hawaiian chicken, egg drop soup...well, just about anything on the menu. When I'm not in town, she orders and they deliver. She usually gets enough to have leftovers (which she normally does NOT eat leftovers). I've never had a problem phoning in the orders to pick up when I get there, I just have them repeat what I ordered to make sure it's correct. read more

This is my new favorite go to spot! The prices are awesome and so is the service. I have a hard time getting my kids to eat Chinese food but both loved it and wanted seconds. I am typically leery of meat from Chinese food places so I typically stick to veggies but their meat was amazing and I'm almost sad I didn't order more food. read more

Unfortunately, this place just can't get it right. Order sweet and sour chicken from them through Door Dash. Received NO sauce for the chicken. Kind of the whole point of the meal. Called the restaurant several times. They keep passing the phone around when I ask them about the sauce and how I'd like someone to bring me some. And yes! I also left negative feedback on Door Dash too. But this is the responsibility of the restaurant to package everything. read more

I am so amazed at what happened tonight... I ordered my normal order. Delivery was on time as usual., but then they forgot a good part of my order. Didn't see it till the new delivery guy had left. Wasn't the same delivery guy as usual... Called the restaurant dealt with a girl who was very very rude and who actually spoke better English than what the other employees usually do. So maybe she was new?? Asked for my money for the entree that wasn't included to be refunded since I did not receive my food. She proceeded to argue with me that the food was there and I explained we did not get it. She told me she will not refund me. The best deal that she could work out is for her delivery guy to come pick up all the food and refund us... Even though I explained we had started eating it. She replied 'we don't care that's all we can do for you'. I was obviously sketched out as well as weirded out and told her I have never received this kind of service from them. I told her I was confused and disappointed and she replied 'okay so sorry'and hung up on me??? NEVER GOING BACK. I recommend chinahouse two miles down the road on 178th and western. read more

Tried this place for the first time last year, wasn't impressed at all. Sauce was watery, bland, and there wasn't much of it. Figured I'd give them another chance this week, it's close by.
