I work close to the resturant, so we order from them often. The food has always been good. They have your basic chinese take out menu containing both lunch and dinner specials. I like the fact that they will customize your order by adding mushrooms or extra spice. The food is always delivered hot and in a timely manner, but I do work in the same plaza so can't really judge that one.

Friendly greeting and double check to make sure order was correct, food was prepared right there in front of me and was flavorful and generous

This is the chicken with broccoli combination with pork fried rice, I ordered the rice without veggies.

Yes, it looks like another 'dime a dozen' strip mall Chinese restaurant…read more And to be entirely fair, the inside is just that. Nothing spectacular, if you want to dine in. But the family that runs the restaurant is a gem. As someone with food allergies in the family, they are more than accommodating in allowing people to eat some delicious food while adapting to the dietary needs. Even further, they remember us every single time!! We don't even have to ask now, though we always do just to be safe. And they add in an extra order of egg rolls and more the more that you order, making it an incredible value. Of course that all wouldn't mean much if the food wasn't good... And of course the food is delicious! No, it's not 3 star Michelin, of course. But it's much, much better than any other similar Chinese place I've ever tried. There's just a little extra depth of flavor here, it absolutely ALWAYS hits the spot...

I called on the phone to place the order, and it was ready in about 10-15 minutes. My total came out to be around $10 I believe. I was able to eat it for lunch and dinner, even though most people would probably eat most of it for just lunch considering it is a lunch portion. The egg roll was good. It was warm and had lots of filling inside. The young employee who took my order and checked me out was very sweet and helpful. Service is fast and food is average. I will always order from here because they are close and I have never had an issue.

I stopped by here this past Friday to pick up dinner for my family. My wife and I were trying to…read moredecide where to order from when I remembered the positive experience we had the last time we ate Jackie Inn. I headed online and placed our order through Toast. Toast, as a platform, does not factor in how busy a restaurant actually is and gave me a thirty minute estimate. When I arrived about thirty five minutes later, there were six other people waiting and I was told it would be another ten minutes. The inside of Jackie Inn consists of a soda cooler, an ice cream cooler, and several areas to stand and wait, but there is no seating for dining in. On this Friday night, I believe there were seven people working, with six focused on food preparation and one person handling the front. The dominant sounds in the restaurant were woks in constant use, which was actually interesting to watch. In the end, my food was ready about twenty minutes after I arrived. For the first fifteen minutes I was fine with the wait, and I am glad they are busy, but I also did not expect to spend that much of my Friday night there. For dinner, I went with the lemongrass basil chicken while my wife chose the combination lo mein along with a chicken egg roll. The menu described my dish as spicy with broccoli, red bell pepper, lemongrass, basil, and a spicy chili sauce. My wife's lo mein was described as containing flank steak, chicken, prawns, carrots, scallions, onions, and fresh egg noodles. While the container initially looked small, the food ended up filling a fairly large bowl once plated. My dish was good. The chicken was moist and juicy, and I appreciated the generous amount of broccoli and bell pepper. The sauce had good flavor, and I even picked out some lemongrass stalks deeper in the dish, but I did not find it spicy at all. My wife really enjoyed her lo mein. She mentioned that while it costs a couple of dollars more than similar places, she feels it is worth it because the food tastes fresher. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I am happy to see Jackie Inn doing good business, I think the food tastes good, and I know my wife really enjoys it.

First time ordering from Jackie Inn…read more I got the Beef Chow Fun. This was great. The beef was tender, rice noodles were perfectly cooked, and the onion/scallion/bean sprouts were all delicious. Sort of reminded me of a thai drunken noodle dish. I also tried the hot and sour soup. This was good as well. Overall, nice spot. Bit more expensive than other local takeout spots, but the food was all delicious. Looking forward to trying their other food options.

I recently ordered takeout from Asian Bistro in Imperial for dinner. I called ahead and ordered…read morewonton soup, egg rolls, and General Tsos chicken. They quoted me 15 mins and the food was ready at that time. I walked in and paid with a card and was in and out within a minute. They do have a few booths inside, if you wanted to eat there, but I would say it's mainly takeout. The parking lot is massive and shared with several other businesses in the plaza. The food was still hot by the time I got it home. The wonton soup only comes in a smaller pint version and I'm used to a quart size. So, I was a little disappointed by that. However, the soup was delicious. It had a dark and flavorful broth. The vegetable rolls were definitely more reminiscent of spring rolls, but still delicious. They didn't curb my craving for an egg roll, though. The general tsos came with white rice and the entree was musky spicy, crunchy, and served with broccoli and carrot slices. I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce and thought the portion size was fair for the price.
